After years of sub-standard service and an incredible amount of wasted money at other Bristol hairdressers, I am finally happy with my hair - thanks to Kelly. She was recommended to me by two friends. Kelly is honest. She has great self-awareness. She is a skilled hairdresser. She is good listener, communicator and good at managing stress in a busy salon. She answers the brief. It’s obvious she knows how to manage different personalities - unfortunately due to bad hair salon experiences and being a prefectionist, I developed what can only be described as a ‘hair neurosis’. I didn’t feel I could trust any more hairdressers. No problem for Kelly - without judging me, and with kindness and compassion, she communicated a plan of action and how long it would take to transform my hair from a bad colour job to what I have always wanted. She is tactful, friendly and has excellent attention to detail. Thank you Kelly.

Kelly and her team are absolutely fantastic. I have been coming back for 5 years + (for a regular trim and half head of highlights) and am never disappointed with the result. Recently I took along with me a nervous teenager for her first professional colouring appointment - Annie and Kelly took their time to find out exactly what her expectations were, and the results very amazing. She was delighted with how the hair turned out and enjoyed the whole experience thoroughly. I have also recommended the salon to some friends and each of them has become a happy loyal customer too. I first went to truly scrumptious after being recommended by a friend. My hair was dying, snapping off and I felt that there was no hope in maintaining a natural blonde colour without killing it in the process. How wrong I was! Natural products and a truly caring touch by the fabulous Kelly means bad hair is now a thing of the past! I thought my hair was frizzy, turns out it was just dry and desperately in need of TLC. Kelly is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had and I’m scared that if I share this fact that I’ll never get to make a booking as she will be soooo busy but Kelly and her team deserve to do well as my hair has never looked so good and been so easy to maintain! Plus Kelly can blow dry my hair better than any hairdresser I’ve known, I don’t come out and run to the toilets to restyle it like I normally have to it’s full of body and the style lasts for days. Fab,friendly, funny and professional…I won’t be going anywhere else

I’ve been wanting a haircut for a while and walked past Yours Truly, noticed they use Davines products and the salon looked very appealing from the outside so decided to pop in to see if they have any time available. Kelly and Layla were extremely friendly and were able to accommodate a last minute appointment. Layla was really gentle with my hair and despite me being probably quite indecisive knew what to do. I am in love with my haircut, she styled my hair beautifully too! Extremely pleased with the visit, thank you!

Lovely experience at Yours Truly! Location is great, right in Clifton village in the arcade and both hairdressers are so nice xxx I was made to feel very welcome, offered tea and coffee, and have some really nice conversations! I didn’t think the cut included washing my hair but I was surprised that it did and so was definitely worth the price for Bristol Centre! I’m a student and they also do student discount which is perfect:) Side note (the shampoo, conditioner and oil they use smell really really good)

I ADORE the ladies at Yours Truly and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. 8 years ago I stumbled upon Kelly who, after many hours and a lot of patience, saved me from my dodgy box-dye job and left me with a lovely looking colour. I haven’t gone to another hairdresser since (or touched the box dye!) since. They use a great range of high-quality products, are so friendly and I just feel like I’m being looked after and spoilt every time I come. Love love love ❤️

Such a lovely salon! I was greeted in such a warm welcoming way and having the dog snoop there was a massive bonus! He’s adorable! Kelly and her daughter are so lovely and made me feel like I had been coming there for years (despite it being my first appointment). Kelly cut my hair to exactly as we had discussed and I love it, I didn’t get my hair coloured but she gave me some great advice on what to have in the future and I will 100% be going back!

I have been having my hair cut and coloured by Kelly and now Laila for over ten years. I now travel abroad for my three monthly appointments (well, from South Wales!) I fully trust their opinions and skills and never cry in the car on the way home, as I used to with other hairdressers in the past. The salon is gorgeous and the Davines products are amazing. Highly recommended-the team make you feel welcome and valued every time.

Kelly and Layla are always super friendly and great at what they do. My hair is not the easiest and we have certainly been on a journey with it but they have never given up and are always helpful with suggesting alternative methods. I have had several cuts with Kelly and she is quick and efficient at delivering great styles, in particular layers and shorter styles. Would highly recommend. Snoop is an added bonus

Layla did an incredible job of my balayage, I had really dark brown chocolate hair and she added so much more dimension and movement to my colour! Its natural, well blended, I always have a fear of lightening my dark hair and it turning too copper or red but she completely nailed it with a lighter warm brown.I left the salon feeling really happy and confident and can't wait to come back ❤️ Thank you!!

My first time booking with Truly Scrumptious Hair and I had satisfying service. Despite my original booking, they do not mind to adjust to my treatment according to my hair condition when I arrived. My hair looks gorgeous after the cut and treatment. They use natural products and it smells great. They also recommended me to use their shampoo. I shall try it immediately and I will definitely come back.

i love Yours Truly, great team, great atmosphere and just love the chats with Kelly. she is a great Stylist, listens to what you want and does an awesome job at it. Lovely relaxing experience! Usually I’m quite anxious going to a new hairdresser but this was a super friendly and welcoming mother and daughter run salon. They use eco friendly Davines products plus you’ll fall in love with Snoop the Old English Bulldog pup who meets and greets clients! Leila gave me a fantastic colour and cut too! I will be back. Highly recommended!
