Clean. But that's where the good ended for me. I was greeted and pulled back for my body wrap and massage. I went to the restroom and then was explained the process. The therapist told me my 2 hours of services would be combined and should only take 1.5 hours. I asked questions because I was confused as to why I would pay for 2 hours but the time be shortened. Their response was so I wasn't just waiting. The therapist and another tech continued to try to explain the shorter service time. Finally they both did say "ok if you want to do the full 2 hours we will". Their response to my questions led me to believe that I would be left sitting in the wrap for much longer that necessary since I wanted the full time vs the combined. I ultimately agreed to combined massage and body wrap so that I could just get it over with. We started with the massage on my back then flipped over to massage the front. The massage felt like lotion was being rubbed on me vs a real massage. I asked for medium pressure which generally relaxes me. I wasn't given a bolster for my ankles/knees until I asked. This was odd considering this is a common practice in massage therapy. Nexy came the wrap. My selected scent was green apple and pear which should have been light a refreshing smell right. Unfortunately the only thing I could smell was menthol. After the application of the cream you are wrapped in saran wrap. I was told that it might get a little hot. After I was fully wrapped I was laid back down to finish the remainder of my massage since my services were combined. She began to massage my feet, one was completed and we moved to the other. Shortly after i felt her switch from 2 hands to 1. I looked up to see what was going on she asked if everything was OK then I hear a phone drop to the floor. I'm certain she was playing on her phone during my massage. I was given a foot scrub because "she wanted me to enjoy my services". The scrub was the ONLY part I have no compliants about. While lying there still wrapped getting my feet/hands massaged attempting to relax but was unable to due to the body wrap itching, stinging and feeling really hot. We removed the wrap and wiped up with clean towels. But the burning feeling remained for hours. After conpletion i understand the wrap is ment for slimming vs moisturizing ir relaxing. Overall this experience was awful and I wouldn't return or recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a relaxing day spa experience this is not the place.

Hair By Jin Stylist Jin works magic on my thick, wavy, difficult hair. The first time I met her I came to her with a badly botched hair cut from another stylist. When she finished I had a hairstyle I've always wanted but thought I could never have. She spent extra time on my hair making sure the cut was perfect. She adjusted the cut so I could wear it the way she styled it (see pics) or with my natural waves. She really listened to what I wanted and not only fixed a botched cut but made a difficult style a reality. I also came to Jin when I had badly damaged my hair. She spent a lot of time on my hair making sure she not only cut off the offending portions of my hair but still give me a cute, manageable hairstyle that will grow out beautifully. She is highly knowledgeable in her craft, does amazing work and truly cares. I keep coming back to Jin and would highly recommended her!

My husband and I had a couples massage and we were not impressed! The place was clean but small for 2 beds. The “whole” for your face had a travel neck pillow with a paper towel covering it that was rough like sandpaper, and their was no option for a heated a blanket. My therapist was friendly but I did not enjoy her massage. While massaging my back she only touched half of my back at a time, although I understand everyone has their own technique, I did not like it. My husband stated his massage was decent. We did both enjoy the hot massage oil. I also want to add that we could hear everything in the room during the massage, including the music from the bar next door (that was terrible), the bells on the door when it opened, the phone ring and then the answering machine ‍♀️

This place is a hidden gem! Best massage I've had in years. Better than big box places and overpriced boutiques. They take the entire time, don't try to upsell you or try to get you to buy a membership. To the experience: I was blown away by how relaxing it was. She asked me about the pressure, etc. frequently so I was always comfortable. Every time I thought it couldn't get better, it did! The minty, fresh aroma was so relaxing and the hot stones are absolutely worth the upgrade. Very professional and clean, I am going back often. Very reasonably priced and was able to get in same day by booking online, which is great for an introvert who doesn't like talking on the phone :) I'm sending everyone here!

My daughter and I enjoyed this little hidden gem from the very nice staff to its cute rooms. The only thing o was disappointed in was that we originally scheduled the De-Stress package but upon arrival realized there was a 90 minute package called Deep Relaxation. We asked if we could do this instead and they said yes! We were expecting to get a 90 minute massage but ended up getting a 75 minute massage and was still charged the same. I made sure to look at the clock when my session started at it was at the 45 minute mark. When my massage was completed it was at the 55 mark so only 10 minutes after an hour and when I came out my daughter was done as well and we had the same start time.

