No customer service, imaginary conditions only to refuse returning items (conditions not written anywhere) and a very rude person in charge. We wanted to return two unopened perfume bottles (unwanted gift) in a box that had two side stickers. The side stickers on that box were removed for the person having received the gift to see what it was... Despite the fact the bottles were not opened, the salesperson and a lady (supposedly the manager) refused to proceed to the return on the ground that the box was opened. After we stressed the fact that the perfumes were unused the "manager" replied in a condescending way that the box was open and nobody would be willing to buy that again. We mentioned that the sticker on the one side was already half removed when we bought the item, that the perfumes were unused and that the very idea of providing a return card is to allow the return (only after the receiver sees what is contained in the box). The "manager" then started walking away while repeating that the return was not possible. We left with a very strong feeling of disappointment and contacted two other Zara shops, much more professional, that let us know that the return should be possible in such circumstances and to proceed to the return with them. Formal complaint to be filed at the consumers association and of course never returning to this poorly managed shop. Conclusion: If you want Zara, go to any other shop but the MyMall one.

Absolutely disgusting attitude of the employees & and the managers. Yesterday we went to the changing room to try our clothes before purchasing them, the changing room was blocked by an employee (12:30pm). The lady next to me was asking the employee why was the changing room closed, on what the employee gave her a dirty look, rolled her eyes and answered “one o’clock “. When I said to her “excuse me, how are we supposed to purchase our clothes without trying them on plus you got a massive queue waiting to try things on” she blanked me and walked away. I started going after her saying “excuse me, can you please call a manager “ she answered “YOU GO FIND HER” I was shocked by her attitude, I asked for the employee’s name on what che started shouting loud and angry “ANASTASIA OK???!! ANASTASIA , A-NA-STA -SIA!!!!” As I kept walking away she was still shouting her name. I went downstairs to find a manger (Magda) I’ve explained to her the situation on which I had a cold reply “OK, sorry it’s because we are very busy” that was it. So I guess this attitude towards your clients is considered ok by a store manager. My family and some girls that spend AGES waiting for the changing room did not purchase anything. SHAME ON ZARA employing people like that. Absolutely disgusting experience!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Zara Home in MyMall Limassol has pretty nice things. However, their staff is absolutely rude and will never help you. I asked very politely if they have something and the woman working there instantly showed her annoyance and told me "whatever we have is out". I was waiting in Line to pay, very slow moving line, and the customer in front of me tells her "you look tired, are you ok honey?" and she replied with "too many questions today". All this in front of me, waiting to pay. She then started shouting to a customer from afar because he was interested in purchasing one of their armchairs and had the NERVE to sit on it to see out how comfortable it is. He told her "I am interested in buying this..." She got super annoyed and told him off and said "You can't sit on it and break it. You will need to buy it first and then you are allowed to sit on it". The customer was shocked and left. All of the above is just one visit. 99% of the times I went there they were rude and that is why I am writing this review. P.S. Their online customer care is AS BAD if not worst...but that's a different story.

Awful behavior from the personel. I can say the most awful behavior from any shop I 've visited up to today. The instructions given while asking for picking up our order was that we have to wait after lockdown to get our order. Thankful from information found online, they would give the orders on the meanwhile. The supervisor lied that she never said after lockdown. But it doesn't finishes here. Not helpful at all, and while ordering online, while not mentioning the procedures needed to get my order (need to carry QR code), the supervisor there was beyond rude. With an attitude of "I am the one and you can't touch me. If you don't want, don't buy again from us". While trying to complain in Nicosia for her behavior her colleague in Nicosia, she claimed that "Ofcourse I will support her, she is my colleague"

Both Zara stores in Limassol have the worst customer service and the people working there are very rude!! The management obviously has issues! In Zara Anexartisias you cannot hold extra items on hanger to try on as you are only allowed a certain number of clothing. The employees take them away after you spent a long time choosing them in the store. Most changing rooms there have no lights in them so you try clothes in the dark. Also very dirty changing rooms meaning they are not cleaned often enough. In Zara My mall the changing rooms are always closed and when you ask the staff they say we don't have enough staff to operate them with the worst attitude. Complete shame for Zara, nothing like Zara stores in the rest of Europe.

