I'd like to offer my opinion about this place briefly: 1- Excellent place to find brand items for a cheaper price. However you need to be careful while picking items from the clearance section. Some items are on clearance due to a possible defects, so make sure you check the condition of the item before purchasing. 2- Variety of the items in this place is at a different level compared to other branches. This place compared to other locations has more variety in clothes section and most of the time you can find the same item in different sizes. 3- The staff is very helpful even at the busiest hours. The location is also very convenient. 4- I have not been able to find a pair of shoes for myself from any Winner's branch since my size is 13.5, however several of my friends have managed to buy NIKE, ZARA, SKECHERS,... brands from this location. So maybe you will be able to find something good for a decent price at this place. 5- Last but not least, perfume section for men at this place gives you more options compared to other branches. You can find brands such as POLO and BOSS at this place. Again beware of buying expired items in this section, you have to somehow make sure that the perfume, or the hair/skin product is not expired. My advice is to first pay a visit to the producer's website/store and then make the attempt. Happy hunting!

The staff and the security group there are terrible. I was told to leave the store just because I forgot to disclose that I had a box of undershirts in my re-usable bag as I was entering the FITTING ROOM to try on some dress shirts! A store has NO GROUNDS to kick you out of the store for such a thing especially when I didn't even know that I was supposed to disclose something that I wasn't even planning on trying on since it's underwear! I was entering a fitting room and not leaving the store and the only thing the security woman named "Carmen" can say is that she was watching me on camera and I looked around a lot!? As if one person wasn't enough then another security guy came and started to talk to me as well. I live in an expensive apartment in the heart of downtown, you think I want to steal a $19 box of UNDERSHIRTS? The store manager Shada wasn't any help either and seemed like she didn't even have any power. TJX Canada and Winners made me feel so terrible that I started crying! There is nothing worse than when someone treats you like you are a thief!

I love winners . They got good selection and good quality . They got clothing ,accessories, household items, beauty stuff , travel supplies , travel suitcases . I especially love the clothing and suitcases for travel . The location is good for this store in the heart of downtown . There is parking and public transportation stops at this location . Lots of designer clothing ,accessories here . The designers clothing here at winners is what the designers did not sell in there own stores so there is MK ,Steve madden, puma , bebe , nike ,Adidas, jucy couture ,London fog and even Disney to name a few of the many name brands sold here . There plus size sections here are good but could be better . Its like a fancier version of target/Walmart here and were hipsters can look good for less and were high end tastes on a beer budget type of place to shop . I enjoy shopping here and they got a rewards program too ( The winners on granville should move to bigger location in the area or take over Nordstrom location be better lol )

Customer service terrible. I had came in today to do a refund and had thought for some reason the return policy is 14 days. Yes, I made a mistake on my part and did not realize it sooner. I checked the receipt and I was off by two days the gentleman at the counter would not honor it. He flat out was like nope 10 days refund policy that’s not my problem. I was taken aback with how he was handling the situation and not trying to come up with a solution. I had forgotten on the day I purchased to scan my loyalty card and this time I did have it with me. I showed my card and was given the refund. If I had not had my card with me to show I was a loyalty member I wouldn’t been given this refund. I am honestly shocked how he was so rude and wouldn’t had try to make an exception, like honestly two days come on….. I get it if o was more than that I would have understood. I should have called the manager to handle the entire situation because he clearly does not have customer service skills to resolve situations like these.

FABULOUS location. Right in the heart of the city. It definitely isn’t the largest Winners I have been to, but it still carries great, brand name items at low prices. The signage is a tad confusing to people who aren’t in the know... the large Winners banner out front is not where the actual entrance is. The entrance is on the corner where the Best Buy banner is. Once you enter, take the elevators up, pass Best Buy, then take the second set of elevators up again. I have found some fabulous finds in this location. I have to admit, the house and home section is EXTREMELY small and a little disorganized, but I still managed to find what I was looking for. Like I said, it’s not the largest location but it does have a wide variety of men’s and women’s clothing to choose from. Also, even if there is a long line up, there are many cashiers open and they are quick and efficient. Definitely a Winners that I visit on a regular basis. ***IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL KINDLY “LIKE” IT***

