brought my rescue puppy in to the Taman Megah branch for check up because she was coughing and had thick discharge in her eyes and nose. i asked the vet whether it was distemper and he said no, that it was a just bad flu. it was tall young indian vet who saw her. i also informed him that she had survived parvo the month before. 2 days later her vomit had blood in it. thought it was the bad cough causing her to hurt her throat but 2 days after that she coughed many speckles of blood onto her towel so i brought her to another vet who did the test and diagnosed her but wouldn't admit her. Then I took her to another who did and gave her TLC but she died 6 days later. i googled the symptoms and it could have been distemper, that's why i asked!!!! wasted the precious time that she could have been given distemper serum and strong intravenous antibiotics earlier so she would have a better chance to fight it. wish i never brought her to this clinic. Rest in peace little Sheena. ps read in blogs dating from 6 years ago that this vet always has young doctors seeing patients, never Dr Yeoh himself. Taking in young vets is good if you are mentoring them. if you are using them because they are cheap and you can't be bothered to train, supervise and mentor them, then you are a heartless and greedy person Dr Yeoh. i found this old review from Oct 2011 in lowyat forum online; If you're looking for a vet to bring your pet to, don't ever go to Yeoh's Veterinary Clinic at Taman Megah PJ. I've been to their clinic for over 7 years and I go there twice in a year for my 3 dogs' annual booster and every time I see a new doctor/trainee/junior, so that would be around 14 new faces and I don't think any of them are Dr Yeoh. These new faces are mostly here for temporary training and 99% of the time are not supervised by senior doctors.
We brought my 15+ year old dog (Fuzzy) to Yeoh clinic when he became unwell recently. By chance, Fuzzy was placed under Dr Shevani's care. During the entire process of treating my senior dog, Dr Shevani proved to be extremely competent, observant and empathetic. She is one of the best vets Fuzzy has seen in his 15 years. Her explanations were clear, her consultation manners professional yet empathetic. Her keen observation of Fuzzy's mannerisms, allowed us to find the most comfortable position for Fuzzy to get his daily fluid injections. She balanced the delicateness of weighing treatment for a critical illness vs quality of life as best as a medical professional can. The end of life care and advice that Fuzzy received here is the best I could've asked for. We were also not absurdly charged. The clinic was reasonable in their consultation and medication fees. Not charging vet consultation fees for repeat visits. Charging tests and routine procedures at a lower price than other places I've been to. Yeoh clinic is also run very efficiently where the reception and operational staff are very quick. Visits are appointment based, waiting times are extremely short. I can be in and out the door in less than half an hour while at other vets, I've had to wait 2-3 hours. Blood tests can also be done and dusted in 15 minutes. Thank you Dr Shevani for treating Fuzzy with the utmost care and understanding, and thank you Yeoh clinic staff for running an efficient medical establishment.
Went 2 times over span of the life of my 15 year old dog. Horrible service and was very rough with my dog eventhough she is very gentle and has never bitten anyone even when in pain throughout her life. Roughly constrained and muzzled her to the point where she was extremely uncomfortable to give her an eardrop for infected ear without even assesing if she was aggressive (she was sitting there calmly). Other vets have never constrained oe muzzled her this roughly before (if they even use the muzzle). End up she started struggling and then got a phobia of ear drops. Second time was a decade later thought they would be better. Went coz she got poisoning coz my Uncle accidentally gave her wrong dosage for tick medicine. They diagnosed her as having lung infection(?) and told us to put her down even after we told them she was being poisoned. Turns out they didnt have the antidote and so could not treat her. They still charged us RM700 for not doing anything, but ultimately after we complained and made a fuss they did refund us half. We sent her to Gasing and they gave her the antidote immediately and hospitalized her and the bill was also very reasonably priced. Now she is alive and well when she would have been randomly put down by this vet just because they did not have the antidote to treat her. Went a decade apart and experienced horrible service twice. Almost blindly put my dog down because of a misdiagnosis which was due to them having no medicine to treat her.