Shop full of people, line to the cashier almost till entrance. Shop looks like a huge bazar it was such a mes. On Man and Kids sections all cashiers not working. Manager very rude, for our question: why only two cashiers are working,and why they don't open more since they are very busy, she answer she have no staff she can't do nothing, she have no time because she is very busy. We have been shopping with small baby, couldn't wait 1h to pay, so after talking to manager we just left. Regular staff looks upset and didn't even want to say where is the manager . I think in nowhere ever they have been such a miserable workers.

Вчера в 19.00 зашла Zara my mall Limassol, был ужасный опыт с девушкой, которая работает в примерочной. После того, как я примеряла одежду часть решила покупать, часть отложила на столик которая не подошла, девушка вернула меня и заставила развешивать все на вешалки, обосновав это тем что у них такие правила. Я и не против это сделать, но все было в приказном и хамском тоне. Мне интересно это правда правило магазина, что одежду нужно развешивать назад или человеческий фактор. Давно не сталкивалась с таким хамством на Кипре.

In this place you can find all the well known products of this enormous franchise. More or less it's like every Zara I've been so far. A variety of prices from cheap to very expensive, some nice pieces if you have some time to spend looking for them, crowded and difficult to find someone to help you on rush hours. But I don't want to be negative on this, as I said you can find some nice and inexpensive things if you have patience.

1st: Bad employee attitude specially from MAGDA (something like a manager i don't know). We tried to change some clothes and they made it so hard for us to do so. They were rude to my mum and they were flexing their authority to decide. 2st: VISIT Anexartisias store instead, they are so kind and helpful. 3rd: MAGDA must go home and think about her attitude and try to learn how to be polite. THE WORST EMPLOYEES EVER. One love

Great Place to shop but yeah customer service is bad kind of rude, they have this sort of "you cant touch me attitude" or "you cant ask me attitude" specially the so called assistant manager in boy/girls section. Редко пишу отзывы, но стоял в очереди с тремя рабочими кассами. Не с одной, а тремя. продавцы ругаются друг с другом при посетителях магазина. Такое следует немедленно прекратить. наверное не вернусь больше в этот магазин. Дата посещения 2.5.2023 года.

Very bad attitude by management and staff. Was attempting to report an incident that occured with a staff member, I could not get a hold of a manager to talk to, neither in store nor head office. They are certainly not interested in customer service.

Terrible customer service. Men's and children's section only had 1 cashier who was getting overloaded while the other workers were busy folding clothes instead of helping out. Terrible management means customers wait over 20 minutes at the cashier..

One of this big stores of Zara. Friendly staff and excellent service. As it is at all Zara shops quality products at a reasonable prices are offered in thls store also. Zara products due to competitive prices and quality is becoming popular .

Ο χώρος των δοκιμαστηρίων είναι κλειστός εδώ και περισσότερο από ένα μήνα..Απαράδεκτο από μια τέτοια αλυσίδα καταστημάτων να μην μπορείς να δοκιμάσεις τα ρούχα με αποτέλεσμα να επιστρέφεις στο κατάστημα αρκετές φορές για αλλαγές..

The stuff at this Zara shop (men department) was not helpful at all. They seemed that they were bored. We couldn’t communicate properly nor in Greek nor in English.We got help from women department upstairs.

The queues to buy anything is always 40min+ on weekends. Staff is very slow. There are often problems even to fit something because of closed fitting rooms at some floors.

Rude staff. No fiitting rooms on the whole shop. Two out of three cashiers closed. No customer support at all. I suggest closing down the shop since it cannot be operated.
