Firstly, Doctor Shawn is one of the vet there, I would say he is the only one who quite taking care of the pets, but he wasn’t really have enough experience on certain medical case of illness. My Dog was having Seizure early, that’s why we admitted to this clinic. Then they told us it was IMHA later on.. But there is one time my dog got 2nd time seizure in their clinic.. but they never really treat it right on that particular symptoms... so then we been through all the hospitalization, medications, blood transfusion.. and indeed my dog was healed from the IMHA, and the bill was crazy.. all unknown medication terms in the invoice wasn’t explain clearly to us.. after discharged, my dog was having seizures more than almost 2 times (its was 4 times in total before we admitted him to their clinic) , then we quickly went back to Yee’s.. but Doctor Shawn was on leave.. then we finally met Doctor Yee, she then treated icuss with very impatient attitude.. then she said there’s no necessary to admit hospitalization.. then gave us a set of new medications for him.. and told us to bring him back.. Unfortunately... He got seizure and seizure again and again, But when we texted them, they never replies.. (we always update them how’s our dog doing and all) til we brought him to another clinic in Klang.. they got the past history treatment from Yee’s.. but clearly Yee’s wasnt fully report everything to them.. when we told them our dog got seizure in their clinic, they wasn't aware of that.. They only know about the IMHA case.. seizures was very very severe and urgent cases for dogs.. but Yee’s wasn't treating it right I supposed.. sadly.. my dog died from continuous seizure yesterday’s morning in the oxygen chamber in Klang’s... my point is, they should have told us the seriousness of my dog‘s Illness.. their clinic have no necessary equipments for my dog’s ilness.. they should have told us and so we could quickly transfer him to another... but its all too late after we brought him there...

I started coming Yee Vet since somewhere around 2019. It started off with sending my rabbit for annual check up. Thereafter, I fed the stray cats nearby my housing area and started sending them for treatments and spay services. Here are my takeaways: 1. The vet is super clean. Due to I cannot keep rescued animals at home after spayed, I have no choice but to leave them for boarding here. I was worried of (1) the cats may not recognize each other when they are released back to their original place (2) Cat(s) may got infected with sickness from the vet area. I was wrong (and I am glad I was wrong) as Yee Vet is super clean (thanks to all the staffs at Yee Vet). Never even once the above happened after my rescued animals were discharged. Contrary to other vet, particularly iVet pet care in Bukit Jelutong, during discharged, all of them fallen sick (caught sick from vet even before discharged). This had caused me a lot of inconveniences, both duplicated cost and much kind efforts wasted. 2. The doctors are very professional. I had seen a few doctors. Not only 1 is professional, all of them are very professional. 3. Communication via Whatsapp is responsive. 4. The cost is higher compared to other vet. I was struggling for this; but on the positive side, the cost grant me with peace of mind. 5. The only downside is... if you bring animal without appointment, you would end up long waiting time (unless is real emergency situation for the animal). So, please make appointment and honor the time.

My dog was healthy walking up and down on its own with only flaky skin and wound on the tail. After much research, decided to bring here. They charged 600+ for simple blood test and a bunch of oral meds and other minor accessory e.g. Collar, one of which is cortesteroid (if only i know that medicine given is actually steroid i would have not feed it to my dog for 8 consecutive days, day and night, i knew it too late blindly trust what doctor say) . Original blood test shown liver reading just slightly high. One week on medication dog unable to get up, took to another hospital during public holiday cause when I watsapp if they accept emergency case (my dog vomit non stop, both back leg become jelly totally not able to stand on its own) they reply me to make appointment on next opening day! The other vet did a more thorough check and found out liver and kidney failing down. My dog passed away after few days. Btw, they even charged me skin scraping fee when all he did was just lightly scrap a bit on his tail to check the wound. He din even tell me that the wound on his tail is caused by tumour and there's no other way to cure unless cut off the tail, i can only clean the wound daily basis as told by other vet. Cost of 4 days visitation and hospitalised in another vet can only let you visit once here. Come at your own risk as all i have is only doubt and very hard to proved it is caused by the medicine given.

