No customer service, no interest in customer, just ask customer for pump number take money no thank you no nothing. Second staff person stands in front of other cash register watching the queue does not assist while customers stand in line. Would not return. Sunday morning 2/5/2016
Supposed to be a parcel drop-off for Sendle, but they refused to take my parcel. They said they had no space for it. What's the point in being a parcel drop-off if you don't accept parcels? The parcel was medium-sized and weighed barely anything. Completely wasted my time.
Filled up my car with 98 got down the road and it started playing up .We had the fuel drained and decanted it for our mower .Mower started to fail too.So assumption was bad fuel .As I arrived to the gas station with no issues .And left with
Served by a very polite and helpful employee, Sanjiv - I didn’t realise that the store was shut at night due to previous incidents. Don’t blame BP for taking that decision. Anyhow, despite my initial dismay at realising the store was shut,
To the manager of BP Balgowlah. I have come in twice over a two week period to purchase a $30 Teens gift card. Both times the attendant could not activate the card and so I was unable to purchase. Both times they said they’d pass this on
To the Marketing Department @ BP (Petrol Stations). If you were to remove your barista set up at your BP stations in relevant areas in Australia and execute a self service set up like your competitors but provide machine with different
I went there tonight to buy a chocolate and staff didn’t aloud me to come inside ! She wants to sell by the window and was extremely rude ! She ask me to go to another place ! Terrible experience
I came here to fill the tank at 2 o clock in the night but the night staff name zeeshan declined me that the machine is closed at night and talks to me soo rudely. I never come again here.
’ve noticed every time i purchase items for the Ford competition, your staff try not to give the receipt and I have to always ask for if, it’s happened 5 times already across Sydney.
Always overpriced fuel because it is a 24hr station, however my main issue is that i never get the distance out of the tank that i do from other stations....now why would that be?
Always clean, got everything I need. Petrol is probably on the high end price wise but there's no other petrol stations near so I go here. Their firewood is great and burns well.
The pump was broken, went inside and told them, they didn't seem too fazed, i then got ripped off $5 for petrol that didn't go inside my car. not in this economy, thank you!
I was refused service here, stood at the coffee place and no one bothered to serve me, may be coz i was black or something... One star is more than they deserve …
I wouldn't go there anymore the lady there asked me 3 times after i made the coffee order and she keep forgetting it and chatting about something else and
The EV charger drops from 75kw to 50kw or 25kw as soon as a second car is plugged in. So a quick session quickly becomes 90+ mins. So annoying.
This BP is always more expensive than anywhere else on the Northern Beaches side of the Harbour Bridge. I avoid it at all costs.
Staff member on 29/11/2020 around 1830 hours advised that the toilet is out of order which is bad customer service
Can you imagine a service station that does not stock fuses? BP are too focused on being a supermarket.
Often has best 98 prices. Wide access, entry and exit. Often don't mind the extra detour to get there.
They didn't let me use toilet my bladder was nearly blasting there is no ohs for customer
Good for toilet break. Anything else way too expensive than other petrol stations
Best fuel. Got the lot; clean toilets, good coffee, hoy food AND CHOCOLATE
Same as most of the bp station. All the fuels and good choice of food etc
I filled up with diesel and they happily took payment for it. Brilliant.
Nice drinks go here with da boys slushie always broken Ps.i like bob
Your fuel pumps give a false reading. You're ripping people off.
Sells petrol, diesel and snacks good place, has Ben and jerry's
Just add oil, it doesn’t matter whether you like it or not
Always over priced petrol but the convenience is a winner