WARNING: DO NOT Go There If Your Pet is Precious To You I would like to share an incident that happened many years ago. My family brought our healthy and cheerful dog for an annual healthcheck at this clinic one day, and we were told he apparently had 'heart worm' disease and this required surgery which cost a thousand plus ringgit (we then found out another clinic then can perform the same surgery for less than RM500 about a year later). After the surgery, my cheerful dog was super weak, afraid and down, we knew something wasn't quite right and not long later he was suffering from maggots in his mouth and in his body wounds, and he passed away because of this. (I suspect now the unnecessary surgery was the starting of the downfall for him) AND years after we got other dogs and brought them to this clinic for annual healthcheck (we didn't suspect much yet at that moment) This time, they too claimed one of the dogs "has heartworm and required surgery or else he will die in few months to 2/3 years time".. This time, we listened to our intuition and decided to observe instead. And till today (more than 10 years) that dog is still well and alive with us. So I say, becareful with these people!! P/s: I understand that management and staff may have changed after all these years and this could be a one off case, but based on the recent comments I can see, it seems like there are cases where these sickening disgusting greedy practices could still exist at this place.
Charges are high, medication & treatment did not help my dog at all, and worst thing is that the doctor gave incorrect advice! My dog had serious bloating due to water retention. The doctor diagnosed it to be a kidney problem. Told me that my dog was leaching out protein & informed me to give him more high protein food to replenish while going on renal diet. Told me my dog might have only 3-6 months to live. After going home & doing my own research (Google lol), it seemed that dogs on renal diets should not be given high protein food as it may burden the kidney further. I went back to clarify with Yeoh Vet doctor & to my disbelief he said "oh ya, I also did some reading up. Don't give him any high protein food" So if I don't go back to clarify, were they planning to just keep quiet & not let me know about it? If I didn't do my own research, maybe my dog would really only have 3-6 months to live while they drain my wallet dry. Total bill cost me almost RM1k (incl ultrasound at Gasing vet which they insisted for me to go) and did not help my dog AT All. Went to another clinic & my dog's condition was stabilised after just one visit (and the bill was only RM200-300). If you want to get vaccinations or something minor, then yes, feel free to come here. For more serious cases, I highly recommend to seek treatment elsewhere.
*Terrible vet experience.* Strongly advise pet owner to avoid this cruelty vet at all cost. Earlier this week we brought our female sugar glider to perform a medical checkup. After a few inspection, Doctor advise a further X-Ray is needed. So, we waited outside. 5 minutes later, our glider came back with fur being tear off at the back of the neck. We asked and he - the doctor claim it is normal as a result of the X-Ray. Clearly, we do not agreed. As this is not the first time our glider undergo a X-Ray check up. We knew this is being done intentionally. At last the doctor admit they did tear off his fur on purpose because she bite them over the process of checking. But let's be frankly here, would any of the pet owner expect such situation happen after sending their pet for medical check up. As a VET, they should have handle any pet professionally and shower them with love. If that's the way of showing the love then I would say they are not even qualify to be a vet. I am hereby to seek for an apologies from Yeoh Veterinary Clinic & Surgery Sdn.Bhd to my pet and I as a token of apologies for handle my pet badly and telling a lie to the pet owner. Thank you.
This vet really upset me. I rescued a rabbit and it had rectal prolapse. The earlier vet had managed to put it back inside and stitched. However the stitched were off and I requested to visit this vet since they have the facility of anesthesia inhaler gas which is more safer for rabbit compared to injection. The Dr told me that according to her assessment the rabbit is fine and should the rectal prolapse again, to come over so they can do a quick 10 minutes minor ops to stitch it again. No medication was given, only consultation charges. I followed the advise accordingly. After 4 days the rectal prolapse again and I needed to secure a slot but was told that the 2 doctors available are not able to do this since the schedule is full. I told the receptionist that the remarks given earlier was that the minor ops would only take 10 minutes, can't the Dr. at least spend 10 minutes for this. She replied in a polite manner but the answer is still No. Fair enough, this would be my first and last visit to this vet. My time and hope got wasted.
I am super disappointed with the treatment given. why? i brought my guinea pig in on Monday because i couldn't find any vet that is available for guinea pig treatment by then, the vet 'checked' my guinea pig and said nothing was wrong with his mouth yet has some gases in his stomach. They did an xray too. I was required to pay RM230 for a so called tretament and only got a medicine for 3 days use, and was told to do a following checkup after the 3 days. My guinea pig condition worsen, Brought my guinea pig to another vet, the another vet gave me almost 4 types of medicine and an Oxbow Critical Care (which was supposed to be given by any vet who detected tummy issues in small animal) too, and detected a dental problem in my guinea pig. Trimmed my guinea pig teeth and got so much better now. ( Paid SO MUCH LESSER THAN YEOH'S) If Yeoh veterinary is not able to treat guinea pigs well, dont claim you know to do so. Just say NO. Your priority is not animals but money. I am reviewing based on a guinea pig treatment. not other animals. tq.
