I was disappointed when Moores cycles had to move from Isleworth. There was a cycle shop just off South Street for a bit. Evans had left Brentford a while ago as the big development there took their building. This just left Halfords at Ivy Bridge. They are ok but I found them hard to get my bike in for any work, and I commute, so need my bike with as little down time as possible. Wheel Good opened on the corner of St John’s Road and Twickenham Road so I was pleased to finally have a local bike shop I could go to. I have taken 4 bikes (2 kids bikes and my park bike and my commuter) in for servicing and I have been pleased with pricing, attention to getting it right and speed of service. Each service the drive train has been degreased really well. Laveen, who has started the business (hope I have the right spelling) has been really helpful with good advice, and when my front derailleur wouldn’t stay adjusted he came up with a cost effective solution. I’m writing this unrequested review as I have been very happy to take my bikes in, happy with the costs and happy to support a small local business. But I also want to be able to show him this review to hopefully secure preferential bookings for when he gets really busy, which he definitely will, as it’s not long before the fair weather cyclists start getting out their rusty chained bikes out.

Lovely local bike shop. Staff really helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes. Although most of the bikes on sale are brand new, I was lucky that I described what I was after to the manager and he found me a really good one-year old bike at a really good price. I absolutely love the bike. He was kind enough to deliver it to me too I've been back twice since for extras like Reflectors and bottle holder (all fitted for free). Really nice, no-pressure service.

Went here for the first time after seeing good reviews as I got puncture for my bike. It's nice little shop and owner Laveen looked at my bike and checked everything througly to be sure there is no issues with my tyre and he also recommended stronger tyre after I told him how much I cycle. I decided to take this stronger tyre and I will be coming back again in the future for sure for his good service.

Came in twice, on two occasions, to find out why my chainring was skipping under load. Laveen was extremely well skilled in the art of bike repair and helped me remedy the issue. I could not recommend more to drop by for a lovely chat and skilled hands to help fix your bike. Words cannot describe how happy I am to find this place. Will definitely drop by again to see him.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, bike care, services and pricing. COME HERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT, TRUST ME. In a day where customer care is the last priority, this shop shines well above the rest. Excellent customer service and it's great to have a bike shop back in Isleworth again after Moore's and Imperial closed. The mechanic was great and fixed the issue I had with the gears on my bike while I waited. I highly recommend this bike shop and remember to shop local to support local businesses

An absolute pleasure to deal with Laveen. He is an extremely knowledgeable individual when it comes to maintenance and overall a great shop for either getting a bike or services etc. A 24 hour turnaround and went above and beyond to make my road bike race ready. I've had to visit the store a few times to get my bike repaired. The owner Laveen is super knowledgeable about bikes and was able to fix both my issues on separate occasions. The area has very limited bike shops and having this store on our steps is great. Highly recommended.

The owner is a complete gentleman and very affable. He has regular looked after my 3 bikes with minor issues of tyre replacements and sorting out any brake issues and I always go back to the shop even though I'm no longer in the Isleworth area.
