What an amazing experience! My partner and I stumbled upon this jewelry store by accident on vacation and absolutely fell in love with the designs of the rings and the personal experience that Adele gave us in store. She let us see the stones in store lighting and sun light for the full experience and we fell in love with the sapphire stone we saw and we knew it was the one. We began the process that same day in-store and continued the rest of the process over email as we were travelling back to Toronto the same day. Adele was very engaged and supported us in a timely manner during the design phase of the ring and was more than welcoming to our suggestions for our preferences and sent us the pictures of the design file which simulated what our ring would look like. She was able to take an already amazing design and elevate it to be personalized and a ring that I feel is exactly right for me. She even suggested that we embed my partners birth stone under the ring so that the ring has both our stones; the pale blue sapphire (my birth stone) and a pale blue topaz (his birth stone). I absolutely love the eye for detail that Adele had for us and as we were just shopping for rings online prior to this experience, I couldn’t be more grateful for her. Finally once the design process was done, it took 2 weeks for the ring to be ready and then a few days to get from BC to Toronto. I’m so happy with my ring and everything it symbolizes and the perfect experience with Zadel Jewelry and with Adele, thank you!

When starting to scout out places to look for engagement rings I went through two other places before finding Zadel Jewellery. Initially I had a unique sapphire shape/colour in mind and the previous two places I went to; along with the three jewellers I had appointments for said it may be hard to source as it's like finding a needle in a haystack. The first place had the shape but not the right colour. The rest couldn't find it, so they offered alternatives. I had four appointments that week- the first was Zadel Jewellery. Adele not only sourced the correct stone shape, but sourced four different shades in the right colour to go by. Shortly after speaking with Adele, she also helped me decide on something completely different, that would actually better suit my future fiancé. Through Adele's passion, dedication and resourcefulness to her clients, I cancelled my remaining three appointments and put down a deposit for the stone. My fiancé couldn't be happier with the ring. It's as if Adele knew exactly what she would like better than I did haha. We both cannot wait to go through the process of designing our wedding bands with Adele as she did all the heavy lifting when it came to designing the perfect engagement ring.

I had to have my diamond reset after encountering several issues with my previous ring, which was from a different jeweler. In my quest to find a solution, I contacted several jewelers in Vancouver and personally met a few of them to discuss my goals and the problems I was facing. When I got in touch with Adele, I was immediately struck by her kindness and willingness to listen. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Through a series of emails and phone conversations, Adele not only educated me about different options but also displayed remarkable patience and genuine kindness. Right from the beginning, she approached our interactions with the same level of enthusiasm, and I felt truly valued. Adele made it her priority to address any previous issues I had encountered, ensuring that they would not resurface with my new ring. The entire process took approximately three to four weeks, and I received my ring just yesterday. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The ring feels incredibly comfortable, and every aspect of it exudes durability and strength.

I came to Adele to reset my wedding and engagement rings. My daughter and son-in-law had her create their custom wedding rings and she did such an amazing job I knew I could trust her with this very special project. Adele worked with me to come up with a custom design based on some inspiration photos I showed her as well as her own creativity. She listened to exactly what I like and dislike. Adele came up with the most beautiful design that is perfect and unique to me. The most special part is that she used all of my original gold and stones in the new setting, while adding just enough new bling to make me feel like I have something new and special once again. I cherish that I have the ring I loved for over 30 years still, with a new twist. Everyone who has seen it has been absolutely astonished at how beautiful it is, and I am once again happy and proud to show off my rings. In terms of quality, I'll let the picture of my ring speak for itself. Adele is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is super professional and isn't afraid to use her expertise to provide guidance on choosing a stone that works well with my hand shape and ring design, advise me when she saw potential design issues, give recommendations on the casting metal, etc. Her advice was never pushy and served merely to inform so that I knew exactly what I was getting. She'd carefully explain her concerns and gave me alternative ideas to consider so that my vision was never compromised but neither was the ring quality. Throughout the whole process, Adele responded to all my questions and my requested changes swiftly and efficiently. Once we locked in the perfect design, the ring making process only took 2 weeks. I could rant on forever about my positive experience so if you're looking for a custom ring maker, I suggest just booking a consultation to meet her yourself.

The best experience I have ever had with a jeweller! No pressure service, highly knowledgable staff, very genuine and honest people here. Adele created our wedding rings and also redesigned my mother's engagement ring. We were in a bit of a time crunch for our wedding rings and she came through for us in time (will be forever grateful). My boyfriend and I went to Zadel to look for an engagement ring and learned that they can customize the ring for us. The team at Zadel Jewellery Studio, especially Gerhard, the goldsmith, worked closely with us. They were extremely patient and efficient throughout the communication, working to ensure that the ring fits our budget and the design meets our vision. Adele expertly led me through the redesign and resizing of my wedding ring, engagement ring which were neglected and too small after 2 kids and 17 years. She was up front and clear about the process and the costs involved so I could go forward in confidence knowing there wouldn’t be any hidden costs. The CAD and wax models gave me an idea of how the redesigned ring would look and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. In a nutshell, Adele was the perfect guide for our wedding rings search. We walked into her shop at closing time just to ‘look around’ and were welcomed with open arms. We left an hour later with one ring to have sized and one that would be created just for us. TLDR: Fantastic jeweler, knowledgeable, crafter of some truly amazing custom pieces, one of Granville Islands shining jewels. Just off Durableau past Make! My wife and I have gone (and continue to go) to zadel for all of our jewelry needs. They were able to make some repairs to an older family heirloom, which others had said either wasn't fixable, or that they could but would have wanted us to sign away any rights if they messed it up. Adel was amazingly patient and talked us through all of our options and was able to make these finicky repairs and we couldn't be happier.

Zadel studio helped us to find a very unique, customized and beautiful engagement ring! We were looking for something very humble, simple and yet meaningful to both of us. The designer (Adele) and her coworkers listened carefully to our story, wishes and budget for our engagement ring and helped my Fiancé to design the perfect ring for me. The most positive experience having my eternity band remade. From start to finish, impeccable workmanship, high quality and unbelievable value. My new platinum band is prettier and made better than the original. My DREAM engagement ring came to life at Zadel! Adele was so knowledgeable about gems and metals- what works together for both strength and colour.
