This was one of my best experiences at a restaurant. The food is excellent and the place is spotless and clean. The workers are extremely hospitable and go above and beyond to make you enjoy your time at WingsUp! Thank you to Maher and Shaheed for this. The chicken was not oily and was perfectly cooked. The Jamaican hot sauce is done right made with scotch bonnet peppers. The wedges are also perfectly cooked and the Cajun seasoning is a great option. The gravy is also excellent and it is veggie based which is a good option if you don't eat meat. I will be a regular customer. Last but not least, the prices are spot on. It is hard to feel like you are getting your money's worth nowadays anywhere you go. Please check this place out if you have not already. You will not be disappointed.

Checked it out on the second day of business. Glad to see staff using proper protocols while cooking and handling food. Took about 14 minutes for food order to come up. Was a small mix up where I asked for wings but got bites instead. When I came back later and let them know they gave me option for refund or fixing the order. I took fixing the order and 15 minutes later had the correct order that I then ate for dinner. Great wings nothing under cooked. I got there Dry Cajian, and they were great. One thing to note the spice chart to me wasn't right there spicy was still very mild lol. I tried a wing from my friends, so we got to sample most of their sauces.

Absolutely terrible value. Decided to give the place a try for a guys night. We ordered the jumbo pack of boneless wings, Onion ring/wedge combo and the thin skins. Onion rings/wedges were bland, lifeless and cold. The thin skins that were supposed to be loaded with cheese and bacon, had about 1/10th the toppings in the pictures. and the boneless wings (which taste-wise were actually decent) were disappointing in quantity. For three guys with I would say average appetites, we ended up having to go out for burgers afterwards. It was pretty unanimous that it was the most disappointing $90 we have ever spent on food.

Not sure who supplies Wings Up Chicken but certainly a cut above other Wing establishments locally, Grade A. Love their idea of a lighter Lunch Menu of Chicken Drop Combo at a Price Friendly $9,49 combining sauces, Potato Wedges and Carrots and Celery My Wife chose the Chicken Pieces with Wedges and went Ole Skool with a Grape Crush and a Ranch Dipping Sauce. I went with Regular Wings in Garlic Parmesan Drizzle and Potato Wedges and a Blue Cheese Dip with a Pepsi. Would not buy Wings anywhere else and meal was filling and satisfying without being over stuffed. ☆☆☆☆☆

ABSOULUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Placed an online order to be delivered at 12:15, it arrived at 1:31. We ordered lunch for 9 staff. Lunch break is 12:15-12:45. It was delivered 45 mins after lunch. It was cold. 5 out of 9 thought the food was awful as it was cold. I ate 1 bite and it tasted terrible, so threw it out. $200 lunch order that was a total bust! Thanks so much for ruining our lunch! Finally tried Wings Up today and got their $5 chicken sandwich (11a-3p, mon - fri) and added on a 591ml bottle of pop and fresh cooked wedges for $3.49. Total was $9.49 and it is amazing. The gentleman working the counter was the owner, very personable and wonderful customer service. I really liked you could choose between many sauces for this sandwich, which means you can shake things up and find a lunch under $10. Where has that these days? Highly recommend.

Ordered delivery and first impressions were great! I love and appreciate the quality that went into my Buffalo chicken wrap, the right amount of sauce (medium hot) to compliment the flavor of the wrap. I also tried the chicken ceaser salad and I like how they have a unique approach to presenting their salads. Very happy and satisfied. Nine of us ordered lunch at our workplace as a treat. I ordered the chicken fingers and wedges. Our order was more than an hour late. When the food finally got here it was cold. I have attached some pictures of the chicken fingers. They were mostly very fried batter, hardly any chicken. The little chicken inside the batter was dry and tough. I will not be trying this place again.

Honestly pretty bad compared to any other wing place near by, got mine through doordash and they taste extremely soggy, the sauce was alright (sweatin bullets), breading is terrible. The closest thing I cant think of when it comes to these wings are the ones you can buy at metro to microwave them later. Do not recommend and at that price, I expect something a lot more.

Sean Burnett is a clown. I'll update my review after i have the pleasure of eating a meal but I wanted to make it known that Sean is a clown, like anything, things happen on the first day of operation, the guy obviously never bothered to call the restaurant as its written like it was online only.... give your head a shake kid.

Store says no delivery to 10 mins down bath rd in amherstview, so I enter a kingston address and it also pops up as no delivery to kingston either. Great way for business guys? A take out place or delivery that doesn't delivery. Here I thought I'd try a new local business but you have lost my family has a customer.

I had chicken bites with Thai sauce and it was amazing . The best thing I’ve ever had! And the service was very good and the staff was very kind . Must visit this place !

I got hot honey cauliflower bites. Yummy. Very good. My wife got honey garlic wings. Could have been a little bit more cooked, simply for texture. Massive wings. Overall pretty pleased.
