An outdoor Shopping Centre with quite a variety of shops and restaurants. In the mid to high price range for shopping. Definitely something for the whole family. There is a pet store, ice cream store, coffee place, and so much more. Also there is the movie theatre in the center so you can't miss that. Just watch the drive on the way in. People from out of town tend to get confused with the lane choices and which lane goes into Westhills when turning off of Sarcee Trail heading North. Lanes and roads not designed very well. You also come up short when trying to merge into traffic coming back out of Westhills and on to Richmond Road. Seems with all outdoor Shopping Centres they try to fit ALOT of things in a small space and the traffic is always very heavy especially on a weekend. Best to go first thing in the morning if you have to go.

So many great stores to shop or eat at. Winners, Adidas, Masterminds, Marshalls, Dollerama, Michaels, Wine and Beyond, Pentland, Rona, Carter's, Guess - shopping for the whole family and great restaurants like Kinjo, Sushi Kitchen, National, Famoso, Earls, Pho Pham, and coffee places like Tim's, Second Cup and Starbucks. Decent movie theatre with some games and fast food, as well as some grocery store and gas station options like Safeway and Superstore. There are also pubs, hair/nail salons, dentistry, banking and fast food options. Ample parking and easy to get in and out.

I hesitate to call this a "shopping centre". It is more a collection of strip malls and restaurants. While you would expect to browse from store to store in a regular mall, this is the type of place where you go to visit a specific store and get out. Traffic in the area can be highly frustrating at times, mostly due to the fact that the only 2 roads servicing the shopping area are also used to access neighborhoods behind it. In the end, there is nothing here that can't be found at easier locations so, I'd only go here if I was close and time was a factor.

I like the variety of stores at Westhills Towne Centre. The parking on the other hand...who designed this area. What a mess! Took 20 minutes to leave. These pics are at night in -38C so forgive the quality. Showcased the variety of high end stores and access to them. Stand alone locations have different closing times. Gas station, Safeway and Home Depot have long hours and are very accessible. Be careful crossing Sarcee as the lanes twist and turn making it difficult to navigate, especially when winter driving. Happy shopping!

West Hills centre is my go-to shopping area, it's close by my house and they have pretty much every store I need. The Safeway is the big grocery store here but they also have little shopping store around the open mall like shopper's drug mart, Canada Post and ect. Unfortunately there's no underground or covered parking which suck in the winter time but at least there's plenty of parking spot. Overall, I highly recommend you check out this centre if you live hear signal Hills!

The selection of retail offerings and professional services is very good. My only criticism to the whole development is the poor access for walking and biking to, from and throughout the area. The walking areas close to the shops is good with music playing. A small play area across from the Telus store is well used when warm outside. Now with the great bus on demand system, you can easily visit WTC without driving your own car.

  • Chris

Excellent selection of retailers here spread over a massive parcel of land. I would highly recommend against this mall if you don't have a car. The structure of WestHills is essentially a giant circle with a movie theatre in the middle. Walking between retailers would be a significant pain. Parking is free and well cleared during the winter. Retailer hours are super friendly to those who work during the day.

This is part of a large retail and service power centre of four adjoining strip malls. Strategic SW location by freeways, major streets and Highway 8. Many big box and other brands. As good as Chinook Mall except for clothing / fashion. Westhills malls have 2-4 competing stores in many categories. A lot of parking areas ... we usually drive between big box stores so it is easy to bring purchases to our car.

Nice place, a bit far for me to come here often, I like that it has a theater, hardware store, and used sporting goods stores as I use those frequently. There are plenty of food options for both fast and casual restaurants. If you are looking to go on a date, just get out of the house, and need to make a few purchases then this location will probably have what you need.

  • Jaclyn Gowie

Quite a large area of a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Everything from hardware stores to grocery stores to clothing and shoe stores interspersed with coffee shops, fast food joints restaurants and bars. One downfall is the traffic in the area - it doesn't flow well in lots of it, and you will be slowed down by other drivers, stop signs and traffic lights.

Was looking to get house keys cut. Was pointed to a location, and couldn't find it. I pushed a button for help; it sounded like a fire alarm overhead. Yest, I still had to wait quite a while for help. When I finally found someone, he looked disappointed that I was asking for help. I met another frustrated older woman as I was walking the aisles looking for help.

  • Krzysiek Derkowski

it is not very walkable, the whole thing is stretched out, engulfed in parking spaces and criss-crossed by roads. Its just such an awkward design, a big semi circle with all the shops on the outside and the roads and parking on the inside, scary to walk through with small kids you pretty much have to get into your car and drive to each specific store to need.

  • Miranda H

An outdoor mall that has good parking, but can get backed up leaving onto major road ways as it uses the same entrances as the Signal Hill complex. Has lots of restaurants, a Safeway, Best Buy, Carter's, Mastermind Toys and a Cineplex theatre just to name a few. Quiet during the days, but can get busy with students from the nearby university and college.

