Surprisingly, a disturbing and awful customer experience. I did however buy a vehicle from these guys, as it was the one I wanted and seemed mechanically sound. Regardless of that fact, the jury is still out on the reliability of the car they sold me. Be careful with these guys. They rush you for a $500 deposit, yet they won’t easily provide you with all the paperwork upfront that you’ve asked for prior to making the deposit. For example, they won’t show you the vehicle history or mention any hidden fees upfront. Typical of shady used car salesmen. The staff make you feel as though they’re doing YOU a favour, and this persists for the entire duration that they deal with you. Once you’re done feeling like a clown; if you’ve decided to make a purchase, you’ll be charged a surprise $375 service fee at the end of the purchase cycle. When asked what the fee was for, they simply said, “It’s to keep the lights on and business running”. Obviously, any customer would try to negotiate the sale price further if they knew they would be hit with a “$375 service fee”. Anyways, after you’ve been ripped off with the hidden service fee, they come for blood one last time. You’re asked if you want to pay with credit card, but they don’t advise that this method of payment collects another exorbitant fee! Only after I asked did they mention to me. Do yourself a favour, pay with debit to save the last little bit of money before these dirty hounds come for more!

Disappointing service, manager communication style was unpleasant. Sold a car with an empty coolant despite the request after the test drive, stated that they would fill it up. Realised a week after the coolant still empty, and manager said "it's a simple thing to do, just go to Supercheap auto and asked the staff to help to fill the coolant" If it's a simple thing to do why it wasn't done? I understand work is quite stressful sometimes, but instead of acknowledging the issue and apologies, he said "don't come to me if you have trouble with the car, you hang up the phone on my face" after the phone was cut out. Also said "I'm the boss" after requesting a text message for the previous advice "put water in the coolant" as a prove just in case something went wrong and ruin the warranty. This is not how you build rapport with the customer. It's easy to cut the short way, but if you want to keep a loyal and good customer, you need to take your actions accountable. There is no harm to say I'm sorry we forgotten or we didn't have mechanic to do it. Or any other excuse. If this is how a boss handle complain, the business is in the wrong hand. I don't like to give bad review but sometimes you need someone else's voice to help you to reflect. Well done, I'm not coming back or refer this service to anyone. Good luck for anyone and for myself, finger cross my car won't go wrong.

Honestly biggest fraud when they claim money back if you are not fond of the car or if there are issues with the car; massive scam: and make sure to not place a deposit, they will literally not give it back, in the event you decide or figure out they have used the scare tactic like someone is coming around later today to buy it, and that you need to put a deposit it in to secure the car; it is honestly not true; walk away do you own diligence homework prior to deciding to buy from this place, although high discourage it tbh, you are better of buying from another dealer ship, this place will rip you off; glad they took my deposit, gives me a chance to see who they really are, and will lose mine, and a large amount of other peoples sales, as I’ll make sure to tell all my family and friends about this place, and the scam they run Avoid Matt at all cost Also be aware of the true reviews and the faults ones they probably make up to bump up there credibility

I bought a car from Easy Auto Liverpool approximately 14 months ago, took out the extra warranty. I had a lot of trouble with the car but the Manager at Liverpool, Abraham sorted it out and had a carrier return the car back to easy auto Liverpool at no cost to my self. Abraham also organised for a replacement car for me which was delivered by carrier to my house. Abraham has done everything he could to help remedy the situation and resolve the situation. From the time I bought the car to the time the replacement car was delivered, Abraham, and all other staff have been helpful, courteous and just really nice and have returned my phone calls, never fobbed me off and delivered a good outcome to the situation. I really thank Abraham for all his help and support and thank all the Easy Auto staff for all their help and to resolve the situation, as I live on the north coast which is a long way from Liverpool.

Worst service ever. Made query through Carsales. Get the standard message of come and look at the car. I drive 1 hour to go and see the car. Get there and enter reception. Few guys sitting at computer looking bored. I get a call from one of their sales guys asking when I am coming around. Told him I’m in the reception area waiting. Waited 20 mins sitting around and nothing. The guy had no idea on the phone. Kept saying good doing business with you also?? What the hell is he on? Deal making people enter your dealership and waste their time? A woman arrives through door and bang she’s attended to. They must not serve larger males. Would never ever buy from this dealership group. Their castle hill branch no better. Asks for you call them back and you do they never answer. Their motto is false advertising. They are part of a huge automotive group. Gullible people will believe their spin.

Be careful of a sales guy named Patrick , he will lie on your face without an ounce of shame. I purchased the car from easyauto couple of months ago. I was in constant touch with the him making sure things are as per the photo and condition of the car. One thing I specifically asked for was to make sure the toe bar is in the boot as i couldn't see it in the photo, he said "Yes I'll make sure its in there and no one has pinched it". I made the payment online and when I went to pick up the car the tow bar was missing and when I inquired about it the guy said "we never talked about the tow bar". Make sure you have things in writing when you deal with this guy. Its just few hundred dollars but the blatant lie on the face was a shame. Apart from this guy, all other guys including the contract manager were very helpful. Car is of good condition and well maintained. Good pricing too.

I bought my vehicle back in October. I felt confident in dealing with Easyauto123 as soon as I drove on site. There was a huge selection of vehicles, a great deal of staff to help with my enquiries, many customers already being served and I appreciated that the majority of the cars were on site. I had Brayden look after me throughout my 2 visits offering sound advice and knowledge on their range of vehicles, a lot better service than any of the other 5 dealerships I went to where I felt like a number. Theyvhandled the finance and had the insurance sorted before the contract was even finalised. Brayden nothing short of exceptional in he's professionalism and really made the whole car buying experience stress free, i 100% recommended Easyauto123 for your next vehicle.

Very disappointing. On receiving vehicle , found both key fobs not to work so vehicle could not be locked . Only one fob could be opened to extract key to lock the car manually. When battery was replaced the next day in that fob found buttons were not working. Car had not been cleaned properly, chips found in seat belt clip space, together with hair clips. Carpet had not been vacuumed properly. Dried on bid droppings not removed from exterior pain , yet dealer delayed delivery to detail the car. Petrol in tank did not last more than three blocks from dealership, yet the trad in had was given with half a tank of petrol. Dealer did not respond when messaged about the car fobs. Will not be recommending this dealer. Customer Service lacking through out the experience.

Not sure what I expected from a used car dealership but this guys take the cake for shafting you, take a look at other comments if you’re not convinced. Bloke on the FaceTime call told me the car had full service history and books, drove from Canberra to Sydney to find out that wasn’t the case. Car was delivered dirty, with no fuel or books. The cars handbrake didn’t work either thanks for that guys! Absolute joke of a business, with any luck and the alarming amount of ACCC complaints they should be shutdown soon enough. Oh I paid almost 40 grand for my car as well, so not a small amount of money.

I went to go look at a car I was very interested in, to then be talked to like I couldn’t afford the car by Brayden, one of the so call ‘car salesman’. He unfortunately lost a sale as according to him and his boss, that I couldn’t test the car or barely look at it without buying the car and leaving a deposit on that day. Friendly and professional service however, a few things could have been better. I paid for car sanitation but was not very thorough. After purchase I found the windshield had a chip which was hidden behind sticker price. A couple of other things that could be improved upon and made aware of but all in all an okay service.
