This shop offers it all, great value for money, good value jewellery, layout design is good, and I can't say enough about the beautiful, helpful, friendly, smiling staff... especially Judy and Leeannè, this two are absolutely awesome. Always listen to you, and not only about jewellery but anything else, you just feel comfortable with them, which is important for customers. Never had a single problem with purchase or dealing with the staff at ANY given point. Highly recommend you visit this particular store in Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre ( I have been to other branches but nothing compares to this store).

Me and my mum went in store today and the old bags were very rude was asking for black diamonds earrings showed her the earrings I wanted and in a very rude manner she says that’s not diamond earrings walked straight out never going back again
