It is okay for a minor train station. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance to the platform no lift Or ramp. There is no food available. Seating is okay. You can take a nice walk on the platform. NEEDS MORE TRAIN TIMES. TRAINS ONLY COME ABOUT EVERY 45 Mins- 1 HOUR! Add back southern to get more trains in or out of London. I've been going to this train station for more than 11 years and its always been like this. I understand that it cant be like Wimbledon. But it will be extremely helpful to us.

It's an ok station with cover. Not accessible for wheelchairs as there are steps and no lift. There are no toilets and no food or drink available as the station is unmanned. Timetables for journey to London are misleading because it's quicker to go via Sutton from platform 1, than it is via Wimbledon from platform 2.

West Sutton is Beautiful as an area. Unfortunately residents like myself have to rely on Southern Rail or Thameslink which is by far the worst operator in the UK, especially London. This is why West Sutton is only 3 stars not 4 or 5

meh, its a station and it is better to have one here than not. It may run the most reliable operators (looking at you Southern) but it is better than having to walk up town to the train station.

Not the greatest station in the world. It serves a purpose.