I'm always welcomed with a smile and it's was super cool of the teller to tell of there Christmas hours plus helped me get in touch with my utilities companies and how to show proof if payment especially when my branch is going to be closed for the holidays, thank you atb for keeping me in the know and keeping me on track with managing my bills

  • Sammy Ross (Shamus Aran)

Far from my favorite mall. There is little in the way of interesting shops that would attract me here and many folks of questionable intent frequent this mall. I'd only recommend coming here for the Wal-Mart and Safeway and only if these are considerably more effective in time or you do not have the means to access better locations

  • Sandee Jette

I don't live in the area but I have been up to Westhills TC a bit lately. I love that you have everything that you need without leaving the neighborhood. I spoke to a few people Petland/Safeway and found the people were quite friendly. It is a clean neighborhood to. Calgary Transit is pretty good also. I wish I lived closer.

A range of food selections. Earls, kinjo, Montana's, OPA, etc. Fast food drive through a, sit down options. Grocery store, best buy, Michael's, staples. Also hardware stores such as Lowe's. Gas station with drive thru car wash. Movie theatre(altho a dated one), clothing stores. There is pretty much everything here …

  • Gilles St.Hilaire

I just had a root canal done and was expecting a fair bit of pain once the freezing went. I was very surprised with the lack of pain afterwards. Dr. Belinda Sher is very skilled and did an excellent procedure and was very sensitive making sure I was comfortable at all times. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

  • Stephen Yip

Good shopping centre if you need groceries as Superstore and Safeway are located here. As well if you need home renovation supplies, but nothing major, as they have Lowe's and Revis there. As well if you need fast food they have MCds, KFC, Mucho Burrito. Not the greatest for retail shopping, but works in a pinch.

  • heather wordsworth

Great little shopping center, a lot of different things going on, lots of parking and space and food is great in the area. Stores need to be open longer on weekends. And other then that, great place to go shopping convenient location for transit coming from 69th street to westbrook mall C-train stations.

  • Bob Smith

A very large variety of shops and stores, most of what you might need or want is likely somewhere here. I have been here many times and will continue to go here in the future. Some exemplary businesses reside in this shopping centre and that should be enough for anyone to make their way here.

  • Ralph Meyer

Parking during Christmas season was bad. Merchants sometimes operate under several names so not easy to locate. They need to put unit #s on each location and make it easy to see. Put loading zones in so trucks can easily stop unload and leave without disrupting flow of traffic?

  • Shabana Shaik

Its another go-to shopping centre for all our family needs. Cineplex, Restaurents, retail stores for clothing, home , gas, etc etc. You name it and you can find some or the other store related to the required stuff. Nearby stores for west side neighborhoods. Lots of parking.

  • Mustangofold

It has seats that partially recline, the sound and picture quality are good. Concession is an island with multiple lines that leave patrons swirling around like a school of fish. Theatre is in an island in the centre of a "walking mall" so parking is a little interesting.

  • Michael Chudy

Really great selection of shops but driving around is awful, always stuck at a red light or a 4way stop with bad drivers. The intersection by McDonald's is the ultimate mess. All of the traffic makes walking dicey, so you have to drive which adds to the mayhem.

  • William Adams

A decent selection of stores but getting in and out of the mall is always a pain. The parking lot is poorly designed with small to average sized stalls but extra wide lanes that result in you always feeling like you're twice as far as you would be elsewhere.

  • Emma Connolly

Love Westhill shopping center, so much stores around and you can walk to everything in the summer. Also have a movie theater in the area. Easy to park in the summer but during the winter months, it can be tough to walk through the snow to the shop.

  • Jody Ireland

West Hills offers literally everything. You can think of from clothing to stationary to choose food any kind of shopping unit. It's most of the time extremely busy with traffic so slow down watch for the speed bumps and yield at four ways stops..

  • Britt

Has everything you might need. The style is quite American, with plenty of outlets. The stores are not connected. Plenty of food options ranging from sit down restaurants to fast food. Check out the movie theatre, with cheap tickets on Tuesdays!

  • Daniel Zheng

I was deeply impressed and totally satisfied with Daniel's excellent home inspection. He inspected the house professionally, thoroughly and meticulously including the exterior, roof, furnace, electricity, gas, basin, fireplace etc. Recommend!

  • Demian Clements

I hate outdoor malls. They are too car centric, and don't have enough benches or shaded rest areas for families or the elderly who may be on foot. However, this is a relatively decent mall with closely related stores adjacent to one another.

  • Ruth Meyers

The people who work at this Dental Center are awesome. They are very calm, caring and professional. They made my man Don feel at ease right away. They kept us informed of all that was done and will be done. I highly recommend this place

  • Celena

Really good mall area. Only problem is people don't know how to drive in the parking lots nor just on that road between Cineplex and the strip mall itself. I've almost been hit 5 times and it's when crossing from Cineplex to Shoppers.

  • Martin Swift

Love this place! Lots of restaurants, many different stores, Lowe's, Safeway, Best Buy, Post Office, Gas Station, etc. Go across the road and more stores, lumber yard, wine store (huge selection). Did all my shopping in one place.

  • ananth babladi

You havr every single amenity that you can ask for in this area. Clothing, movies, books shops, library, 2 grocery chains, fast food chains, barbers, medi centre, pharmacy. Anyone living nearby doesn't even need to drive far out.

