just stopped here on a whim as me & partner was hungry (not from area we are from York actually) well what a tucked away little gem this place is.. Staff are friendly & food was spot on tastes as good as it looks I tell ya! would 100% come back here again! Well done ladies x

Called in here the other day following a friends recommendation grabbed a ham salad sandwich and some scuffles. Sandwich bread cake wasn’t fresh ham was more like a skin graft it was that thin, scuffers weren’t much fresher either won’t be going back.

Recently moved to the area and found Wood Lane Bakery. Staff are polite and friendly and the food is always great. Had a tandoori chicken flatbread last time I visited.... it was pretty awesome
