Did not have a positive first experience at this dental clinic. Very poor billing practices - received a surprise bill in the mail 5 months later even though they spoke with my insurance company and said everything would be covered. Apparently they were dealing with significant issues and inconsistencies in their billing and information system, largely due to staff errors. Had to argue numerous charges with them 5 months later. Sending a bill in the mail without contacting patients directly is highly impersonal. Paid a discounted bill in the end but will not be returning to this clinic as their communication and organizational skills are sub-par compared to other dental clinics.

I'm writing this review for Woodview family dentistry. The staff were amazing they were very helpful. Nelly at front desk was amazing, she was very helpful and she went the extra mile to help and explain the process as well as the cost of the treatment and the detail of the bill. Doctor Sabri was very considerate, he gave me the time to explain my issue. He did a good job in explaining the detail and the problem in very considerate way as well as with very high level of professionalism. Dr. Nada was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend that place for anyone who is reading this review and I would like to thank them again for great service then great work.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing solutions by priority. II felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on every step of the way. They kindly fit my adult son in for an appointment when he was experiencing teeth issues. Once again, staff were excellent and gentle. We would highly recommend you visit Woodview Family Dentistry. I promise, you will be so happy that you did. (P.S. WFD offers fantastic prices. They even have a package which includes X-rays, consultation and cleaning)

The clinic's modern technology and cleanliness impressed me, and the emphasis on patient comfort was outstanding. They allowed me to wear my headphones during my appointment to feel more comfortable with the procedure. heir professionalism, caring approach, and warm atmosphere make them a top choice. I have had 3 really great experiences here and I'll be back for my next appointment in the fall! It is always easy to book an appointment, the staff are extremely friendly, they are on time, make you feel at ease and the doctor is kind and skilled. I had a cavity filled and it was a quick and relatively comfortable experience. The office is super clean and I feel safe and well taken care of!

I highly recommend Woodview dental , the doctors, Dr. Nada and Dr.Ahmed are highly professional, knowledgeable and caring; the front desk, Neili, she is very welcoming and organized , she also sends early reminder before the appointment. Julie the dental assistant makes me feel at ease during the procedure and she makes sure that nice music is available in the room throughout the procedure .

Dr. Sabri and Dr. Nada are two of the most caring and professional dentists I have ever seen. Their crew is also amazing and kind. My mom had a dental emergency and we were so worried about her situation but Dr. Sabri and Dr. Nada comforted us and took care of the situation very professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend their clinic to everyone looking for a dentist.

I was hesitant to go to a dentist during the tough time we are living in and the challenges of COVID-19. I went with my son to woodview family dentistry and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Kamosi and the entire staff are amazing. My son doesn’t feel comfortable when visiting the dentist but the doctor handled him perfectly. Definitely recommend the clinic.

I am extremely satisfied with Woodview Family Dentistry and would highly recommend them. The dentists and staff are highly capable. I particularly wish to point out they accommodated my needs following a motor vehicle accident to ensure a badly broken tooth was saved. Languages spoken: English and Arabic.