Sent my puppy to the hospital on the first day and after check up, blood test and so on, my puppy discharged with a very weak status. 2nd day i noticed the puppy still very weak so i decide to send back. And when the doctor ask me to pick up the puppy i notice the puppy is very very weak that she cant even stand up. I ask the doctor that whether the puppy is suitable to bring back or should stay in the hospital. Doctor insist that the puppy is fine.. few hours after i bring home. The puppy pass away. What im saying is even im not a profesional i can see the puppy is so weak. It should be staying in the hospital, but due to that time is almost 8pm, im guessing they wan to close the shop and ask me bring the puppy back home even in that status. Note that the fees on the first day is rm580, they did blood test, drip and oxigen tank including 3 medicine 2nd day, charges was rm50, they did nothing there, not even feed the puppy. Half a day in the clinic but they din even fèes the puppy that is so weak. As like rm50 is boarding fees?
Brought my baby here and have a check up. Vet brought my hamster for an x-ray, we asked to accompanied my baby for the x-ray but they insisted us to wait for 15 minutes. After everything done , while otw back my hamster died. I really want to know what have you done to my hamster with that 15 minutes... my poor baby. Edited* 14/4/2019 I know this review might lost somewhere down here but if you're reading this I just want to let you know this vet is not a good choice for sure. I still hadn't forgive them up to this very second for killing my hamster and for destroying our hope. Pets for them are nothing because their main priority is money. Look for another vet instead, I recommend UPM *University Putra Malaysia. They have good and friendly services there. Fees are super cheap and they treat exotic animals like hamsters, Guinea pigs, dogs, cats, bird, etc.. My dear nighty we miss you so much. Take care of your brothers in the rainbow bridge. I believe we'll be reunited somewhere in the future. ❤️
From a dog owner’s perspective: Pros: • Experienced veterinarians with the ability to make pet dogs feel comfortable • Effective treatment methods and medication for pet dogs (e.g. for tick fever, dermatological issues, surgery) • Well-equipped with up-to-date tools and medication Cons: • Expensive - one of the higher priced vets around. A lot of unnecessary additions/tests/recommended products that only rack up the bill further • Hygiene in kennels/containment cages should be improved. Brought my dog once for surgery and the containment area was wet and reeked of animal urine and feces • No separate waiting area for dogs and cats. Not all dogs are comfortable/trained to be around cats (and vice versa), and can lead to tensions/aggression between pets • Customer service has room for improvement - receptionists can appear disgruntled and impatient at times • Parking can be difficult so it is recommended to go during off-peak hours if possible
Don’t recommend visiting this clinic at all. My dog had a tumour in his abdomen. The very next day when we brought him to Dr. Yeoh (as he suggested to do some kind of endoscopic procedure), to get a clearer view of the tumour, he quickly decided that he was going to do surgery instead. When talking to us, he failed to highlight the possible risks of the surgery. He seemed confident that he could remove it and eventually came out and stated that it was no longer possible. Unfortunately, he passed away within the next few hours, after bringing him back home. If only he had stated the risks before, like how opening him up would trigger his entire system, we would have considered otherwise. Even when explaining about our dog’s condition, he laughed from time to tome. I understand that he wanted to lighten up the mood and that he sees sick pets everyday, but he had to have some form of compassion. Once again, I recommend not going to this vet
last time my dog was having bloody diarrhea. i called them at 7.30pm to tell them that i needed to send in my dog urgently to see the vet and pls wait for me. the lady at the counter then asked me where i'm coming from. i replied saying i'll be coming from ara damansara (which is not very far from taman megah)... and guess what? she told me that i may not be able to make it before their closing time at 8pm as it is evening rush hour, it's very jam now, so it's better for me not to send in my dog to them and she told me to go Gasing instead. i told her that i've checked waze and it's showing that i can reach by 7.52pm and Yeoh Vet is the nearest to me now that is still open and this is really really emergency. and yet she still said NO to me. i was like WTH??? it's emergency and they rejected my dog because they wanted to close up soon!!! really damn heartless! from that day onwards, i've banned Yeoh Vet!
Took our senior cat as she was tilting her head....she was scratching... called yeoh clinic and inform the nurse on the condition. Was told to come and the vet will see her immediately...when we got there...we had to wait for nearly 1 and half hours...then we got to meet a very unknown vet named Dr tan...there were also 2 assistants 1 a girl and 1 man...we told Dr tan that pur cat has something in her left ear ..she took swab and says that nothing on the ear...but she can't see inside the ear and telling us that cat's ear are shaped like an L...the 2 assistants were very rough with our senior cat...and a little that was with us even told them that there were rough...and the girl assistant even has the cheek to say that the boy was naughty...will never step again into this clinic...last time it was good cause our regular Dr was there...no more yeoh veterinary for us...ever...