Due to the popularity of this clinic, the staff appreciates if clients will call ahead to schedule their appointment for their pets. Of course, genuine emergency cases may be exempted. Do wear a medical mask when visiting this premises. Lots of positive changes had taken place since our first visit to this vet back in late 2018. Dr Yee, Dr Shawn and Dr Doris were the early pioneers fronting this Veterinary Clinic. Since then their medical workforce had doubled, with Dr Kwan, Dr Teh and Dr Nicole attending to our beloved pets. They have assistants who are gentle in handling even the most uncooperative dog or cat. This clinic has since added X-ray and ultrasound facilities, generally available only in animal hospitals. You can opt for SDMA bloodwork with results out within 15 minutes or the conventional one, in which the blood sample is sent to a third party laboratory. Fees depend on how complex the treatment procedure and the take home medication is. I wouldn't say it would be as cheap as a government run vet hospital, but you do get your money's worth. The vets are experienced, friendly and communicative. They make sure you understand what's going on with your furry companion and will update you of their findings and test results via Whatsapp or email. Major credit cards are accepted. Unless your pet has a real medical emergency, kindly call in advance to ensure the clinic runs as smoothly as possible.

Never in my life, I'm going to step my foot into this veterinary clinic. I visited this vet because of the good reviews from google. Now, I found out the ugly side of it. Now I wonder where do they get all these good reviews from?? All they want is money because animals are just animals to them. If your dog is still in good condition, they will welcome you. But if your dog is in critical condition, they will put your dog aside. My dog was one of the victims that was blinded by their attitude. My dog was admitted for a night. The next day when I came, I saw my dog was covered with diarrhea, pee, and vomit. No one cleaned him up. Same for other dogs. They even gave him the wrong food, which worsens his situation. (my dog needs special food due to his health condition). I confronted the front desk, and a guy came out shouting at me and told me to keep quiet and do not complain in front of other customers. They want to keep their reputations clean and do not want me to affect their so-called 'business'. The vet doctor even told me my dog was hopeless and persuaded me to give up on my dog. The doctor said: 'Give up on him la. you easy, we easy.' They don't even care about my dog because they think my dog is no longer a useful 'business' tool for them. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and their charges were high. I do not recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone.

Great clinic to take your pets to if you're living around PJ area from the first point of contact (receptionist) to the vets themselves, everyone seems to genuinely care for your pet's wellbeing. Took both of my dogs there for emergency cases and they handled it so professionally with a real heart for the animals. The Dr who attended both my dogs took the time to console/comfort my dogs before carrying out any procedures (very professionally and efficiently might I add) and the attendant was also so caring and gentle with my dog. He held her gently and was petting her even after the procedure was completed. I've never seen my dog in such a calm state in a clinical environment before. But the part that really impressed me is that they send you a follow-up message on WA to check on your pet's condition (about a week after the visit) and will give you some additional reminders/advice on what you can do post-recovery for your pet. As for the pricing, it's a bit more expensive than other vet clinics, but I would say that it's worth it. All in all, really great professional service accompanied by love for animals.

First visit for second opinion for my puppy’s chronic condition unresolved at another vet. Met Dr Kwan, she was super attentive and gentle with my puppy. They offer investigation tests necessary in-house with rapid results. Dr Kwan gave thorough examination, explanation with diagnosis, and customised treatment + diet plan(all provided handwritten in a piece of paper afterwards) She followed up via WhatsApp early next morning on my pup’s condition. I’m amazed by her service provided. One thing which turned me off at a point in this clinic. I called to ask/inform to revisit asap explaining my puppy had some severe reaction(unstoppable vomiting and diarrhoea) likely after a medication from the clinic, the counter lady reply was: We are closing. I was aghast. Luckily Dr Kwan took over and assisted all after. It was all made better before and after by Dr Kwan’s service. I’ll revisit this clinic primarily for Dr Kwan’s service, then too for the facility available Clinic was clean and comfortable too

I really must thank the doctors and the team at Yee Veterinary Clinic. I had to put an adult cat and a kitten down about a month ago. It was my first time at their clinic. They were very kind to my husband and I who were occupying 2 rooms with each cat. They gave us our space and didn't rush us even though it was a 'quick procedure'. We never had to put any down before and didn't think it would be so hard on us. But they made the difficult experience a very heartfelt one. Thank you so much! We also had another cat sent over this week, this time for neutering and she has the Best Looking sutures I have ever seen!! Really clean and tidy. Having previously sent our other cats to other vets around our area for the same procedure, we can really see the difference! She has healed up very nicely and just within afew days.

