Worst wash I’ve had in a long time. Let’s start with the guy up selling washes. I was in an SUV so I chose the Truck/SUV line and there was only a Dodge Charger in front of me. (I pulled over right before getting in line because I needed to get my credit card out of my bag and this entire time the Charger was already at the POS). Anyways I chose this line because I was in an SUV and thought it might have more clearance or something. I waited behind the Charger, and waited and waited and waited some more, a good 5 minutes to by while the upselling attendant flirts with the girl in the Charger. No other customers are around besides me. I finally throw it in reverse and get in the other lane because I’m tired of waiting and watching them flirt. As soon as I get in the other lane I pick the $18 wash and the charger takes off and the upselling attendant comes running over asking what wash I want. I say I don’t know the one I just selected. He proceeds to try to upsell me on a package then lies to me saying the next time I come for the same wash it’s going to be $36 if I don’t get the package…. Whatever lying dude I just want a car wash. So I finish and go through the wash. As soon as I enter the wash the entire line shuts down for a minute, I have no idea why. After restarting the brushes proceed to turn my mirror inside out, which has never happened at any other point in a wash before. I proceed to the free vacuums where I start vacuuming. The only positive about the entire situation is the young Latin guy drying cars was super nice and did the best job of the entire wash. I apologized to him because I did not bring any cash to tip. When I got home I noticed that the entire front of the car wasn’t any cleaner than it was when I got there. I recently got back from a road trip and had bugs all over the front so I needed a car wash. To my surprise the bugs weren’t touched by the wash at all. Despicable. They stole $14 from me (deducting $4 for the vacuum and dry). Pathetic - unless you want to wait 5+ minutes while the guy tries to flirt and upsell other customers and your car to be left violated and dirty - don’t go here.

When this location opened I was very excited I have what they call car cleanliness OCD or CCOCD. I go to the carwash probably every other day. The service here is awful. The young hispanic guy with glasses, who you almost always see greeting at the payment machine, cannot be bothered with customers, No!!! He has a text or other chat going that is infinitely more important than you and your car washing needs. Then one of the newer guys... African America late teens/early 20's with shoulder length dreads, almost met his maker one particular day. So freaking rude. Aggressively pointed his infantile finger at me and by pointing, demented I move my car here now!! Yeah... Children and young adults across the board, should never handle an adult customer, whose business is largely contributing to his paycheck with such disrespect. Now the managers are car wash angels... putting out fires and literally grabbing the drawing of towels and drying off the vehicles with the employees. They're doing the most when it should be the other way around... Actually stayed on with them a few extra weeks because of how great they are. And the one incredibly pristine and awesome employee, was an older Hispanic man who didn't speak much English, but was eager to help dry off your car and really spend time making sure it was well done it was polite and smiled and was a joy to see. I always tried to tip him as much as I could.

On Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11:15am, I purchased a basic wash at $12 with a tire shin at $5 for a total of $17. Once I proceeded through the terminal for my wash there was no type of cleaning foam applied to my vehicle when entering the terminal. Once my car reached the last brush the rails that move car through the terminal stopped abruptly causing my vehicle to roll backwards. There were only two people on staff so I sat waiting for someone to come and talk to me because at this point I need a refund. Finally, after sitting for 5 minutes a third employee shows up, I explained and was told to reach out to customer service the location is cashless.

Don’t go here!! I requested to cancel my membership on October 4th and received a response that the were still working on it on October 18th. Now I’m going to be charged another month because of this company’s incompetence. The customer service at the locations have become awful since Zips bought this company. It doesn’t matter which location you go to. The employees are either rude or just not trained. My car and windshield were also scratched after going through the car wash. I will specifically tell people to never use any of these locations. It’s a waste of money and time. This car wash now creates issues for cars instead of helping maintain them.

Worst car wash. Didn’t really see any suds coming from the washers. The track couldn’t push me forward so started dragging me backwards 3 times. Staff came up and told me to pull forward while in the middle of the tunnel. I told them my car hadn’t even been blown off and they said i could go back thru. Same exact thing happened so i had to drive thru the blowers without getting my car properly blown off. Worst experience. If you increase your price then the owners should consider improving their machines with the increase. Highly disappointed. See dirt still on my car in the photos and this is driving thru the wash TWICE!

I went though the carwash and received a scratch down the side of my new car which they proceeded to say it didnt happen there. You can see the brush marks. Corporate saw the pic's and said it didnt happen here, the scratches dont go to the metal the rest of the way but all the side. NEVER GO HERE if you want your car not damaged. My car is 2 months old, they treat you like a liar and just are nasty when you show them what just happened. DO NOT GO HERE. After it happened, i looked at yelp and other places and I am not the only car that got scratches like this.

All these 5 star reviews are a scam. Went there today to vaccum my car and you get employess coming up to you begging for a review when they did absolutely nothing to assist you and they both stressed their name. This has got to be the worst car wash that I know of. I think that they must get a bonus or have to meet a quota and to have their name mentioned in the review. If you notice almost all the reviews mention someone by name. Lol

John and AB are they are absolutely the sweetest and most helpful gentlemen ever. I’ve been up here today makes 3 times. I had an issue with my car and when I tell you John went above and beyond to help me out not just the knowledge he was telling me but showing that says a lot about the people. Thankful for these helpful young men and the courteousness that they genuinely show. Will definitely come back to bring my vehicles.