Money minded clinic! Brought my dog to the clinic for ultrasound due to suspection of Pyometra disesase, unfortunately it was under renovation and couldn’t do the ultrasound. I asked whether is there any other clinic nearby and the vet there said not sure and asked me to go to the jalan gasing branch and also suggested we could do X-ray instead of ultrasound and we trusted his advice. The results of X-ray came out saying that it was fine. However the next day we observed that something wrong with our furkid and when we called back he said that then it must be Pyometra and need to go for ultrasound. And i asked again whether is there any clinics nearby that provide this service and only he told me that there is one in kota damamsara(which is nearer than his other branch). If that’s the case he should have told me the day earlier and not telling me that X-ray works for it too!
My adopted handicap cat a regular (sadly) here, always the same problem (UTI 2-3times/year) and same treatment pricing 350-450.at times higher. Charges for even slightest stuff. I kept going here even with such high charges because this clinic had all her record and I was afraid to go to another vet. 7 years was the ordeal, finally yesterday I took her to pet health vet, Aman Suria l was very positively surprised both by the caring treatment and pricing. Never again to this Yeoh. One visit to Dr Thomas at pet health, explaining in detail what needs to be done I understood the urgency of certain practice. Compared to here a min. of 35visit I leave always worried with heavy heart and empty pocket. It was take this and this and no info on how really care fot the cat. I got a sense that they do this so I will revisit for financial purpose. Here it's MONEY before COMPASSION.
We took our 7 month old puppy for two consults in Nov 2020. First time misdiagnosed as sprained leg. Second time was a complete disaster.. puppy had a spine injury as I find out later. x ray gone wrong and now my puppy is paralysed. She now has two spine fractures. Not sure what happened during the x ray but scared puppy was not sedated and mishandled. I could hear my puppy howling in pain behind two closed doors. Was just told to just put puppy in cage rest. Was called 48 hours later after demanding for an explanation, Dr Yeoh said to put my puppy down! I refused the opinion of a vet who sees my puppy for 30 mins. 10 weeks later, after much care, therapy and pain management with other and more advanced and professional vets, my puppy is alive and in rehab. Never ever take your loved furbabies to this vet. I totally regret going here.
Yeoh's has been around a long time and recently underwent a fresh makeover. If you're lucky, you get to see the legendary Dr. Yeoh himself around the clinic...and of course Didie the cat who does accounts, payroll, inspections and inventory :P ! We have been seeing Dr. Jean for over a year now since we took in our family of kitty cats. She has been terrific with the girls - very thorough and always happy to answer all our annoying questions. Waiting can take up to an hour on busy days, but since the renovation, it's been a more comfortable experience. They are well stocked compared to other vets attending to young felines. Neutering is expensive here (suggest sending else where). Also always a pleasure to meet their wide variety of beautiful patients that come in all shapes, sizes, textures and sounds!
Would not recommend this veterinary. Went here due to an emergency. Brought in a kitten before that had an accident. Clearly the kitten had broken bones but instead they continuously ran unnecessary tests and charged me more money on top of having to pay a deposit of RM300 to stay for one day. The person handling my case was explaining ''scientific'' details but clearly had no idea what she was doing as excessive tests were conducted just to inflate cost. Receptionist was also very rude. I spent a total of RM607 to send a kitten to the vet for only one day only for the kitten to be dead. Only the clinic looks nice and expensive but the service provided was honestly horrid. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone even during emergency's.
Brought my hedgehog for checkup due to bleeding problems. Clinic looks nice and clean. Doctor who attended to my hedgehog was thorough in her checking but couldnt pinpoint the source of the problem. She asked me to wait outside in the waiting area while she consulted with her senior vet (didn't really like that as I preferred to stay in the consultation room while they looked further at my hedeghog). In the end, the senior doctor also could not identify the source of the bleeding and suspect it is a gastro intestinal problem. Prescribed antibiotics, deworming and digestion medicine, and a packet of gastro intestinal sensitive wet cat food. Asked me to monitor for next 2 weeks. Cost is reasonable at $54.50 in total.
This vet has two branches. For more complicated cases, I would come here. Dr Jeannie is the best doctor there through my experience so far, I had 6 sick cats. She is very thorough, informative, educated and will explain everything and also advise you a lot of details and precautions, what to expect, which was extremely helpful as I have a household of many pets and what to look out for. It was complete opposite experience I had that I felt frustrated with Dr. Doris from their other clinic, should I have had Dr Jeannie in the beginning, I might have prevented a few other of my fur kids getting sick. Their branch here is the main branch, with x-ray facilities and wait time seems shorter than their other branch.