The best massage of my life! I'm ticklish and have very sensitive areas. I was prepared to have multiple pauses during the session to ask to go easy or not so hard or please stop because I'm ticklish in that spot. But not this time! First time ever I made it through an entire massage feeling completely relaxed, relieved, and refreshed. My sensitive areas like above the knees, backs of my thighs or mid rib area where I tend to squirm were not triggered at all. I can't explain what she did but it actually felt relaxing this time. Wow. Just amazing!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Excellent day spa without the pretense. I wished I lived here so I could go more often!!

Okay I’m going to be honest, I had very high expectations for this place, given the reviews. I paid $109 for the microderm and facial combo, and the facial itself was probably worth about $40. It was extremely rough (not the diamond tip part) and my face was barely cleansed. Half of the products were put on my face using one hand and 3 different ones stinged. I’m pretty sure they say they use dermalogica, but I only saw one bottle of that. You can get a microdermabrasion and facial at any other place (my fav is hand and stone at the vineyard) for much cheaper and more relaxing. I left more tense than when I got there.

Amazing day spa! After weeks of hounding, I finally let my wife convince me to check out this new Day Spa she saw on Facebook. As a man, I've never felt terribly comfortable going to a day spa, but after experiencing this place, I will certainly be back. Cool atmosphere, very affordable, great service, extremely clean, and exactly as advertised. I got the 90 minute massage, and let me tell ya... Life's stresses truly melted away, at least for that hour and a half. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially men living high stress lives. Thanks Zhen Day Spa and Beauty! DO NOT BUY GROUPON!!! BOOK DIRECT! Jenny will match the price and she deserves that money all to herself! She is sweet, attentive and friendly. I have had horrible back pain for the past 3 weeks. After my AMAZING massage, I finally experienced the relief and relaxation that I thought I’d NEVER feel again. The place is lovely and clean. Small things like places to hang your clothes & dimmed lights throughout make the atmosphere amazing before your relaxing massage. The other ladies were nice too but Jenny was the best ever!

UPDATE: I was contacted by this business after my poor rating to make it right. They offered me the opportunity to come back in but I don't live in the state. They offered me my money back instead and I told them I only wanted to provide them with the feedback from my massage. Side note: this was feedback my group of 10 had as well (minus 2 people). They advised they are a small business and negative feedback hurts them more and they would like the post to come down. In turn for the post coming down they would refund me.

Ladies were really nice and kind. The massage was great, felt very relaxed afterward! The facial, manicure, and pedicure were very rough. Not relaxing at all. The one who did those was very rough and seemed very rushed. I got hurt several times. The nails came out VERY uneven and only one coat so I can see right through the polish. The facial was also roughly handled. Threw my head around so much it was almost comical if I hadn't paid so much money. I would go back for the massage but it ends there.

This was my first ever professional (and prenatal) massage and Claire is who helped me. She did an amazing job and was very sweet. I will definitely be going back. I loved everything from the music, to whatever scent they had in there (it smelled very nice and subtle), to the ambiance and the beds were also really comfortable. She made sure I was comfortable and definitely blew my first time impressions out of the water. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed in my life lol. Thank you again!

Absolutely the best experience! We had a couples massage. Haiti and Ashton are very knowledgeable and very experienced. I had a prenatal massage and my hunny had deep tissue. Haiti, couldn't thank enough for the tips and advice for my pregnancy, beyond grateful for how she handled my care . Very relaxing atmosphere. Lovely therapeutic calming music. Service is personal, warm. Massage by Heidi. She pays attention to details. Knows where your pain and tension is without you telling her. I was in pain when I got there. Felt fabulous afterwards. I will join their membership. Visit at least 1 time a month , get at least 1 massage a month to get 15% Off other services of haircuts, facials, waxing and more. Very professional group.

My massage room had a sign that read, "It's the little things," and Zhen Day Spa did not disappoint! Their attention to detail, including warm massage oil and aromatherapy blends, made my experience above average. I have been to several spas and salons around town, but left Zhen pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back, and I will be requesting Yuna again! She was attentive and listened to my needs.

We found this place because a masseur we like, Ashton, started working there. We have had massages from him and a few others and have been satisfied every time. They are kind, responsive, and attentive. Pricing is pretty standard, service is great. Definitely recommend this place for massages. Not sure about the salon services, though I am sure they're good.

Was able to get the romantic couple spa package that worked out perfect. Massage was relaxing after a long drive cross multiple states, facial was refreshing, mani-pedi felt great, doing it together was a nice touch. Came with wine, and snacks which went great with everything. All staff was professional and handled us with care. Way to go Zhen... Keep it up.

This spa tried to scam me. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Please rethink your choices and placing a card on file, because they said they wouldn’t charge my card, but they called me back and were upset that my card wasn’t “working”. Seems a little suspicious since they weren’t going to charge me… please be safe and try not to trust everyone.