It was my first visit to this clinic today based on the recommendation of a friend. I have had troubles before when bringing in my cat for checkups as she is 100% indoor cat and anxious around other humans. Trip to the vet usually will be an upsetting experience for both of us. So, I had my reservations. Made an appointment a week in advanced and requested for Dr Yee as advised by my friend. Dr Yee was attentive, patient and very gentle with my anxious cat. She took her time to check my cat and with the help of an assistant, handled my cat very well. No fuss at all. The clinic is kept clean and everything is well organised. Reminder: You will have to call/whatsapp to set an appointment before coming in. But, do bear in mind that the replies may be delayed as the clinic does get busy.

Kitty and I visited this vet today for the first time. I must admit that I made up my mind to book an appointment with them after reading the reviews on google. I rang at 9:30am and managed to get an appointment for 4:30pm (person on the phone was very polite). We were greeted at the registration counter by lovely Cahaya and her colleague. Kitty was attended to by Dr Shawn who was extremely professional, courteous and on the ball. He provided good and clear explanation with regards to Kitty's post diagnostic sequence. I am so pleased and grateful that my Kitty is well. I am glad we decided to come here. Thank you everyone at Yee Vet Clinic today for making our visit as smooth as possible. Keep up the great job. After visiting a vet nearby my house for just a normal vaccine, the condition of my kitten worsened. Without hesitation, I decided to drive a little further to Yee's. Am glad I do that as those young doctors immediately took action. Snow had parvovirus in her and chances of survival is 50. The doctors quickly sanitize us as well and reminded us all possibility and danger of the virus. They do send us pictures and updated Snow condition everyday, even on public holiday. Snow condition stabilised now and am glad she's coming home save soon. I would definitely and strongly recommend this veterinarians. Thank you super doctors. And not forgetting the front desk and assistants for their professionalism. Keep it up

We went to 2 other vets that weren't able to diagnose or solve our GSD's skin condition over the span of 2 months. Was recommended by a family member to Yee Veterinary and I am finally at peace and satisfied with our experience. Dr Kwan is gentle, friendly and extremely professional, she asked a lot of questions and was able to give detailed explanations to the issue. Tests were done immediately to diagnose his condition and medications were prescribed and though its going to be a long process to treat the condition, I trust that they are reliable and I am happy that I know the actual cause of the issue. It was definitely worth the price paid. Highly recommended.

Decided to try them out because our usual vet is always really full. Was a great decision because the vets as well as reception staff are so kind, friendly (unlike our usual place). Overall the clinic was bright, welcoming feeling and even my pup felt more at ease. We saw Dr Teh who was great at explaining what was happening, and our pup was quite receptive to her, allowed her to poke and prod without much fuss, which really showed her expertise and confidence. In short, we had such a good experience that we've decided to switch over to this clinic for all visits in the future. Highly recommended.

Visited there usually on Saturday mornings. My furkid had skin problems and have been scratching nonstop. Biting her paws as well. As problem was not resolved after visiting another vet, brought her to see Dr. Yee. Found her to be knowledgeable and very thorough checking. Gentle and emphatic in handling my furkid. Parking wasn't an issue for me, usually manage to find parking, if not you can park behind the clinic near the housing area and walk over. During Cmco, appointment preferably to be made and they only allow 1 person to accompany your pet. Clean and well aired.

The service at Yee Vet is excellent. From Dr Yee herself, to the other vets, and the other staff, I have nothing but high praise for them. Dr Yee herself is calm and steady when dealing with my jittery dogs (and their more jittery human owner), explains things clearly and calmly, and takes good care of my dogs. A few month ago, one of my geriatric dogs had to be put to sleep because of advanced-stage tumours. Dr Yee handled that sad situation with so much care and sympathy. I just got two new pups and Dr Yee is their vet.