I would never recommend this clinic for a sugar glider. I brought it there because she was quite weak. They took it give oxxgen and fed water. She was soaking wet in AC room. They didnt bother to warm her nor wipe her. They said she is much better now and hand over to me. When i took her out from pouch she was shaking and so wet. The most unprofessional doctor i have seen. They can give a super hot water pack (really super hot as it was tied in glove) to warm my glider. How dumb is that? Now my glider not just weak but STIFF. She only can wink n move her tongue. She was definitely way better before i brought her to this clinic. Seriously never ever bring your sugar gliders because they are inexperienced.
Sent my dog there for a broken leg surgery, service is good and they seemed to have plenty of regulars. I've only been there twice, once for consultation and another for surgery but they have a good WhatsApp correspondent and will keep you updated with your dog's situation. This helps with an owner's anxiety. In terms of price it's a little bit on a higher side but not by much (around rm 200 to 300) if you are able to pay for it, I'll recommend people I know to go for a broken leg surgery there (I'll never wish it'll come to that). Also be prepared to go for follow ups to monitor the dog's recovery (as you should) and factor in time and money there as well.
My dog had an issue which they diagnosed as stomach upset as he was not eating for 2-3 days. I told them had brownish red urine droplets. Prescribed 2 anti inflammatory capsules. Cost RM104. Wrong diagnosis. After 3 days my dog got worst & unable to walk with a swollen leg. Visited clinic again after 3 days with appointment n a different vet attended. I sent videos of the dog’s inability to walk to clinic for the attending vet .. but when we visited the vet had not even look at it n had no idea of the issue. Very disappointing Please be aware you will have to pay for wrong diagnosis. ☹️
I'm a regular at this vet and I enjoy coming here because the doctors are friendly and professional. The clinic is clean and they do their best at treating your pet. They have X-ray services and provide hospitalisation. They're also experienced at handling cats that are diagnosed with FIP. If your cat has FIP, I would recommend that you bring them here. Cost-wise, I can't say for sure if they're affordable or expensive, as I do not have enough experience with other vets. As of May 2022, they only accept walk-ins. The clinic is quite popular, so do expect a bit of a wait on some days.
[ATTENTION] This vet killing my cat two years ago. Very irresponsible doctor. After the mistake they done for the operation they just say sorry about the it. They suppose should more alert about the pets condition before allow then to send back!!! Think twice before send your pets for operation to this vet !!!! I only realise there are so many bad and terrible review from customer below!! I wish i had chance to read the review before send my cat to this vet. Please think twice again before send your pets to this vet again!!!!
Thank you for all the hard work , I can see that my pet rabbit is not going to make it. I just want him to rest in peace without the lump growing on him. Although is expensive for all the medication and surgery. But is worth it for me that I can let my rabbit to rest in peace. Although I'm still hoping for my rabbit to get well , but thank you for all the hard work for him to rest in peace. Friendly and caring staff. Hope your business will continue to success ( PS I don't know where to thank you , so I wrote it here)
Super expensive !!! The regular clinic I go would only charge half of what I paid. I had no choice as this was an emergency, it was the only clinic open at that time (8 pm). My pet needed urgent attention. I was asked to leave the room when they wanted to do a procedure to take a sample..... later they took my pet away to “clean “ Why leave the room ? Usually when doctors perform checks. We are not asked to leave the room. It was not even a surgery. Ridiculous!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE.
My Pomeranian had a surgery on both his knees with Dr yeoh senior. He had luxating patella. God bless him and eveyone working in this clinic. They are very professional, caring and reliable. My pom couldn't walk much but now thanks to Dr Yeoh he runs and jumps everywhere. During the time he was there I could see the staff treating other dogs and cats like they were there own. So needless to say you can trust this clinic no matter how serious your pet's problem is, they will take care with kindness.
Took my senior dog there when she was unwell. She was not eating and she couldn’t walk very well. Doctor told us that she has kidney issue, lung issues, therefore have to do dialysis everyday for the rest of her life. If not he said it’s better to put her down to end her suffering. I told the doctor to give us a week to figure out what to do. Now, my dog is so active and back to normal. She is perfectly fine. I could’ve put my dog down for no reason at all!!! Never going back there.
