We got a couch here in April, mind you it smelled HORRIBLE, had to get it professionally cleaned. it also wasn’t the couch I wanted, but a worker named Sierra at this location said she would order the couch I wanted, but it will take a few months. Never heard from them for months. I called her and she didn’t remember me, tells me how she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. My husband called her and she remembered him immediately, she told him that the couch is all of a sudden on its way, and it’ll be here in a few days. months passed by and there’s no sign of the couch that she promised to order. Absolutely ridiculous, & unprofessional. I do not recommend easy home the employees are no help and don’t care to help you. Avoid this company at all costs

There’re no words to describe the indescribable, as it relates to the energy and awesome customer service and great work ethics experience within the store at Midland and Lawrence It didn’t stop there the choice selection was great despite that I forgot to mention I was in a basement apartment however the delivery gentlemen honestly tried to get my couches inside, they had to remove the door and then readjust so many times, I had to come to grips with the fact that I had to change the selection and they assisted me without any hesitation ensuring that what I chose will fit. I just wanted to express/share my sincere gratitude for the kindness, patience, selection of items and unprecedented service that I experienced.

This location values there customers they take the time to get you exactly what u need and what you can afford I got a living room set and a laptop I'm so happy with everything I have gotten if you ever want to exchange you can if your not happy with it you can get something that makes you happy all the staff there are amazing they deliver with care and there always onetime if they late or there on there way they will call you and tell u with a very polite manner. Thank you for reading this all the way though you are one of the people that care I'm a single mother and I love to have great things in my house and 1000% I would always go got this location

Very friendly and eager to sell. However it is obvious they want you to be life time customer. Prices are expensive. If you can wait. You'd be better off putting the lease money away for a few months and buying else where or from Kijiji or liquidation. However they were pleasant to deal with and when you are in a pinch the my provide a necessary service. I don't have a problem with the interest fees and the financing portion but they heavily overvalue the products (all location) vs their actual MSRP and then apply a heavy financing option. But they are better than other lease to own places in my opinion.

I wanted to thank Cheryl , Denzel, Sarah , Sierra ( if I spelt your names incorrectly sorry ) Easyhome Store 533. I have to say I am extremely happy with the service at this store. You don't often look forward to going somewhere especially now and seeing a completely happy and welcoming team. But at this store I love going there. Cheryl and her team go above and beyond to do whatever they can to accommodate your needs and see is always available to speak with when ever you call or go there. The are exemplar and kudos to the and if I forgot anyone much-loved to you guys .

Even though my account shows that they took the payment on October 29, 2019, Justin claimed that there was four payments missed, false report, took more than four payments out of my account causing me to have to close it. Cheryl, the manager claim that they can't pick up the item that I wish to return until Saturday so they can force me to keep it for another week so they can bill me. Thieves, never again. I filed a fraud report with the police.

So I give this store one star but it's only because they are affiliated with the Not so EASY FINANCIAL. They do not respect what bankruptcies stand for and will kick you when you are down and take money from you all the while ruining your credit through their subsidiaries a truly mafia like operation. They do not believe in redemption and will only ruin you for including them in a bankruptcy. Truly evil.

These two workers that delivered my couch this evening , knew that I wanted the couch and despite it not fitting up my stairs , they went the extra mile and brought it up through my kitchen balcony !!! They stayed past the end of their shift and put everything together for me and took the mess away!!! They need to be recognized for all their efforts tonight !! We appreciate you

I never thought I would like Easyhome but store 533 I'm so happy for the amazing help Cheryl has provided me over the years thank you Cheryl your the best. My furniture has lasted over 3 years and still in good condition. The men that delivered my furniture I rate and respect them. Omg so I have to big up the sale team at this store I am sitting here in tears because I remember 2022 how they had my back while my son was fighting for his life in the Hospital due to gun violence.