Worst clinic I ever been to. Brought my pet to the clinic due to Emergency (Fell down and leg injured). Went to the clinic at 9:30AM without appointment, the front desk asked to wait. There weren’t any customer until 20mins later, 2 customer with Appointment went it first. I’ve waited for 1 HOUR with my Pet SUFFERING WITH LEG INJURIES. Very costly charges as they didn’t provide any x-ray or whatsoever. Just looking at the leg only. No more next time to this Clinic. Dont bring your pet if there’s emergency.

I’ve been buying Royal Canin Vet food from them for quite some time. However, recently I decided to get a second opinion from them for my cats condition. I was thoroughly surprised how efficient and detailed they didn’t their work. Within a few minutes Dr Sean diagnosed and ran tests to find out what is causing the problems. The medicine provided was effective and my cat is making a great recovery. I also appreciate how I can communicate and update my cats condition via WhatsApp to the doctor.

We are much impressed and touched by the professional attitude, helpfulness and caring ways that Yee Vet staff shown to us when we visited Lottie boy, a rescued stray doggie that was wounded. They took time to help carry Lottie in a cage though it was raining heavily into the van. One Chinese staff also helped to explain to the transporter on the meds who was sending Lottie to the fosterer's home. Thanks n Keep it up Justin and his team. And our hanks to Dr Brevina too.

Dr.Yee was very friendly,caring, and professional vet.The only thing I dont like the male staff asistant and the male receptionist is unfriendly and rude.He talked so much at the front desk love to chit chat all the time with other staff.I hope the management of this clinic can take serious action for their staff how to talk politely and also give a good eye contacts to make the customer feel comfortable and to make sure the customer will come back.

First experience with this Vet Clinic. Make an appointment at 16:30 hrs and the staffs is friendly to guide me. No strong dog or cat smell inside the clinic. Met with Vet Shawn, an experienced and passionate to animal, took his patience to explains my pet condition and solution to me and my daughter and now my dog is under medication. Urine test result within 30 mins. Screening ots. Remarks: hard to find carpark during normal workdays.

I called and have never been to this vet re: a sick kitten. The person on the phone patiently answered all my questions, and even offered a lot of advice. The fact that they were so caring and helpful even before me visiting is a sign that they really do care about animals. I called 5 other animal hospitals that either said "I don't know" or asked me to call somewhere else. So thank you so much! Will make an appointment soon.

I took my 12 y.o dog to Dr. Yee for a 2nd opinion. My dog was diagnosed with oral cancer by the vet in Kuantan. Dr. Yee was gentle and sympathetic. She and her team handled my dog gently and respectfully. Dr. Yee ran all the necessary tests. And explained carefully her diagnosis. When I had to call her a month later for some clarification, Dr. Yee responded promptly over the phone. Thank you Dr. Yee and your team.

My dog has been seen and treated by most of the vets here. I'm really thankful for their patience and knowledge in explaining, educating, answering questions and doing all that they can to help my dog every time we go there. Make an appointment before you go, and be ready to wait for awhile even with one (they get held up by anxious owners like me...). I like that appointments can be made via WhatsApp.

My guinea pig was sick and quite critical. I couldn't find any vet who handled Guinea pigs on hand. Luckily I called this clinic and was able to see the Dr. Yee. She handled my Guinea pig very well and knew exactly what was wrong and prescribed some treatment. Treatment was reasonable priced and was very comfortable with the treatment my piggies received. Definitely in safe hands with Dr. Yee.

I brought my dog, Andrew, for cancer treatment here early Jan this year. Andrew was treated with the nicest way possible, with such care and compassion. Dr.Yee and team is also very responsive whenever I need urgent consultation via mobile. Dr. Yee and team are really one of the best, and the fury kids are so lucky to have them around! Dr. Yee is very gentle but factual. Very professional Veterinarian and very patient with my little poodle. Never aggressive or rough. Dr. Yee took care of my little girl from her 1st checkup at few weeks old, her vaccinations, anti heart worm jabs and did her spaying and her regular checkups there after. I went there yesterday for to purchase a/d diet Royal Canin Restorative Care which recommended by my vet friend. This receptionist definitely very friendly and ask me why I buy it for. I told her this can for my hamster who really weak and suffering illness long term. She asked me to bring my Roborovski hamster. I thought this vet clinic is not suitable for exotic animals