This place is KNOWN for MISDIAGNOSIS of pets’ medical conditions. Read the reviews first! DO NOT bring your pet here. The vet completely misdiagnosed my dog’s skin issue. Spent a lot of money here but my little one did not recover. 65RM for consultation fees. really? I should get a refund. My dog actually needed antibiotics for a bacterial infection but was given something else. I will NOT recommend this place. Please save your time and money. Many other more competent vets.
I would recommend Dr Tan from this clinic anytime. Long story short, I got referred to this clinic by my vet for x-ray. So glad I actually got consultation here as well. Dr Tan though looking really young, I would say she has experience and is updated with the latest medications. Just grateful I found them. My kitten is now properly diagnosed and I can manage the situation better. My kitten has FIP. Dr Tan suspected it and confirmed with the X-rays.
Went to taman megah outlet for follow up section. Apparently the information was not link to this outlet, so they have to call bangsar's outlet for all the details. Overall, it was a pleasant visit. From the front desk staffs to the vet (doc). They do have a few resident vet, so if you want to see a specific vet, kindly make your request from the front desk staffs. This follow up section cost me around RM250. Consultation and medicines.
Been here few times. But recent experience was heart-breaking. Sent my cat & advised for surgery. She had 2-day old new born, brought to clinic together. Found out after surgery the baby was not fed at all during separation with mother nor they quickly bond the baby back with the mother. The staffs even held the baby bare hands. Poor communication with tending doctor too - soft unclear voice, spoke to fast, did comment on that.
I find that the consultation fee charged by Yeoh Veterinary is very expensive around rm40++ for asking a few questions without any medication. I will never go to this Veterinary clinic anymore. I would highly recommend Dr Jenny who is very caring, experience and friendly in Hands And Paws Veterinary clinic. But need to make appointment first before u get to see Dr Jenny. Dr Jenny charge a reasonable consultation fee.
Sometimes, as a pet owner whose pet needs urgent care, I tend to blubber about while explaining the situation. I am grateful that the vet team is very patient with me as they listen and prod deeper. But jokes aside, overall, staff and doctor are really good. I come here only when my pets need urgent care or have serious issues as the clinic is quite a distance from home. Oh well, anything for my pets ❤️
Referred to this vet for cat Xray (chest cavity). RM110 for first view, RM88 for subsequent views. Only needed the films for my vet to refer to, so I didn't see any of the vets here. Went on a Saturday, only 30 mins from start to finish. One staff member took my cat to the Xray room; I waited at the tiny but clean, comfortable reception area. Staff were professional, but weren't particularly friendly.
I took my rabbit for an itch and the medication they gave made it worse. Once she was better, I wanted to schedule to get her neutered but was told there is a high chance rabbits won't make it out alive. 2 stars for honesty I guess. If they can't handle rabbits, don't say you are a rabbit savvy vet or at least don't provide neutering option for female rabbits perhaps just male rabbits or not at all.
Went there to get Xray only and the staff is very efficient and well-mannered. Quite efficient, took less than 30 minutes for my hamster to get Xray. Most importantly, the view is clear and good. Cost me RM 105 for first Xray, and 75 for subsequent view (Total about 180). Not sure if its normal price. The rating is for Xray and efficiency of front desk, as for consultation I did not try before.
Been taking my adoptive & handicap pet here the past 6 years and tho they are extremely expensive they are nearest. This year within 5months my XXX had been there 4 times for the SAME TREATMENT costing Rm1400.00 and the 5th time was a "follow up" with me telling how XXX was doing . My 3mins monologue was Rm120.00. They must think we pet rescuers have money trees at home.
They have some caring and well experienced vets who gives good diagnosis for my pet cats. However, I have one grave peeve about this clinic. Most or almost all their vets tend to recommend excessive tests which are not really needed and thus inflating a otherwise normal consultation to a excessively high cost consultation. Each test will cost a minimum of RM 100.00.
Not friendly I went to buy gastro liquid for my dog, coz the vet I went is out of stock, then Yeoh Vet said if my pet is not their patient they never will sell it through counter.. Just thanks God they are not human hospital if not you are asking for some medicine to cure someone they couldn't border... Coz in their mind just only money n their royal customer.
To all pet owner beware of this vet. Terrible exprience for me and my glider. My glider was send to x-ray room by them. When my glider back to my hand my glider was in fear. Glider neck area fur are torn off and apart of the skin are torn off as well. When I ask them how is this happen. Dr Yeoh answer me it is normal because my glider bite.
