The customer service I received here was very poor. I came in super excited to look at wedding bands with my fiancé and the whole experience felt very rushed. The man who “helped” us was very pushy and made the entire experience feel like a sales transaction. I tried on wedding bands and after mentioning that the ring was too small and uncomfortable, I was told its due to the hot weather and me stacking the rings. After I took the ring off I noticed my finger was red and already losing circulation so I didn’t feel heard. I tried on another band size that I wasn’t too fond of it but was told it matched perfectly to my engagement ring when I thought otherwise. If he had asked what I thought about it, I would’ve told him that I’d like to try on other bands and that wasn’t the case. Again the whole experience felt very rushed and once we mentioned that we wouldn’t be purchasing anything that day, I felt as if we were rushed out of there. I will not be returning. Wedding ring/band shopping is suppose to be special and unfortunately I didn’t get that here.

Anthony was amazing! I brought my ring in to get sized. We didn’t get the warranty on it when we bought it so I would’ve had to pay out of pocket for the sizing. I was fine with paying out of pocket since we didn’t have the warranty and I needed it to get sized so it didn’t fall off my finger when I wore it. Not even an hour later I had a voicemail from Anthony asking to call him back. He advised would be able to save me $120.00. I bought the warranty and didn’t have to pay out of pocket and any service would be free. I’m so thankful for Anthony for being considerate of me and wanting to save me money. I saved $120.00! Thank you so much Anthony. He went above and beyond!

Don’t waste your money. Zales requires inspections every 6 months in order to keep your diamond bond. Purchased a diamond band and I haven’t had the band even a year and already lost a diamond. Product is not the best quality. I was not advised of 6 months inspections required on this single band, and they refuse to replace my diamond. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that has lifetime warranty without the hassle of inspections. Zales has lost a lifetime customer.

Ms Emma, the store manager and German were both amazing. My wife and I ordered our wedding bands online and chose to pick up from this location. We were having issues with ring sizing. She took her time figuring and recommending our ring sizes. She also gave us options that the other Zales location (La Cantera) did not offer. We are both extremely grateful for her help, as well as her understanding of how crucial a decision this was. Thank you Ms Emma and your team!

We walked into your diamond store a few weeks ago. We meet your sales person Fari. During our visit she was very professional. We did not make the purchase on that day.