Its difficult to judge a place like a Veterinary clinic during a lockdown but one thing for sure. I have been there several times, with my dog or to buy medication or special food. My boy had diarrhoea and vomiting. Was given anti diarrheoa and anti vomiting jabs but to no prevail he is still gagging and having jelly like stool. Dr says he has no ear mites but allergy but when I was at the cashier the assistant said it was anti fungal drops. Bill came up to almost RM300 for a first timer. Thanks for the follow up by Dr Yee.

This vet was recommended by my usual vet to go for an ultrasound on his liver. I would really like to thank dr.Kuan for her professionalism and kindness- max was going through a really difficult situation and I could really tell how much she cared for my dog and only wants see him get better. My dog is now feeling so much better - Tq doctor!

I got recommended this veterinary from my friend, even though a little bit far from my home i still go there and i am so satisfied They explain so clearly about my cat so i understand what happened to my cat. Vets are very loving and attentive to the patients needs and condition. I can see how they handle the animals shows how professional they are. The clinic is very clean and neat. In terms of price they might not be at the lower range but i felt the price makes sense for the quality service they are providing. Keep up the good service!

Took my limping cat there for a second opinion after my first visit to a different vet previously made no difference. Dr Yee was so thorough in her examination of my cat, and patient in explaining things to us. It’s just been a day since I took my cat there, and he’s already feeling so much better and walking with less of a limp.

My mittens has been coming here recently and we've always been treated with kindness. Coming on a sunday where there was no appointments, though didn't have to wait long at all! Though I haven't been here often enough, the staff including Dr Yee are the nicest vets I've ever met :) happy to bring all my pets here.

Allover service is okey, some Dr are great and some just bad in explaining. But i find the price is abit on high side. They wil have all sort of test every time i visited and wil easily cost me Rm200-250 each visit and every month wil be there twice. this is worst and more expensive than human clinic

Always bring my cat here if treatment is necessary, the veterinarians and staff are careful and calm, reducing the stress on my cat, not an easy going cat in the vet (at times they use pheromones to keep her calm). This place is quite far from my house, but it's worth the travel. Highly recommend!

Yee Veterinary provides the highest std of veterinary care. Dr Yee helped my beloved Babyboy lived to the ripe old age of 15 yrs.Yrs past our expectation. She has given me hope that my pet's health can b improved when I thought there was no hope..highly recommend Yee Vet to those who have pets.

Dr Yee, Dr Shawn and the whole team are impeccable. Been sending my permanent 12 cats for almost 5 years(and uncountable stray cats over the years) and their attention to details is still top notch. I think those bad reviews from others are impostors from competitors I dare say.

Dr Yee is not friendly and not professional. Kept telling us off to respect their time as we stepped in the vet before 5pm. Vet didn't put any closed signage and why she lectured or nagged at my hubby and I twice. Our first time visiting the vet and could be last :(

What I can say about this vet is both doctors are really incompetent, unable to diagnose my dog issue and now making the issue worse. I will consider making a complaint and make it socially public about their incompetence. Maybe a legal as well.

I brought my dog in for allergies and was absolutely impressed with the doctors and the service. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend all to bring your pets here. Whether it's for a general checkup or what not.

Brought my hamster in and the doctor was great. Thank you. However the assistant was a little too quick to try to pick up by hamster while I was actually explaining to the doctor what was wrong (I was worried he'd fractured his rib cage.)

Brought hamsters and rabbits for appointments here frequently and I can vouch for their professionalism and great service! My experience here is great and my hamster has healed well thanks to their treatment and guidance.

Dr Yee is very professional, my dog was limping and after some checking Dr Yee could identify the problem and cured him. Doctors and staffs are also friendly which is icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

The vet seemed professional and everyone was welcoming and friendly. They helped out my dog even though she was reluctant to enter. The price was high but nothing but the best for my dog.

The doctors at Yee are super amazing, fast and knowledgeable. You can get an appointment pretty quick but make sure to book your slot the night before or first thing in the morning.
