I had some bad experiences with Dr Charles’s office. For the teeth cleaning, no teeth numbers read before the cleaning, no detailed polish, then received a $20 dollars charge for a toothpaste without telling you. I found it out during my next dentist visit of fixing a crown. I had a crown done by other dentist for years and got chipped off while I ate crunchy snacks. As I just moved here, I had Dr Charles replaced it, the temporary crown fell off the second day morning. The dentist told me story of how a guy wanted free fillings and lied about what he was eating. I want to say it is not hard to admit that temporary crown was not done well. Then the permanent crown was done, it was a nightmare. I had to came in at least 5-6 times to get it replaced. It was hurtful to eat, food would stuck, it makes me had toothache before bed. That tooth already had root-canal and previous crown worked very well which did not give me any pain. But Dr Charles insisted saying the new crown was done great. In the end, it was a suffer to get the crown replaced and I got charged again for a crown delivery fee without going through insurance. It is not reasonable and just wasted lot of time.

Dr Dressman and his very fine crew are professional, caring and compassionate. I had been a patient for quite a few years. Then I had to leave because I went on Medicare and went to another dentistry practice. Mistake! After three visits at the new place, I realized that Dr. Dressman was a very honest and ethical person (atually the reason I started seeing him) - so I simply had to come back. He has been very fair to my sudden lack of coverage. When Dr. Dressman makes an assessmet and plan for your teeth, it is with careful, conservative observation - not one that generates $$$$. In addition, I just adore his wit and convivial attitude...makes it fun. This office, with their fearless leader, is a dentristy "gem".

I don’t usually write reviews. Things have to be rather extraordinary to motivate me to write a review. My several trips to Dr. Dressman’s Office provided that motivation. Dr. Dressman and his staff are highly competent and professional, yet they provide warm personal attention. They took all the stress and anxiety out of going to the dentist. They are very conscientious, pay close attention to detail, do excellent work, and clearly explain what they are doing. For me, Dr. Dressman’s dental practice should be the standard, for which other dental offices could aspire to. So, if you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place, I highly recommend it. Dr. Dressman was recommended to me, and I’m happy to pass it on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dressman's for about 25 years. He has such a positive office environment and hires exceptional staff. He keeps up with the latest technology. When I needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted at age 63, he sent me to an outstanding oral surgeon. I LOVE going to my dentist whether it be for regular cleanings or replacement fillings and crowns. He is awesome. I had a cleaning yesterday with a new hygienist who comes with 20 years experience in her last position. She sought PT work and discovered Dr. Dressman's office. She was lovely, very positive, efficient, and offered suggestions. The office is taking all precautions re: COVID safety. I will promote this place to everyone!

The combination of professionalism and espirit is evident when you walk into the office at Dr. Dressman's--from start to finish. If there really are people out there who insist on pre-determining that dentists and their work are something to be feared or hesitant about, you must come to this practice and experience the myth busting first hand. This place is full of real humans who are compassionate, caring and well-honed at their crafts. Dr. Dressman himself is a medical professional who is impeccable about his work, ethical in his standards, humorous as the day is long and sets the tone for the caring of every patient who walks through the door.

I've been going to Dr. Dressman for almost 20 years. I started seeing him when I was 58 years old and he's been absolutely great. His hygeinists' have been great and also his office staff. My wife also goes to him and she also has been very happy with him. Hard to believe some of the negative reviews. I'm picky. I even had aa great dentist who suddenly hounded me for full payment when I had told him I could only make payments over 1 year. It was so bad that, even though he was a great dentist, I no longer felt comfortable being in the chair with him. That's how I got referred to Dr. Dressman from a friend and haven't regretted it since.

Just assume that you will receive excellent, comprehensive dental care when you have an appointment at Dr. Dressman's as all the staff are top notch. What you'll also notice is that YOUR concerns and perspective are carefully considered in any treatment plan and you be listened to and respected by everyone (How's THAT for different experience?!). Dr. Dressman and Manhu (sp) the hygienist , Angie, the dental asisstant, ( and others I don't know) and Hilda the receptionist are all skilled and competent. But stay for the chair side humor, easy interactions, & jokes that make you roll your eyes. You'll forget you're at the dentist's.