I hv been visiting this clinic for 13 years for my fur kid a Jack Russel. Did 2 ACL surgery there too. The dovs are good, patience and their diagnosis and med are accurate. The take gd care of the fur kids. I like their service amd ambiance of tbe clinic. Recommended place for fur kid treatment. In terms of price, i would say generally ok.
Overall professional, 1st visit with my 2 months old pup. Did a general health check which I think the vet did a good job and was professional. Especially during this MCO period I believe they are managing the clinic well. Price wise I have no reference to know if it's cheap or expensive but I have no complaints.
Trashy doctor, neglect and wrong diagnosis for my dog. Said gastric issue, 2nd opinion from other vet shows pancreatitis! Due to the delay diagnosis, My dog is now dead!!! I hope your clinic close shop soon, stop causing issue to other dogs to the rest, do not bring your pets here if you love them
My previous appointments here were good. However for my cat’s annual vaccination this morning the regular vet was not around and they placed a new and rather inexperienced vet to do it. End up my cat became very stressed and started biting and attacking. Even I got bitten as I tried to calm my cat down.
Dr Gerry and the team are amazing. Brought in my little pet dog for a bad patella luxation surgery and he was treated by Dr Yeoh and Dr Gerry. The nurses, attending staff and reception staff are very kind, profesional and reliable. Thank you for making my little Romper better again!
Horrible horrible horrible vet!!!!! My friend recently took her puppy there and they gave the completely wrong diagnosis and treatment for the puppy. Her puppy died. This is not the first time this has happened, it's sick and cruel that they're allowed to be called a vet clinic
6 cats and i only trust them with Yeoh Vet. recently sent my youngest to spay, and they did an absolutely wonderful job.. the surgical site was so clean and suturing was so delicate and neat, so it healed very very quickly. thanks to all the staff at Yeoh Vet.
The Vet is professional. The facilities (including xray) are well equipped. The staff are very helpful as well. They offer the services with passion. I would recommend to open up a branch in Shah Alam, provided to give better or same service.
For a small veterinary clinic, it is very busy and it sees a lot of different types of pets everyday. I've brought my rabbits, dogs, and hamsters to the clinic before and the doctors are all very compassionate and caring towards them (:
Dr. En was very nice and gentle with my pet rabbit. she explained everything to me in easy and professional ways. She is also able to answer any questions that I had asked. Place was also very clean and cold. I enjoyed my stay there.
We had to board our baby poodle for 1 night for observation. Though the cost is high but he was well taken care of by Dr Jeannie. He came back all well. It was worth every cent. Thanks to the loving care of Dr Jeannie and her team.
Efficient and friendly service! The vets are thorough with their explanations and is willing to answer all your queries and advise you the best possible treatment for your pet. Don't worry too much your pet will be in good hands :)
i strongly don't recommend this vet, they were very unprofessional with rabbits, we left our rabbit there for spaying surgery and for less than an hour later we received a phone call from them declaring our rabbit has passed..
This is a very reputable vet clinic, and one of the more well-equipped ones avilable. Surgery, blood test, X-rays, etc. On weekdays, expect a waiting time from 15mins to 30mins. On weekdays, waiting can be from 30mins to 1 hr.
Only one word to describe this place. MONEY-FACED!!! Dr Yeoh is impatient and not a caring doctor and the reception staff follow suit. All not friendly and courteous at all. If you love your furkids, NEVER SEND THEM HERE!!
The doctors here are quite young but they are doing very job. Rest assured they have enough experienced and guidance from the senior doc. Receptionist here are also very responsive and polite. Pricing quite reasonable.
Dr Gery is helpful, and so are the staff. A little on the expensive side but worth it for the quality care and medication. Both my cats were spayed/Neutered there and also received vaccination & microchip. Thank you!
Dr Yeoh is the best Vet Doctor ever.If your pet have problem I fully recommend you to see Dr Yeoh.Eye cancer survivor treated by Dr Yeoh.My pet poodle Whisky recovered.Thank You Dr Yeoh n his great n friendly staff.
Staff are really unfriendly. Vets are inexperienced, and charges are really high. If you have exotic animals, i would suggest hands & paws clinic, where their service is good, staff are polite, helpful & friendly.
The place to go. Very friendly staff and nurses, good Doctors, very attentive, very good at explaining. They are equipped for x-ray. You need appointment (during mco, cmco, etc.) except for emergency or referral.
Attentive, energetic and animal loving staff. Unable to compare prices , but since it's healthcare, and smack right in the middle of accessible PJ, prices are definitely on the high side (though not predatory).
