Kim the branch manager is rude and has the worst demeanor. She never represented herself as the manager just a regular teller agent but once I realize how rude and how she really didn’t want to help just pass my problem. This bank held my check for almost 11 days because they needed to verify funds. I don’t recommend doing any banking that your household depends on her manager Joe phones goes to voicemail and no one answers. Customer service sends you to the branch so Kim can be rude to you
Sharon and Mindy are the best. Real PROS helped me with something no one else could. Great 2 Woodforest Bank should give thanks to Sharon and Mindy
