Worse company and the worst store ever! They lost my son 2 watches (Michael Korse and Movado)that he dropped off at this location for a battery change 2 weeks ago and they ended up calling my son because they couldn't find his watches and using UPS as an excuse..store manager said she is going to find what happened and if they can not find his watches they gonna give him 1000 dollars worth for 2 watches which I paid more than how much they wanna pay. I'm so upset that they think that money is everything what about his memories? both watches were gifts from me for my son's middle school graduation and Movado for his high school graduation. Other Zale stores in different locations also lost people's jewelry you guys can find it if you research. zales were on the news channels (ABC 7 News )losing people's jewelry. Unprofessional company. people should stop shopping for Zale's jewelry if they don't want that to happen to them. I think I'm going to be the other person who's going to call the news channel to let everyone know what's going on before that happens to them. my son is really sad. I hope they will find it but once the store manager says if they can find it they will give us a check worth much less than what I paid for s have no hope. don't bring your jewelry or watches for any repair or battery change to any Zales store.

Shopping at Zales Jewelers on 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn was unequivicolly one of the finest shopping experiences me and my wife have ever had. The store manager Oneika and her team, especially Mohammed, gave us the VIP treatment as we made some ring selections for my wife's birthday. We did not feel pressured to spend above our budget and truly LOVED the shopping experience. My wife Kellie and me generally don't like shopping at brick and mortar locations anymore because of the better value shopping on line, but Oneika and her team changed our minds. We would absolutely recommend Zales on 86th Street to anyone purchasing jewelry, you won't be disappointed. On a side note, both me and my wife have worked in the customer service field for a combined total of 55 years. I personally have been a specialty retail team leader for 30 years, and out of all the teams I've coached and interacted with over that time, Oneika and her team stands out as an exemplary model for what a store shopping experience should be be like for a customer. Oneika and her team are truly exceptional!

My service was not too bad when they were trying to get my money. After I made the purchase on an engagement ring I had to bring it back with my fiance for sizing, they sized her up and told us it would be 2 weeks, I I asked for a scale to get the weight of the rings so that I would know I wasn't loosing any gold that I payed for, the girl Stepheny was very rude and denied me to weigh it, saying that they did not have a scale. I never received any call for my ring after 2 weeks, so I called I spoke with the same girl stepheny and she was very ignorant and rude again. I am not one to write these reviews but she was so rude I would like her fired. She has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. If she was a man I would have knocked her teeth out.

What can I say? I purchased an engagement ring and was so excited to propose. We went together to get it resized, after proposing and patiently waited the 2-3 weeks to get it back. However, after 2 weeks I was called and told that her ENGAGEMENT RING WAS LOST. Lol, honestly this is crazy and very unprofessional. They told us that they can replace it but THAT was the ring that I proposed with and had a lot of sentimental value. I would not go to Zales for jewelry, especially if you want it resized, cleaned etc. We have checked other reviews and this is not the first engagement ring that has been lost and it won’t be the last. It actually seems to be happening often. Good luck and hope you can find the right seller for you.

My experience at the Brooklyn Zales Diamond store over in 86th street Bay Ridge was truly fantastic. I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiancée that I found online through the Zales website and it was in my luck that it is was available at the store. The sales representative that helped me throughout the process was Star. She had a very professional approach from the moment I walked into the store to helping me purchase the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. I’m glad that Star helped me that day and would definitely recommend her to those that are shopping around for an engagement ring at The Brooklyn Zales Bay Ridge Store.

Bay Ridge- 86th Street: Oneika and Star were an absolute pleasure to work with. Each time I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome and assisted right away. Oneika took the time to listen to all of my concerns, helped me to figure out the best option, and always kept me informed on what exactly was being done to my gems and precisely when I could expect them back. Star was equally as helpful, reminding me of the quality and care different stones and gems need and how I can maintain my diamonds beauty. Thank you so much Oneika and Star! Deceptive and shady business practices. They claim to accept returns up to 30 days with receipt but they make up their own return policy as it suits them regardless if this policy is nowhere to be found on the receipt, it is not listed on the company return policy, nor the corporate return policy, I spoke with corporate they disagreed, not to mention 2 other stores said completely contradicted what they claim. Snake oil, go elsewhere. I’m returning the item to a different location and will never purchase from this place again. Gross.

walk into the store right after went to the gym and the worker her name is Star was very rude I feel like I was being Judge and I just went in because I need a pair of diamonds earing which I lost mine she's so disrespectful I want back to the store and I asked for A business card And she still was rude and very disrespectful I'm think she need customer service Training on how to treat people I live in this neighborhood for a long time I been going to the store and I shop a lot over there it will be my last time going to that store

I have had the best service at this Zales location. My husband and myself were upgrading wedding rings for anniversary in the midst of COVID 19. Oneika, the representative who was helping us could not have been better. She was very professional, and easy to talk to about our purchases. She even provided a number I could reach her personally if I had any other questions or issues. She was so kind through the entire process. I would definitely recommend purchasing from her at this location!! Thank you thank you thank you Oneika!!!

Ive been going to Zales on 86th street and 4th ave in Brooklyn for years now and every single time I get the most outstanding customer service. The staff and management is great especially Oneika who always goes above and beyond to help me with my needs. I’m always in a rush and In need of last minute gifts and she makes the process smooth and easy and with great pricing . THERE BEYOND 5 STARS AND ALL DO A FANTASTIC JOB. Star at the 86th Street location is amazing!. Not only did she patiently listen to my concerns when I was frustrated but she went above and beyond to correcting the problem and providing me with a solution that has me completely satisfied. Went to Zales to make an exchange and the employer Janna helped me make the return and showed me and my wife other beautiful earrings. Even though we didn’t buy anything she was very kind and patient with us while we were trying to find new earrings. We barely see patient workers nowadays in jewelry stores especially if we aren’t here to buy but to have an idea on an item. Janna was amazing, I would go to her when I’m ready to buy.

First and foremost the staff is one of the best staff! They make you feel welcomed their work ethic is superb and excellent! What can I say the best costumer that you'll ever have. Their selections from rings watches and more are very large to choose from. Guys your girls will definitely become satisfied . If you're looking for the best I suggest this Zales. Starr, the store manager, provides a very pleasant and no rush /hassle sales experience. She's definitely changed my perspective of Zales as being this high priced big seller of jewelry to more of a boutique personalized service. Anytime my wife has an issue with the pieces purchased there, Starr has the solution. This is an example that retailers need so these store fronts stay in business, thank you.

The customer service is outstanding! Oneika assisted me in a custom engagement ring replicating my mother’s engagement ring in rose gold, using her diamonds. It tuned out gorgeous!! We also purchased our wedding rings there. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about all of their lines of jewelry. She made a customer for life!! I have recommended them and will continue!

The representative was useless when it came to providing me service on my repair for my wedding band which was purchased from Zales. I had to contact corporate so they could contact the store and prove to them that my rings were insured. And they didn't even allow me to use the phone in the store. They told me that corporate couldn't even prove I had insurance.

Terrible experience with the store manager Nikki. She is so unprofessional and rude. How can they even consider having her as store manager. Could not even process a payment without screwing it up!!! On top of that she said she did me a favor by calling customer service. That's her job. She had no choice but to call them to straighten out the matter.

This store needs to update their hours. I took half a day of work off to get here at 8:13 pm to get my insurance paper signed and they said they are closed & haven’t been able to update their hours ( on google and yelp it says 8:30 pm ) really annoyed.

They haven't updated the service information. You can only go in if you have an appointment. Due to the new regulations. But inform people instead of make me go there and not able to go in.