  • Patti Plett

The stores represent a good variety. The stores are in better condition than some other areas of the city. The downside is that often, when I want to go to different stores, they are in different parts of the shopping centre.

  • Rey Tomas

I went to the Rona here to check out the stores. It's a weird parking layout but the store itself was a nice experience. The employees there were very helpful. I definitely would recommend this store for home supplies.

  • D Kim

The traffic in this entire area is brutal. So difficult to get in and out of. Cars are always honking at each other and there are 4 way stops signs everywhere and cars exiting out parking lots every few feet it seems.

  • Shane Wenzel

There’s lots of what you need for your everyday life here at Westhills. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 is traffic flow. On a weekend you could spend 10 mins trying to get into or out of the mall parking lots.

  • James Duncan

Easy to access. Has 50 businesses including Safeway and Mark's. We stopped at the McDonald's on the way up from High River to Calgary. McDonald's easy to get to off of Glenmore Trail as is the rest of the centre.

  • Coltyn Edward

I love this shopping centre as there is a great variety of stores. It's a nice place to spend the day when the weather is good. I can normally get all of my shopping done here. The area has very nice scenery too.

  • Brian Chinery

It has a bit of everything. Major grocery, major hardware, electronics clothes fast food, good dining, hair cuts, a great x ray /mri ,major drugstore and of course banking and movie just to name a few.

  • J D

Cute shopping district with a mix of big box stores and smaller boutiques. Check out Rona, shoppers, a veterinarian, Safeway, kinjo, earls, and so much more. Stop by for banking or a movie at cineplex!

  • Salwa Tadros

CDC West Hills , SW Calgary, is one of the best I have been to. The place is very clean and the people working there, from the front desk to the technicologists are super welcoming and professional.

  • Judi Price

Nice modern shopping centre. There are lots of brand name and familiar stores. Great Safeway. Canadian Diagnostic Imaging Centre, where I have my management shots in a bum shoulder and SI joints!

  • Eve Sampson

The one-stop shopping mall. Lots of parking. Can even do some cardio on the steps (behind Superstore or Staples) to the pathway above where you can enjoy an open-air lunch from area restaurants.

  • Michael Anderson

Decent outdoor strip/mall with many stores that could suit your needs. If you appreciate my reviews... please be sure to 'like' them. Thanks again for your time and consideration. …

  • Craig Brockway

Excellent shopping mall and pleasant experience, parking areas are easily accessible to the many convenient stores offering a wide variety of consumables and goods for everyday needs.

  • Margaret Neale

Open stop type Shopping Centre. Only visited Cobb's Bakery. It was clean and had a reasonable selection for the end of day. Friendly staff. Yummy products. Many other small shops.

  • Darren Marx

Good clinic. Barely had to wait. Dr Cavilla is one of the best doctors I know of. He is very smart and compassionate, I trust him completely and that says alot coming from me

  • Joy Cooney

Good shopping complex, the only problem is that there aren't any women's clothing stores left here. Aside from that, it has pretty much anything you may be looking for.

  • J Nezami

It’s good to see business are back and doing well these days. I kind of missed being in crowded areas. Good environment and lotta places to shop from. One stop shop.

  • Bryan Kent

Some good outlets here, but traffic gets ludicrous, especially around rush hour. Mucho Burrito is solid, as are some of the other quasi fast food chains (Edo, Opa).

  • Richie Richie

Our theatre was old...needs a renovation. The rest are probably fine, I have been few others here that we're awesome. Snacks were awesome and service was great.

  • Kevin Kiejko

Ok strip mall. Not sure why we can review centres like this as well as the individual stores. "The parking lot is maintained well." What else more can you say?

  • Nick Poulos

Food order was on time and correct. Staff was practising Covid safety rules and the store and service area was clean as you can see in the attached photo.

  • Malcolm Mitchell

Set of 3 malls all with different names and you have to drive to each one unless its summer. I miss malls, park once shop all you want

  • Karim Hatata

Good old Westhills.. it’s time for some relevant stores to be added. Whats there is fine but I feel like it needs be reinvigorated.

  • Dustin Hong

Movie theatre is nice, because they have great seats, and it's rarely packed. We go to National a lot. Lowes is handy as well.

  • Lori Rabey

When I just need a few things, my local shopping area serves me well. Geeat variety of shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

  • Mel Procyk

Bought a few little trees. They all looked pretty strong and healthy. Employees were pleasant. Good experience overall.

  • A&L

Lots of stores, what else can you say about it. Gets busy, but not as congested as some places, like southtrail SE

  • Denise M

Too many roads to get on the main loop and traffic is always a cluster. Pretty good restaurants in the area.

  • Dan Roberge

It's been a few times I stopped there and they didn't have what I needed ... Last time was shop vac bags

  • Kevin (JUSTiFyD)

Great area for shopping needs, never that busy unless it’s a holiday. Got plenty of places to dine.

  • Samson Lau

The National in Westhills is where it's at! Come for the drinks and food... stay for the company

  • Colin Omilusik

Everything was clean, it was a quiet movie night. Popcorn was good and service was with a smile
