This is the worst Zales experience that I have had so far!!!! They ruined my husbands wedding band not once but twice! He had a white gold wedding band with a brushed finish on it, we went to go get it sized and the woman did everything on the computer and said we should get it back within 15 business days. The first time they did not call us to tell me it was ready, I had to call to find out it had arrived at the store and when we went to pick it up they had completely removed the brush finish from it and it looked like a plain white gold band. When we looked at it I told them this was not the same ring and the lady told me that everything was right. I told her I am the one who picked out my husbands band and know that this is not the same ring, his had a matte brush finish to it. I showed both associates what the ring looked like with a picture of our rings from our wedding and they told me that the ring in the photo was tungsten, I went and thankfully they had the same ring still in the store and I told her that it was that exact ring. They look at the skew numbers and low and behold it was the same ring a white gold band NOT tungsten. So they do their paperwork and send it back to the place to get it fixed. Again 2-3 weeks pass by and I have not received any call, I call them and my ring is there and again no one called me! We go there and again the ring was still wrong, they only added the brush to the middle of the ring not the ends....I am at my witts end with this store. They have horrible customer service and had to re order me a brand new ring, loosing the original band that had amazing memories from my wedding. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

I went into this location over 6 weeks ago to order a wedding band for my upcoming wedding which was 8 weeks away at the time. After about a month, I called to check the status and they had trouble finding the order. After a bit of a struggle, they were able to find the order and advised me it had not arrived however could take up to 6 weeks. When the 6th week finally rolled around, we called and again they had trouble finding the order. Once they finally found it, they advised me that it shows it is out there but does not say when it will arrive. I explained that the wedding was right around the corner and need to find out more about when the ring would arrive as it had already been 6 weeks. The sales person advised me that her manager would contact me back with additional information. The manager called the next day and stated that she just received an email THAT day advising that they are no longer making the ring I ordered. I found it very hard to believe that they would not be notified about a ring being discontinued until 7 weeks after the order was placed. If that is in fact true, they have a horrible system going there. Either way - they dropped the ball and offered no type of resolution to the situation. They also tried making me jump through hoops to get my refund. Luckily I was able to find another ring from a more reputable store. Although this store may offer fairly good deals - their customer service is definitely lacking. If you have an upcoming wedding, I would not recommend ordering from them, as you may be left with no ring, no communication, and no resolution from this company.

My husband & I purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from this location over 8 years ago. We’ve had nothing but issues with my engagement ring since I first got it. Diamonds are CONSTANTLY falling out (2-3 times a year)6, and every time we take it in to get fixed, I’m without my ring for 6 weeks. We’ve spoken to the manager, Beatrice, several times over the years and one time she actually told my husband “if you have your wife wear her ring less often, the diamonds won’t fall out as often.” EXCUSE ME!?!? Isn’t the point of your ring to be able to wear it for the REST OF YOUR LIFE? And OF COURSE their “go to” for a solution is to upgrade and purchase another ring... but #1 I love my engagement ring, even with all the issues I’ve had with it. It’s special and I don’t really want a replacement. #2 I hate that their solution is to “come spend more money” at their business, especially when they’ve never been particularly good to us. So our only option is to deal w/it and endure, not for Zales Outlet to offer a better solution for the thousands of dollars we spent on our original purchase. DONT spend your money here, go somewhere like Americus or a more reputable jeweler who offers better quality jewelry and service and management!

I went to look for a simple Xmas gift for my daughter today. I was greeted and shown a couple of items. After I decided it was not what I wanted. I thanked the salesperson for her time and help. The sales person seem to get an attitude afterwards. There was no thank you or eye contact..... I will take my money elsewhere.....

The selection is small but at least they don't give you attitude if you don't buy anything like other locations. I ended up going back several times because they weren't forcing the sale too much. And when I was ready, finally bought my fiance's engagement ring there!

I bought a bracelet at zales and of no fault of mine it broke. The management and a staff were horrible and would not issue a refund because it was broken- not my fault. Don't waste your money and take your money to an ethical company.

Terrible customer service from the store manager. She would not inspect my rings and sign off on my paper work to show that it had been inspected. I have never had this problem at any Zales store in the past.

Only one star because I can't give zero stars. Horrible customer service and no attempt to fix a ring after 3 months of it being at their jeweler. Will never shop here again.

Worst customer service ever in the 12 years I have been a customer. STAY AWAY, go to another location. They are RUDE and will do very little to work with the customer.

Came in to look for an engagement ring and the manager was very helpful. She took the time to help me find a ring my fiancé loved. Never felt rushed or pressured.
