I mainly go to BP to get my a Qantas Frequent Flyer Points when I buy petrol & food. This 2 star rating is not about the venue, as it’s is quite good with a cafeteria even, it’s the lack of training given to staff about a major offer like Qantas Rewards Points when shopping at BP. After buying petrol & food, I gave the lady(with Indian heritage) my Qantas frequent flyer card so she could scan it for me to get my points, but she had no idea what it was, she thought I was wanting to pay with it, I told her 2-3 times that this card was for my Qantas rewards points pointing to an A4 sized advert about it right on the counter so everyone could see. She insisted on swiping it on the machine, almost bending my new card, I didn’t want to tell a staff on how to do her job, but after seeing that my card was getting wrecked, I finally asked her to just scan it, and it worked! The moral of the story is that customers like myself don’t expect to deal with rocket scientists at BP petrol stations, but a little bit of staff training would be good, especially with a big offer like Qantas Rewards through BP.

Restaurant is not open during weekends so truckers are unable to get any sort of food here. Doors are always locked and you will need to keep knocking the glass door to get in if need be to facilitate the rest rooms. Half the time, the Pic isn't around or at the cashiers and you will have to wait. The servo is small and the employee doesn't really care if truckers park irresponsibly as you will notice single trailers are parked in B Double spots. Cars are also parked in the truck designated bays

Good for truckers as there are showers. Polite service. Food very average. I sometimes order pizza and have it delivered there to avoid the food. Stupid that I couldn't even buy a coffee on a Sunday morning but was offered boiled water which was kind but as a truck stop a bit sad. There should also be a designated area for refrigerator trucks and those that want to run a generator all night.

3 stars is being generous and only due to the showers and truck parking. Showers and faciliand need a decdnd clean, the service while not unfriendly is not great and the food is hopeless. They are a BP "road Haven" cafe and have the basic menu displayed but don't even do some of the items on the board and those they do are unimpressive at best. I will avoid where possible.

I have uber driver discount for fuel which is connected with BP rewards. I bought food and refilled fuel, when I scanned my BP rewards the staff didn't agree to give me the discount, which was very disappointing. He cancelled the discount even though my bp rewards showed me I can use the discount in this store. That must me because of the lack of experience of the staff.

I just purchased this rissole& mash lunch. While serving she only put 1 ball and I told the lady put a 2nd rissole I’ll pay for it. But when she charged me $27.80 I was a bit surprised and asked her how much for 1 rissole meal and its $14 she said. I know I asked for 2nd rissole but charging a customer for 2 whole meals??? BP should have some better pricing

I just called to find out if they sell engine oil the guy said yes. I said can you tell me how much it might be before i drive out there . Then he changed his mind and said they dont sell any motor oils.. when o asked for gus name he hung up on me. Wont be going back to that petrol station again. Bp Rockwood rd yagoona.

Don't go here if you expect to be served in less then 10 minutes. Stand in line for 10 minutes dont even get acknowledged. Ended up putting the drink back and walking out. Staff couldn't care less about serving a customer. No wonder alot of people park there but won't spend any money there. Very bad look for business.

As a truck driver, there isn’t much I haven’t encountered on the road or in truckstops, but today I purchased the 2 most grotesque pies I’ve had from a servo in my life. They were so dry that the meat inside had shrunk and gone hard, and the pastry tasted like the plastic pie wrapper... How disgusting... …

I purchased a piece of cake from this store the cashier did not know the price nor was it displayed. She went away and asked her colleague the price. She put it through the register as $6.70. I said to her are you serious that much for a piece of cake she advised yes. This is blatantly overpriced not impressed

Hey after reading some of the reveiws I would say if your buying & eating out of the bae marie its your own fault. Any experienced roadhouse connoisseur knows, you ask how long its been sitting there for, don't like the answer order freshly made! You get it?

I was asked to wear a mask and the Asian lady at the counter laughed at the other staff member while telling her that I had a medical exemption. She then told me I'll serve you but stay far away. Rude and ugly staff

The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves , the food is garbage customer service is terrible if the management are not embarrassed just goes to show how ignorant they really are

Not really a Truckstop, it has parking for Single trailer Semis, but B double parking not so good, and the Cafe is not open, so forget getting a feed, unless a packet of chips will keep you happy.

The customer service is really rude. There is a customer service representative guy name Sandeep he is just disrespectful and not helpful. I had really bad experience and will not go again.

I would give zero stars but that's not an option i typed in bp with car wash and this bp popped up to find it did not have one! Should not be advertised to hold a car wash!!!

Lounge available here for the truckies. The aircon ran so well. Staff member was really helpful, and i did enjoy my curried beef with mash