There isn’t a better dentist than Dr. Dressman. He is dedicated to doing what’s best for the patient as he does a great job helping you take care of your teeth without “over doing” it. In other words, he’s like the rare mechanic who will change a spark plug instead of unnecessarily replacing the engine. His prices are extremely reasonable. He and his staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. Another particularly strong point is the office’s communication with text messages to remind and confirm appointments that include an easy way to add an appointment to your calendar. If you are looking for a new dentist, he is your guy!

Dr Dressman is the best dentist I ever known ! I am always scare to go to dentist. Who don’t ? The noise of the machine always terrify me . But Dr Dressman is very good at comfort the patient . His skill is so perfect . I never feel pain or hurt . 2 weeks ago I called for my “ front teeth broken “ . Got appointment in 2 weeks . I thought dr Dressman just exam and I may have to come back because he is very busy . But He fix it same day . Good as new ! Now I have my front teeth back . Thank you very much dr Dressman . The staff is very warm-hearted and knowledgeable; they are friendly and supportive to each other, as well as me. They have humerous, good natured banter with Dr. Dressman; Dr. Dressman is the icing on the cake! He is funny and very social, which set me at ease immediately. He is knowledgeable and very experienced with anything I had questions about. He does not proceed until he is sure I understand and feel positive about the plan. He communicfates with his staff respectfully and clearly. What a pleasure this practice is!!!

You could look far and wide but I doubt you'll find another Dentist in the Santa Clara Valley who compares to Dr. Dressman. I have never had a better Dentist than I have found with Dr. Dressman, our family has been with him for over twenty years and always have had the best experience and top level of dental care that we have ever experienced with Dr. Dressman. His entire staff are the most professional, helpful and caring people you would hope to find. On a scale of one to ten I would give Dr. Dressman a Twenty. Ramsay L.

Perfect 10 !!! Five stars isn't enough!!!!! Dr Dressman is amazing .!! I had a crown break off 4TH of July weekend ..ouch.. ;) Dr Dressman was kind enough to come into the office and fix me up. (No other dentist would do that.) . But Dr.Dressman did!!! The facility is amazing ..state of the art equipment, everything was clean and organized and every room has a beautiful view. Prior to this, I hadn't been to the dentist in years because of previous bad experiences. Luckily, I was able to find them while looking for someone that took my insurance. I've been with them for almost a year now and I absolutely love their staff. Their hygienist, Michelle, did an amazing job with my deep clean and made me feel so comfortable! I actually don't live in the area anymore but I make the drive out whenever I have an appointment because I love them that much!

Dr. Dressman has been caring for my dental needs since I was in college. I now have my own college kids and feel blessed that we continue to have him in our lives. Besides doing a fabulous job of caring for our teeth, he makes the experience of visiting him something we look forward to. He’s always happy to see us and takes the time to chat for a few minutes. His office is very clean and well kept. Clearly, Dr. Dressman is the kind of dentist you find and keep forever.

I went in for my 2nd cleaning which was good .. but doing my crown again I didn’t really enjoy, first off the assistant that was helping Dr Dressman was super rude , she got water on my face and tried to whip me but did it super rough. She got more water on my face and at that point I was super irritated and pushed her hand out of the way. She was putting Cotten In my mouth that was pretty aggressive as well. I don’t think I will be coming back after this visit.

Literally the best dentist ever! Dr. Dressman truly cares for his patient and is definitely passionate about his career! I was in so much pain because of a cavity that I had and Dr. Dressman was out of state but He responded quickly to me via text and call! He even offer me to go into his office if the pain still persist and he'll let the dentist who's covering him and his staff know ahead of time. Dr. Dressman is truly amazing !

I found Dr Dressman through 1-800-Dentist. I was a little skeptical but I figured I would give him a try. The initial exam was extremely thorough and he took full mouth X-rays. I also had 2 deep cleanings and 2 crowns replacing very old fillings. Overall he and his staff were very professional. He is up on the latest technology for dentistry and communications. He's my new long term dentist.

Never been happier and truly satisfied with the work Dr Dressman has been able to accomplish in my mouth, For years I have wished I could find the right person to perform my wishes, and fix my problems, he has done that.