Juan over at Zip’s Car Wash on Lemmon Ave is the best car wash professional in DFW! I’ve never been so impressed by how attentive he is with every minor detail of my car and makes sure it’s spotless every single time before I pull out. Sometimes runs my truck through twice to make sure it’s extra clean. Juan at Zip’s on Lemmon is simple top tier and deserves a raise. Much better than anyone over at Forrest Lane.

I moved back in October of last year, so I canceled my membership. At least, that’s what I thought. I am still today getting charged a membership fee. Zips bought this place and even a year later is unable to help at all with membership issues here. I was for a good bit getting charged for three cars when I only had two on the account. Don’t trust this location if you want to be able to cancel ever.

Eleazar was amazing! He was very kind and eager to assist with my vehicle service. Sometimes I do have to wait around for someone to come help dry my vehicle and shine my tires but Eleazar was quick and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond as far as getting those difficult spots that seem to always be missed or need extra drying and shining. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Eleazar!

The zips on Lemmon is probably my favorite car wash. They treat you like family here they make an effort to have a conversation with you. Here you’re not just another transaction or customer. Your friends a connection. I highly recommend this car wash. And the prices are also very well priced. I will not go to another car wash but here.

I have been coming here for months now and the service and the employees are just amazing hands down!!!! But today was the time that I have met Juan and he was so kind and sweet!!!!! Thanks so much Juan for being so helpful and kind!!!!! One reason why I keep coming back the customer service is a plus!!!!!

I just took my car there and bought the $20 wash which is one of the “best” . My car came out dirty with debris still stuck to it, the rims still have mud , basically came out just like it went in and wasted my $20 . It’s super packed and you will have to wait to use the vacuums with a line behind you .

I always come to this location and have been for a while! No matter the wash I pick, my car always comes out spotless. All the staff are so polite and very helpful. Juan helped me with my service today. He was very detailed when hand drying my car and cleaning the wheels. Excellent service every time.

I have the membership here and have had it a long time now. Well worth the money especially how quickly my car gets dusty with all the Dallas construction. The vacuums are strong, my car gets clean and hand dried, and the guys are all super nice! If you need a membership go see Juan!!

Their service manager needs to take a class on how to interact with customers. I thought the guy was kidding when he failed my car inspection after I had been going to that same location for over five years! Sad to see one individual cast such a bad light on the overall business.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. My husband and I requested to cancel his membership in person back in December 2022. He has continued to be charged $90 a month and there has been no way to cancel over the phone. We've moved and now have to drive 45 minutes to TRY to cancel again.

I’m on hold with them now for the 4th month in a row. They will not let me cancel my subscription l. Haven’t used it but still getting charged. Called in they said go to location went to location they said call in. No one wants to help. Just terrible service.

These guys are phenomenal people!! Always take care of all my luxury and exotic vehicles. Thanks to the whole team! Conveyer belt takes the car so it doesn’t risk my rims getting damaged and then they hand dry the cars complementary too! 5/5 stars easily!!!

I’ll be honest, a few months back my husband and I thought about canceling our service but the past month has been great! Juan and his staff have been incredible, taking the extra effort to build rapport and customize their services! We’re glad we stayed!

Zips carwash is fast and friendly. Their basic wash does the trick if you want something simple. They offer more expensive washes and waxes. Vacuuming is free to use and they have nice towels to dry off your car and dust your interior. Juan

Compared to the Ross location this Zipps car wash is like night and day! In was able to fit my mustang and Jeep through the wash even with the extra wide tires. The vacuums worked and the trash cans were empty. Compared to the Ross location

I paid for the monthly $35 wash. I only had my tires cleaned once. My rims came out of the wash dirty. No one scrubbed the windshield after my first 2 washes, so stuck on bugs were not washed off. When I mentioned my dirty car to an

maybe this place was broken when I went or something. When I went though this carwash. It didn't even get any of bird poo on my car. You can tell where the wash didn't get any dirt off the car. Will never try them again. Ridiculous.

No track to damage your wide tires and rims! They use a flat belt to pull you through the wash. Very nice manager on duty. Helped me dry my car. They supply towels. Free vacuums. Will definitely be using this location from now on!

Honestly don’t care too much for the services by Zips, they are not very competitive with other car Wash memberships I utilize……. BUT JUAN AND ELEAZAR are the real deal and make being a member very pleasant! They are top tier.

Eleazar and the rest of the team at Zips i provide great customer service and always find a way to do a little something extra like help wipe down the car! They are my preferred wash spot just for the service alone.

Almost every time I try to use this car wash, the belt is broken and the was won't work. Waste of time. I pay monthly for unlimited washes and most of the time, the Zips on NW Hwy is working. Go there instead.

Best Car Wash in the area. Best part about it is you don’t have to worry about your rim’s because their system doesn’t even touch the sides of them. Highly recommend Ulysses was very informative and helpful.

Spoke to Juan today. He is super friendly. Explained all the washes concisely and thoroughly without being pushy. Zips is always great when I want to wash my car quickly and well. Will definitely be back!

I come like once a week and Eleazar always works so hard out in this smoldering heat and does an awesome job drying my suv! Zips is very convenient for me, in and out in like 15 min after golf.

This location is great friendly staff and the always have someone to towel dry and tire shine. However the Ross location is awful no one to wipe and after 1pm no tire shine.