Irawin and Karla refused to serve me before closing time 8:54 PM I called the store to put a certain ring on the side so I can just pick it up and pay for it to save both of us time Karla said we are closed I told her it’s 8:54 PM she said it 9:00 PM our time , what? Yes that’s how they treat customers when management like Irawin I was standing right at the door when Irawin saw me right away said Jewelry is closed at the time was 8:57 PM Literally inside the stores were about 10 to 15 people still heading to check out so Jewelry actually not allowed to close until 9 PM but they were trying to get out of the shift as soon as they can I don’t usually go there but definitely I won’t be coming back any more

Great prices and awesome selection. Downtown location the best for brands and for sheer amount of goods. Not too busy and easy to get to. Very central and tourist friendly. I buy from there all the time. Last visit however I found the staff at the change room section unfriendly and rude in their ambivalence to help. Very direct, lack customer service skills and never say thank you or have a nice day or anything. I told front desk clerk and she said nothing, just smiled. She clearly didnt care. As it is, I will keep buying from here for the products they carry, not the staff that work there. They need some serious retraining there, however.

Absolutely love this place. The most amazing clothes and kitchen section. Shoes, bags...you name it and it is there. I have bought beautiful gifts from Winners, for others. The prices are incredible and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There are multiple check out counters and one does not have to wait long. The section for men is really wonderful. If you are like me and have no clue what to pick up for a guy, then look no further...you will be inspired with all the stuff there. I make it a point to go there just to check out what is new. I love this place.

When it comes to fabulous finds and value for money, winners is an absolute 5 stars. So why would I give it a 3? Theft and getting away with it. It is so “in your face” thing by individuals that are beyond obvious as to why they’re there. This “easy to steal” phenomenon (to the point of feeling its part of the policy - not of course but just saying) frustrates buyers who are shopping with their hard earned money. Other than that, staff, finds and value are a 5 star. My apologies winners but yes that’s how much theft is a nuisance to my experience at your stores.

I rushed in for the hell of it, found some surrounding good ear buds for an incredible price and had to fight myself to not buy a pile more. The only down point is the cashier process. Not the cashiers themselves, they were great - it was the look and feel of that part. More staff would have been better, the traffic flow area makes me claustrophobic and just the look made it feel like the cashiers were in jail (which I think makes customers a bit more aggressive to the staff). I do hope they get paid well because they deserve it!

I found this location to not have much stock. Makeup shelves were nearly empty and a staff kept going 8n front of me without saying excuse me or acknowledging me. I found it so rude it prevented me from shopping and I saw there were no clothes in regular sizes for ladies. They needed to stock up badly. Had the staff been polite and waited for me to shop instead of cutting me off and ignoring me and everyone else I would've given more time to get something in the store.

The old man who was in the cashier today at around 4;40, I don’t think he learned the word “polite”. He threw your stuff and receipt and doesn't greet you even if you greet first to him. I experienced the worst customer service in Vancouver. And congratulations on being the first person in my life to receive a single star, this star is for you, not a Winners store. I tried to get a refund by throwing it the same way you did, but I held it in this time. See you.

Was lovely to shop in the Downtown Vancouver store for a change. I bought a beautiful new ring ... 925 Sterling Silver with an incredible pale aquamarine gemstone shaped like a diamond, set in a raised closed silver bed that's also diamond shaped on a wide band. It's really stunning and I have never had a ring like this before so I'm excited to wear it. It is so comfortable on my ring finger. (left hand) The price was totally amazing too!

I love shopping at Winners! Their collection is always changing and no matter when you go, you'll always find something that suits you! The prices are reasonable as well! The employees are helpful and their customer service is great! Once, after shopping, I had realised how I had no way of carrying everything home by myself and so I told them to hold my things for me and they did! They were super nice about the whole thing as well!

It was wet and cold yesterday in downtown vancouver, I had to buy myself a spring jacket. Good selection, great prices. One can never go wrong in Winners! My daughter once told me (she was 5 yrs old at the time) that the reason it was called Winners was because you are a winner when you find that great deal of a price. Totally agreed with her! This store is very clean and staff are friendly.

winners is always a must - if you do not find what you want check back in a week as the stock changes just that fast - these days staff seems sparse - i looked for a rep last week to help with shoes and could not find any help - walked to the door greeter and gave her a shoe i was trying to pair and said this. that being said - i still won't say don't go because of the bargains you will find.

