This Christmas (2023), I found myself in a predicament. I wanted to surprise a good friend in Toronto with a special gift – a unique bottle of tequila he's been longing for. Living in Vancouver, I was unsure how to make this happen until I discovered ZYN The Wine Market. From my first contact with ZYN, their team showed professionalism with an authentic eagerness to assist. Their commitment to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of the bottle to my friend in Toronto for Christmas was particularly impressive. They coordinated the delivery and even followed up with a call to me, ensuring they would do their utmost to deliver the package by Christmas, though they warned there was a risk it might not arrive on time – a risk I understood. In an era where customer service often disappoints, the ZYN Team sets a high bar. Their dedication, attentiveness, and ability to fulfill promises greatly impressed me. I wholeheartedly endorse ZYN to anyone in search of that special bottle, whether it's wine, spirits, or elusive tequila. The store is large and well stocked with a good selection of wines, and generally an interesting place to shop. Where Zyn misses the mark for the in person buyer is the service. Most recently, no one was at the front counter as I entered the store or even when I wanted to pay for my purchase. No service staff were on the store floor to assist with my shopping. The staff person who did ultimately emerge from the office area to ring my purchase through, acted as though it was an inconvenience to her that I was buying a half dozen bottles of wine. She was unwilling to bag my purchase in the perfectly clean, reusable wine tote that I had brought with me and responded rudely when I expressed some dissatisfaction with having to bag my own purchase. No greetings or thanks from her were offered at any time. On previous visits the check out experience has been less than stellar. I hesitate to shop at Zyn because of the poor service.

Was hesitant about ordering an expensive bottle of wine and having it shipped across the country. Some concern over not receiving what was ordered or it would arrive broken. Turns out our concern was totally unfounded. Had been searching for a specific bottle of wine and ZYN was the only store in Canada that carries it. Package arrived and was very well packed, so much so, one almost ran out of patience opening it. Only took 6 business days to arrive. If you are looking for hard to find beverages, regardless of your location ZYN is the place to start your search, Great selection and service and will use them again.

This company is excellent. Their website is comprehensive, and they have a very varied stock. Service, both pick up and delivery is exceptional, and especially when I had an issue with suddenly being called out of town and unable to pick up my order, the customer service representative was extremely helpful. They held my order until I returned, and even easily arranged for it to be delivered rather than pick up, despite the fact that I had initially requested that I would pick up the order. In summary, a great company with excellent product, and fantastic customer service.

Wow! What a great experience we had here! We ordered a bunch of kegs for a family vacation and loved the online website. The pricing was all on the site which most other stores make you call for pricing. The delivery was quick and super friendly! Now if your still reading… here’s where it gets good. We were given a keg which was miss labeled by the brewery, when I reached out about this, Micheal from Zyn was outstanding!! He replaced the keg and ensured we were happy! This saved us as a future customer! Not to mention they have a great selection of wine!

Just picked up a keg here! We originally called and spoke with the warehouse guy who was awesome and very friendly he put my bf’s name down on the keg and told us to come pick up before 6pm. Once arrived the lady at the front was not welcoming we told her we were here to pick up a keg she said nobody told me about that and stormed off to the back. She made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her. Thank you to the kind warehouse staff who brought out the keg!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They scam their staff. It seems nice on the inside but it's taken my bf 2 months to try and get his paycheck and the owner still hasn't paid him 2 months later. They couldn't care less about the people that depend on their pay to buy food and pay bills. Lowlife company with rich owners why would they actually pay up, always an excuse for why his paycheck hasn't been paid out yet. I regret buying any wine here.

I have a tequila tastings and review Instagram page and have been using Zyn.ca for almost all my purchases besides getting them from Mexico. Zyn.ca is the best priced tequila in Canada and they ship to B.C where I live. The delivery is always fast and reliable. I have never encountered a broken bottle and the delivery service Zyn.ca uses is top notch. They also carry brands we cannot get in B.C. Thank you Zyn.ca will be ordering again soon.

Fantastic wine market in the Inglewood area. Very interesting building and location just off of the main road. The store itself has everything you need when shopping for wine and liquor. Prices range from low to high depending on what you are buying. Comparatively they seem to be much lower than other places in town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommend stopping in to see what is available and check this place out.

ZYN has the essential combination of a large and interesting selection of wines, and for the most part, at very competitive prices. I make regular purchases through them now and couldn't be happier. Also, their shipping time is fairly reasonable and easily tracked, though not as fast as something like Amazon...but then I don't really expect anyone to be as fast as them. Overall, a pretty great wine online shop.

Zyn is truly amazing. The selection online is always accurate, the shipping packaging ensures the protection of the bottles, and the delivery is quick. Above all of those qualities, their customer service is excellent. I have been ordering from them monthly for three years and my expectations have always been exceeded. It is nice to have such confidence in a company.

I recently placed an order to be delivered to Manitoba for items that we cannot get here. I asked more questions of them and they were prompt to respond and helped ease any concerns that I had shipping the items to me. They arrived safely being well packaged and promptly too so I was happy about that and will definitely place an order with them again!

Honestly I want to keep this site for myself, it’s the best discovery I’ve made this year. I’ve ordered maybe 6-8 times from them totalling above 10 thousand dollars and every single time it arrives quickly and in perfect condition. The site is easy, the customer service is top notch! The price is still higher than the market price，High-end series of wine prices seem unreasonable. I can understand that the owner of this store wants to sell quickly and get back the profit quickly, but I hope that the price can be more reasonable if it is better. I haven’t seen any professional introductions about wine.

I worked here for around a month a year ago, after receiving this text and not responding to it, the next day I was asked if i would rather focus on my studies, when I replied I am able to balance work and school I was fired. Andrew (the one who sent the text) was my manager. Company isn’t exactly an ally towards women.

Zyn has a large variety of wines, that are often not available at the provincial liquor store. Delivery is relatively fast also. We just wish that we were closer , to avoid a 3 province away delivery cost.

ZYN often has some amazing deals that make it worthwhile for me to get my orders shipped from Winnipeg to Chateauguay, Quebec. I highly recommend ZYN! P.S. Their packing and shipping are second to none.
