Nice and quiet location in one of the more exclusive house jaw dropping locations of Sydney that just brings you back to reality based on relativity... So really, it's in the eye of the beholder... Boat ramp that looks exclusive, well, based on the road to get done here, you ain't bringing anything big down here on your trailer... So really just for the locals... So in another life, maybe this would be a good place for one of my weekend escape homes...
It's a quiet, hidden little place. Nothing fancy and that's what I like about it. I like to wander here in evenings...just sit on one of the small rocks and look at all the yachts that are parked there while the city lights sparkle in the background.
The actual reserve is fine. Quiet, calm and not much foot traffic. The little beach is kind of lame and has oyster shells all over the place so not great for use other than sitting. No bathroom facilities. Still the quiet was great
A hidden gem of tranquil canoeing or kayaking. Tranquil on the surface means...don't fall in or splash around...Bull Sharks in in Them Thar Hills for sure. Especially after dark...keep those Toes'es in da boat.! …
Beautiful calm place but it needs public toilet facilities also jetty for dinghies of yacht owners. In addition, there is not even 1 place for bike locking. It's a rich suburb with no intelligent touch...
My dog always loves coming here! It can get a bit muddy in low tide so be prepared to bring towels in the car if you plan on letting your dog go for a swim!
Site of earliest European settlement on the northern harbour with appropriate plaques to note this. Also good area to launch a kayak into the water.
Hidden small park in Lane Cove. Not much too see here but its quite peaceful.
Nice small reserve, good for a casual picnic. Small playground for the kids.
Best mooring bay in harbour in all winds very tranquil spot
The place needs a refresh. Rather peaceful and secluded.
Nice little park. Good for parking your dinghy.