Horrible place to go shopping in reality I rather shop any location but this one. The staff are absolutely rude and unsupportive providing unsatisfactory service to the customer . I found my experience to be stressful and very poorly handled. Not going back here for sure. Winners is my #1 go to place for men's clothing (as well as kitchenware and some great & unique food items too). I used to want to check out several other stores for clothing but now I'm like "Why bother? There's so much more great stuff here than I can afford. No need to look elsewhere." So it saves time and simplifies things.Just go to Winners.

The downtown location on Granville is awesome!! Sometimes I have something specific in mind and walk out with a deal too good to pass up. Like my Gstar jeans at 50%+ the regular price elsewhere. The change rooms can be a bit like a shvitz with those hylogen bulbs. Other than that it's a great place to find a deal on premium name brand items.

Winners is definitely a one stop shopping place. I like to visit here for one-off pieces of clothing, gourmet spices, kitchen things, and last minute gift shopping. It takes a bit of sorting through the racks but I always find something that is totally "me". I like this location too because I can justify shopping within reasonable prices.

Pretty good selection. Went in morning during the week, so not so much of a zoo. Nice cashier, who had an abusive female customer after me...she handled with grace. Freaked me so I didn't stay long enough to see if management backed her up, sure hope so. No one should be spoken to in the manner which my cashier was spoken too!

They used to have a better selection. Smaller sizes are limited (pretty much impossible to find sizes S or XS in some things), and there's a lot of cheap goods. Shoes used to be decent but are pretty lousy now, both in quality and selection. The cashiers are plentiful and speedy though, so at least there's that.

Well I love this location and the selection. I had a few returns and one of which was a shoe defect. The clerk ( I believe is named Hadjir) was an absolute sweetheart and the supervisor who approved it was great and quickly accommodating ( lol including the bandaid I urgently requested as well!!) great team!!

Wide selection of items, mainly clothing, but some housewares and snacks. Long lineups so if you are on your lunch break I recommend dashing in to get what you need and heading to the cashiers pretty quickly. On a positive note, the cashiers are really quick so the lone does move along nicely

For a downtown location this Winner's is sorely lacking. Small size, smaller selection and no good for specifics. Great shop if you are browsing, though...I always end up buying some obscure item that I didn't know I needed. Yesterday it was 100% cotton, washable eye makeup removal pads.

This is an excellent winners for its location and their stock. Every winners has it's own unique items but this one gets some great brands. Love the selection of mens clothing and size 14 shoes. Prices are terrific. Just go over the clothing before you buy in case of defects or damage.

Very busy when I was there, but was still in and out in reasonable amount of time, over 10 cashiers open. Good selection of anything clothing related at reasonable prices and good quality. Large, clean, accessable and available fitting rooms. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

They have a host welcome you and offer game sanitary and sanitized baskets and carts. The service is good the prices are great. Half of my purchase was not in my bag and I left the store, but the clerk caught up to me and gave it to me. Very honest and helpful team. Thank you.

A great store for almost everything. The pricing structure is like Boxing Day in other stores. Just purchased an Armani coat, which was 70% discounted on the original price and Merrell shoes with 50% discount, compared to other stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

There is always a huge line up at the registers no matter what time it is , there's like 10 tills but it seems like there is never more than 5 being used ... (Hence the lengthy line ups)... The employees are always friendly though...

The place is crowded and not a lot of room between the racks. So people wearing backpacks do not allow people to move freely . Also, people make a mess by not putting things back they just drop them on the top and make a mess.

The service is terrible,there can be 15 people in line and they will only have 2 tills open,usually with one chatting for 5 minutes about nothing with the customer and four people standing behind the counters talking.

Maybe consider having more cashiers... Twenty people in line and two people working cash is a poor business model. Love this store but the lineup at cash has definitely deterred me from purchasing an item.

You have to check the deals cause sometimes you get great discounts and sometimes you don’t :) Overall you can find stuff in trend and the place and the changing rooms are clean. The staff is friendly.

Store doesn't provide any free or cheap non plastic bags. 99 cents for the cheapest bag is ridiculous, especially that a good amount of low income families shop here.
