amazing home decor place. they have virtually everything here. from small furniture, to hair and makeup, the pet food, kitchen gadgets, shoes, jackets and clothing, luggage.............. it's a discount store which means they get second hand things that were unsold by larger department stores (often name brand, you'll find a lot of Calvin Klein stuff and whatnot) and sell it for a discounted price. it's very very likely that you'll find whatever if is you're looking for, at Winners at a much cheaper price. however it does mean that there is not a steady stock of items, they may only be a few of this, one of that, etc. Also, beauty buyers beware, a lot of the facial serums do not have a safety seal on them. the products are full so you get the whole thing, but just be aware that it is not brand new. Other than that this place is a goldmine of cool cheap stuff. everytime I go in there I end up spending $50+

One of my favourite stores (including Home Sense and N Marshall's). Always amazing selection of clothes, gifts, decor, etc. And they are excellent with returns! Last week I returned perfume bought for my daughter that she disliked and mascara that was purchased dried out. I've bought mascara there in past. That was a on-off. I even returned a glass soap dispenser that broke the day after I got it! No questions asked. Just make sure you return within the return period.

Great store! But security guard likes to follow around people of color. Typical. Perhaps the managers and supervisors should talk with the security companies they employ to prevent discrimination and racial profiling from occurring in their stores. It makes shopping uncomfortable and nearing a confrontational situation. Unless Winners encourages this kind of behavior from an external employee which would be far from surprising.

Welcome back to shopping! I had a great time at the Pembina location. There is a definite scent of a chemical cleaner in the air and I would warn anyone with any sensitivities to be careful. The store is not as packed with clothing racks but I liked the extra space. I was able to try on clothing which was great because I found many fashionable items at great prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful from under their masks!

So I spent my day off, driving to various locations around the city trying to find a jacket and Halloween costume for my dog. I should have known better, and gone to my usual location. Pembina was the last location that I visited and of course, they had exactly what I need. The girl who helped me at the register was so friendly.

It hit & miss,and you have to look through everything, you also have to try on the clothes. My last visit was crazy good!! They also have a bunch more sections, I just never make it that far before hitting my spending limit. Like curling irons, wall art, cushions & more. Amazing prices! …

Ryan, store manager decided to not let in more people 15 minutes before the closing time. Left people outside that have been waiting in the snow for more than 20 min. Really disappointed with the lack of empathy and customer service he showed to customers. Although I live very close to the store, I'll not come back.

I always love Winners but I had an extra good experience a couple months back. I found this framed Batman picture that my daughter adored. It had scratches and was a bit scuffed up from being out on the floor for, I assume, a long while. They gave me a GREAT discount on the item and my daughter still loves it.

We were very happy with our visit to Winners today on Pembina Hwy. The staff was polite and very helpful. The store is huge , Covid spacing definitely a factor and well organized. Haven't been in quite a while but choices and prizes were very acceptable . Went in for one, came out with four !! …

Winners in general is very hit or miss, but this is one of the nicer locations in the city. Big as well, lots of room to move around the large weekend crowds. Just like any Winners you have to dig and dig to find good items but genuinely good savings can be found. Staff were really helpful and attentive

Called the store to get some info on the exchange policy after the store reopens again, a karen type lady on the phone literally was shouting at me for asking her the return policy and kept saying we take care of our customers while shouting at me! lol the irony. Worst customer service ever

It was good enough. They always seem short of staff but it is your regular department store. The clothing is very average, nothing unique or special, slightly pricey but regular quality. Staff seem alright but no enough to ask for help or to direct. Don’t have much to say about it.

As we entered the Polo Park Store, the covid "greeter," barked orders at us as if we were felons. Perhaps using simple words like, "Good morning, welcome to Winners. Could you please line up here? Thank you." We are customers. Do you want us to return, or not?

Just like all the other locations in the city they have some big brand names on their shelves but kind of falls Abit flat compared to other locations. I don't know exactly how they divy out amongst locations but this location drew a short straw in my opinion.

No nonsense clothing store. Specifications on clothing appear to transcend all brands. Reasonable prices. Occasional bargains. Needed to return footwear as it didn't fit. Couldn't try on the shoe because of anti-theft device attached until after purchase.

I remember it being cluttered in the past, but was overwhelmed at the sheer chaos when I entered tonight. Who has 8 hours to browse for impulse items? That's what it would take to go through this uptown garage sale. (my wife tells me I'm being too nice)

Great place to find fabulous deals. I love shopping here. However, I went to buy pjs for my teenage daughter but they only had up to size 10 in pjs. I needed a size 12 or 14. No XS in the ladies section either which I could have possibly bought for her.

Kind of hit or miss type store. Sometimes you can find really good products at really good price. If you are lucky you can find some good brand shoe, or dress or home décor items in good price. You can also find good jewellery in reasonable price.

One of my favourite Winners locations in the city! The store is always well stocked, organized, and clean. They have the best beauty and clothing selection compared to any other store. I always end up spending more than I want to.. haha!

Awesome selection of quality products at amazing prices. One of my go-to places for everything from clothing to purses to household knick knacks. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the range of women's clothing is pretty vast.

I always go this location for shopping as they have a whole bunch of clothes and homeware stuff! Their staff are friendly, polite, and helpful too. I am a little sad that they shrunk snacks section though. I will keep coming back here.

I find shopping here is like shopping at a Thrift store, cause you never really know what you're going to find. They always have a great selection tho. Just may be hard to find your size as things tend to sell quickly. Great store tho!

Not a fan of winners, sometimes you find something new but clothing and shoes are not that great of a price and the selection of sizes is minimal. Shoes never fit as they do at a normal shoe store.

I wear XL and they have mostly smaller sizes in all clothes. Very slim pickings for XL and bigger. Was 1 tank top I saw today so left with money back and gift cards. Good for the wallet I suppose

I love stores like Winners, and Marshalls. Great deals, great prices. A little light on the tech but that's okay! They don't have a washroom though and they wouldn't let me use the staff one :(

Great place for shopping. They don't have a seperate inventory. Everything they have, are on display. So, if you are looking for shoe that you like in another size, they might not have that.

Store is clean, staff is helpful. COVID-19 has sure put a damper on the aisles being filled with cool stuff, but I still find things I like. Thanks for keeping us safe while in your store.

I found a t shirt here. I don't wear the vast majority of the brands they sell here anymore so it's nice to find something I do. As a whole Winners store aren't what they used to be.

Queue and tellers moved very quickly and consistently. I was not ignored nor badgered by staff on the floor...( which is typically my experience in our city) Great experience today.

Had not been here for some time. Need to go here more often to check out the good deals thy have . Needed these resistance bands for my workouts while I'm also going for physio.

Check your receipts - Marshalls/HomeSense/Winners charges both taxes on Organic Tea. It's against the GST & Retail Sales Tax acts to charge both taxes on grocery items. :(

It's a good store to buy something quick for low price, but some of their clothing lacks quality. It seems some of them are just too old and been in stock for a few years.

Most of the store is for women's clothing and accessories. Not unusual for winners. Not a lot of options for men and not a good selection of clothing or accessories.

Got exactly what we needed in 5 minutes! Brand name baseball cap, work socks and a cool thermal water bottle. It's a hot one tomorrow...needed good stuff.

Pretty decent location. Very clean and spacious. Good selection. Staff were friendly and courteous. I would recommend this location to many of the others.

Ordinary Winners location. It's a hit or miss if you shop here. I usually try to find brand stuff here for cheap, especially Sketcher work shoes.
