Instantly from the moment we checked in the head housekeeper had it in for me. The room was OK nothing special, and not even a coffee pot lol for the price you pay to stay there you'd expect a coffee pot at least we told them we were going to stay there for at least a month. The head housekeeper was mouthy racist and very rude! The floor we stayed on there was people banging on the doors all hrs of the night we even had someone trying to come into our room. It's definitely not a safe place to stay if your with children or family and if your aborigibal the head house keeper will be a mean Cow to you! I'm not the first person to say this either. She sais our people cant afford to stay there because we have no money! Just an evil old women she is!The front desk worker is a flirt she was flirting with my husband . But the housekeeping staff were amazing friendly and they were the best part of my stay along with the restaurant. Save money do not stay here you'll leave in tears

The Only reason I give 1Star is the water park for the kids who stay here with their family gives them something fun to do. If there was any thing such as -*(minus star) I would've rated so. I am a truck driver & I've used truck stop washrooms(bath) that are constantly used 24/7 & have NEVER seen a washroom this Bad in a hotel or in truck stop. Towels are paper thin & they had stains on them one had RED stain. I have read comments on hotels were ppl complain about burnt carpet now that is the laziness & carelesness of the guest BUT stains on Bath towels? There are times when U must stay in a dump like this if that happens to U get shower from a truck stop before getting here. They say no smoking in rooms yet the rooms smell bad. PLS NOTE- This comment is not out of prejudice. This is the first time & the last time stay here.

The hotel looks nice in the pictures but a second real look and it's not what you want to pay $100 for. The place is semi clean but real sketchy actors roam around the area. Upon entering the room, make sure the door doesn't hit you as it closes behind you very quickly. The look of the room hasn't been updated for decades. The bed squeaks, the ceiling seems it has dry leaks stains, coffee maker is 25 years old and the plastic has turned yellow on it. Sheets are clean, rooms are clean. Hot water seems to flow nicely. Over all 2 stars, but I'm still here while writing so anything could happen. I'll post if something happens. Good luck review readers.

Me and my family have stayed here a few times. We like the water park but the room are nasty. The staff are rude and the party's don't stop. Don't bother complaining they don't care. Rules seem to change every time we go. Deposits are 100 or 200. One time we had a friend over to swim. Its was fine. The next they charged us. Now I read that there is a deposit for remotes. The beds are just gross. Seen a girl get punched out by her bf in the hall. So don't expect to get a good night's rest here. And maybe shower at home.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP FULL OF BED BUGS. Where shall I start? The towels that smell like they came out of a swamp? the pubic hair in the bed? or maybe the BED BUGS. I paid over $ 100 for the night and let me say it's not worth $ 25 a night. I woke up at 3 am to find an army of bed bugs eating me. I promptly showered and checked out. This place isn't a hotel it's a flophouse where if you enjoy drunk people making a lot of noise in the hallways and drug dealers outside your window at all hours by all means book here !

I wouldn't even give it one star the staff are rude as can be my mom found bed bugs in her room and they tried saying we brought them in they refused to give us our money back when we found the bugs so we had to up and leave in the middle of the night with our babies. The lady who works there found my moms video on Facebook and is being ignorant all over it. Worst hotel in the city oh and the railing by the slide is literally about to fall off.

Counter staffs are nice and cheap fare. BUT Zero sound proof, sketchy neighbors, dirty hallway, damaged room...I had to stay only one night for airport but the environment really seemed sketchy and dangerous. Almost stayed up all night seriously worrying about somebody crash my car. Go to best western or hilton nearby.

DO NOT WITHDRAW MONEY FROM ANY OF THE ATMS HERE!! They will eat your money and not dispense whatever it is you tried to withdraw. Then when you try to get it back the owner of the ATMs will send you on a goose chase for a month. Unless you go to your bank directly…. Save yourself the hassle and withdraw money up the street across from Tim Hortons.

If you like to feel unsafe and worried for your well being the “ Urine” luck. The room was disgusting, everything smelled of urine and cigarette smoke and the lovely partrents to this establishment have most likely stabbed a few people. Will not return, will not recommend, sad I wasted hard earned money on this horor house equivalent of a hotel. Plus side, lots of parking !

the floors needed cleaning, the shower leaked all over the ceiling. People doing drugs out the back door, i didn't feel safe. Didn't use the pool area cause you needed staff to let you and i didn't want to interrupt his smoking breaks outside.I wanted to give it no star but in order to put a remark I had to give it a star.

Very disgusting. Woke up to bed bugs biting my little sisters and I. Never going there again. Upon checking out, there were two other ladies checking out for the same reason. I reported the bugs as I was checking out, only to say I was lying and would only believe if Id bring them bagged. Bleh.. Never...Again...

The room was quite ok, huge, clean and quiet. The air condition didn't work though. And the surrounding is aweful. Sb puked in front of the entrance door, there is social housing in the lower floor, I suppose and sb slept in the corridor in front of one of these doors. First time I didn't feel safe in Canada.

Place and staff is fine, just bothered by the rude guests. One lady was fighting with her boyfriend over the phone for 5 min straight, and she was yelling some inappropriate things. My church rents this place for worship and a children's Sunday school, and luckily the Lady wasn't there during the service.

Terrible place. Dirty, smelly and I got scabies when I stayed here because the sheets or towels weren't clean. When I complained the front desk blamed me and said I was at fault ( I'm OCD and a neat freak this isn't possible ) I would avoid this place like the plague. Disgusting.

The wait for the waterslides was so long the pool shut down before it was my cousins turn and she cried all weekend ruining the trip to the city for the rest of our cousins. Get in line 3 hours before closing if you want to experience rhr best water slide on Notre Dame Avenue.

Prison looking dorms from hallway. Room had 2 buckets with water dripping from ceiling. Desk clerk wasn't surprised when I asked for refund right away. Photos are not accurate.

The Pool was nice. Alot of people party in the rooms so had to move twice due to loud noise. The cook was grumpy and didn't cook food very well. She always gave attitude. So felt unwelcomed right away. I would not be back again.

I don't this place, went to play some VLT's and listened to karaoke. So if you're interested check it out.

The hotel really has a heavy smell of disinfectant and mildew. The staff are very enthusiastic. The water park is very good and has a great slide.