I visited this vet to get a prescription for my cats but have never sent my cats here before. Nicely renovated place and opening hours during weekends is long. Service is good and may consider switching vets
The best vet clinic in town. Dr Samuel was good. My cat was diagnosed with sepsis of the intestines. Was admitted for 4 days. Gradually recovering. I am grateful to the Doctors and the caregivers Well done!
Dr. Gerry is an experienced and patient vet. Gives good advice. Has helped my cat with fractured bone heal. Staffs are friendly. Comfortable environment but of course can be packed on certain days.
Brought kitten for vaccination and deworming. Cost about rm50. Had a neutering procedure done for stray cat but had to go back again for another procedure as didn't do it properly the first time.
I'm very pleased with my experience at the vet. Even my newly resecued kitty was treated like a princess. I read the posts here and thought to give a try. Will come back for the next follow-up.
Service is prompt n efficient. Place had been newly renovated giving it a much brighter n cleaner look. Sr Dr.Yeoh is rather busy n difficult to get. Make sure you make appointment to book him.
Had to wait outside with my puppy in the hot weather Wanted vaccine 10 in 1 but max they have only 6 in 1 Consultation fee very expensive. Now I go to the vet at Damansara utama …
My favourite vet in PJ/KL. Dr Yeoh and his son Gary are excellent doctors who have treated my pets over the last 20 years. Have saved or extended the lives of a few of my pets.
This is a terrible and worse vet" s clinic,, all they want is their consultation fees of rm 65 per visit, and wrong diagnosed of your pets illness, ,never bring your pets there
Was told X-ray machine broken so Vet can look but cant do anything ... no backup or maintenance contract for a vital piece of equipment? Very poor surgery I would stay away!!
A well run, efficient and friendly vet clinic run by people who most importantly truly love animals. Our fur babies have been going to see Dr Gary and his team for years.
Bring a stray newborn kitten for a check up. Received good service + some tips from the doctor on how to take care of newborn kitten. Price was reasonable. Recommended!
Brought my toy poodle in for a check up at the last hour around 5:20pm. Doctors did a great job on cleaning my dog's wounds. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended.
My cat fell off & fractured his ankle, done amputation surgery by Dr Yeoh & Gary & hospitalised for 10 days+. Under their professional care, he is fully recovered.
hear Dr yeoh last time Super, now days already old, commercial vet ever ,want money more that want to cure animals. maybe that old man want more pension scheme
The best vet ive been to so far. Professional, and know what they’re up to. So grateful that i found this vet. Service at top notch, price was reasonable.
Thank you, Dr Yeoh. You've done a superb operation on my Pom who had patella luxation. He can walk and run like an normal dog. Mdeepest appreciation
Great place to bring your guinea pigs, have been visiting them for almost 2 years now. Reception area is a little cold, do bring a jacket.
I have been to numerous vets here in KL, this one is by far the best. Caring staff., although sometimes it can be a bit of a wait time
Very friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. Doctor is knowledgeable and caring. Would return if only it was nearer to my place.
One of the most experienced and trusted vet in Malaysia. U are at good hand. And they are carrying petdiatric laboratories products
The vets are very patient and attentive. They will answer or return your calls once they are available to attend to your queries.
I brought my sick tortoise there and was given vitamins injection but dead not more than 1 hour after came back from the clinic.
They do treat birds. I can see mostly cats. But they have a good handful of people waiting at lobby. So the vet doctor is good.
A money grabbing Vet...insensitive ...prescription given to my pet is akin to text book stuff which can be read off Google....
Went for Xray for my bulldog. All done professionally and efficiently. Had a satisfactory diagnosis and advice to manage
Visits by appointmnt only. Wear mask the human not the dog friendly staffs and vets. Been here since 10 years ago …
Charges are high. Uneccessary tests conducted without explanation or permission n then charged exorbitantly for them.
Not recommend.. too random check and blood test the person tried 3-4 times the extraction so much pain on the pet
An irresponsible vet, paid for an expensive bill, but the medication did not help at all, I would say is useless.
Months ago they didnt hook my kitten up to an IV when they drained his bladder, and he went into shock and died.
I have to say, this is my favourite vet. Cute resident ginger cat, cool knowledgeable and competent staff.
Good plc fr ur furkids. Docs r friendly n thy do explain well n care fr ur furkids. Price is abit pricey.
Great Dr... Tq to Dr Yeoh and team for the great ortho surgery to my cat gloria... No she can walk again
Doctor examine my Syrian hamster patiently and prescribed meds for my hamster, friendly front desk too.
Been going here over 20+ years. Doctor Garry and doctor yeoh’s team are really good. Blessings to you
