Extremely unprofessional staff and this pharmacy was a total mess when I came in... There were shredded papers everywhere on the floor half the shelves are empty nothing is shelved in a nice manner... Total mess.... A family friend asked me to pick up a prescription for her and her daughter (they said to come in the evening that is when they'll be ready). When I gave the names of my family friends, without looking the pharmacist who's name I think was Mansoor, immediately told me they're prescriptions aren't at that pharmacy, how did she know if she didn't actually look. I confirmed the names and she said she will look and she opened a drawer looked for about ten seconds then said it's not here and went to have a conversation about leaving with another pharmacist. I heard a voice from behind some wall asking for their phone number and I gave it to them, and heard nothing back. Magically Mansoor found one of the two medicines I was there to pick up and told me the other won't be ready until tomorrow. Why would you tell me to come in today and then when I do tell me it's not ready until tomorrow, she said oh it's because it's a compound... This doesn't even make sense... I paid for the one prescription they gave me and left, I also advised my family friend that they should switch pharmacies. I don't understand why you would lie to customer's without doing your own due diligence. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. They go above and beyond their job. The compassion and empathy this pharmacy shows simply by being cognizant that they are dealing with people's medication is invaluable in the North East. I'm not sure if it's the management or the staff but this pharmacy sets a high bar. I highly recommend it.

They r the one of few to have N 95 Mask. But selling it by piece $15 each.( Not to be sold by piece) Want to earn profit by all means.
