The worst car dealer and team I ever dealt with , I drove 2 hours to see the car , it had some chips and I spoke to them about fixing it and they said ok we will get back to you , I left and I wrote an email same night , then called today in the morning discussing everything and we agreed on the same price and everything they said the manager will call you back !!! Opening the car now to show a friend what I am getting and all I see is it’s been sold !!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT !!! WHAT TYPE OF MISLEADING IS THAT after agreeing on everything and they say I will get a call back !!!

I bought a car from bravoauto Pakenham recently. I was dreading the process, but everything was so easy in the end. I was made to feel comfortable by the lovely staff, and I received nothing but help from everyone there. I had a few questions to make sure payment went through properly, and no query was too small. I found the car online, test drove it on a Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday. The description and, importantly, the photos posted were accurate to the vehicle, so no surprises when I saw it in person. Special shout out to Michelle who held my hand every step of the way.

Very happy with our experience. Sarah was great to deal with, she never applied any pressure to us in our decision making and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Once we had made our decision she was quickly able to get our vehicle ready to go despite it being the end of the year and with Christmas wedged in the middle. We love our new car and feel like we got a great deal. We can’t stress enough how easy and pleasant of an experience it was going through the team at Bravoauto Pakenham, you made a big decision feel simple and enjoyable.
