Rich and John are great! Restoring a 35 year old truck, you're bound to find some gremlins in the electrical wiring. Rich was able to take on the challenge, get everything fixed in a timely fashion and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any electrical, or general repair on their automobiles...

John helped figure out what my transmission problem was. Price was fair. Update: just called and some man that was not John said that they aren't doing any electrical work until next year because of withdrawals, (whatever that means??). It's 12/19/23. There's still 2 weeks left in the year. Too weird for an electric shop.

Had to have my car towed from another shop due to their inability to finish job. Car was drivable when job started. Willow Glen auto electric in less than one week diagnosed waiting for parts to arrive to finalize repair that original shop did not look at or test for. Would recommend Willow Glen auto electric.

Recently switched to WGAE and nothing but impressed. No rush, took the time to explain what needed to be done and what could wait. Referred to by Adem (Smog Test Station) next door who I've known for years. Nice to have some peace of mind when it comes to maintaining my vehicles.

It took way longer to fix our vehicle than I was told—extremely ineffective communication. After two weeks, I called to get an update, and I was told my car was not the only one they were working on. Won't be using this shop again.

I was very satisfied with my service. I needed my brake lights fixed and they started working on my truck before I even finished checking it in. They diagnosed it quickly and were reasonable on the price. Very good service.
