The most difficult station to locate buses in. The design flaws are rediculous. Signs are hidden behind walls, it's extremely dirty, sign are small and arrows are extremely misleading! Also why not have a map of the station which point out where each bus is Google told me to take a bus but didn't even indicate whether it was a GO bus or TTC bus! There was no map even inside the GO bus station to help people locate their bus so they have to walk around the entire loop to find it. This station is not friendly for those who are unfamiliar with the area and especially visitors who probably don't know that there are 2 different companies running transit.
As for the movement and wait for the buses, the digital dashboard for the bus departures is bang on. The only thing I might suggest for the TTC, as they have the wi-fi in place is a mobile app that gives you the same info, so when you're getting off the subway, that dashboard is available, so you know when your bus will be there. Right now, you only find out about the info after you've walked thru the subway infrastructure, where the buses are. By then it's already too late, as you may have already missed the bus. Otherwise a very efficient station. It would probably be nice to have a coffee shop in there, in case you wanted to grab one on your go.
The 395 night bus doesn't stop inside to pick up passengers even though it COMES IN the station before heading out again. The 396 night bus does stop inside (as it should) so what gives?? Currently the only way to take the 395 if you get off the subway at York Mills is to go outside and wait at the "Old York Mills" bus stop because TTC said so. Except it doesn't say that anywhere.
All the buses are on time, but signs need to be upgraded to reflect the new number (line 1) signage instead of the color (yellow) signage. Also, you should fix the passageway between parking and the concourse. It is leaking!
Buses are usually in time, come here every two weeks. While doesn't seem busy, it is the dirtiest GO transit location I've go too.
Neat, tidy. Not crowded at the time I went through there probably because of Covid19 lockdown. Buses were on time too …
Its a very nice bus trerminal in North York. Connections with Go Transit Buses 32,33,36B,92 Subway line 2 and TTC Buses.
No signs, no board for departures, impossible to find. Have to buy tickets from the Gateway news stand.
All the buses are normally on time and can bring you where you want to go
