Great little day spa with excellent massages and packages. Being from the uk I was really looking for a high quality spa experience and had been disappointed with some of the larger branded spas locally. I’m lucky to have found Ebb & Flow - I have been seeing Ali regularly for about 6 months now for a fortnightly body massage. She is excellent and the owner Natalie, has created a high quality salon with all the benefits of a small community business. It doesn’t matter how often they see me I still get the same experience - the hot tea and chocolate on arrival, the aromatherapy ritual to start and end the massage and nice touches such as an electric blanket and eye mask. There’s no pushy sales, you feel appreciated for your custom and it’s a place you can take a breath and break from your hectic life ! I can’t say enough good things about this place - has to be experienced !! Well done Natalie and team - you have a customer for life !

I recently had a wonderful spa ritual at Ebb & Flow with Kaitlyn. I received a great relaxing massage, a facial targeted to my skin and a scalp oil massage. As a sufferer of rosacea, I have had poor experiences in the past with beauty therapists not understanding how reactive and different rosacea can be. Kaitlyn was amazing. She discussed my skin concerns with me initially, and I felt confident with her experience. The Environ Cool peel has calmed my skin immensely and I look forward to starting to use more of the Environ skin care products. They also stock Jane Iredale make up which is perfect for rosacea. I look forward to continuing my skin care journey at Ebb & Flow. Both Nat & Kaitlyn were lovely to interact with.

I’ve been going to Ebb & Flow Day Spa for about 5 years now. During those years I’ve had a wide range of services includes facials, body scrubs, massages, waxing, mani and pedicures, tints, and more recently IPL face photo rejuvenation. Nat uses high quality products (which I also use at home), the spa environment is beautiful and relaxing, and the service is superb. All services have been of a very high standard and quality, I’ve never been disappointed. Nat is a lovely person and strives for the very best which clearly shows in her work. I cannot recommend this Day Spa highly enough.

I had my first ever facial here as a gift from my husband. I have to say it was possibly one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had. Kaitlyn certainly is a very calm, nice and talented skin therapist. I also got a lash lift which is a nice wee shortcut when doing your makeup! The environment was so incredibly calming and luckily I still have some money to spend!! I’ll be back very soon as I’m lucky to live so close! Thank you Kaitlyn for a truly lovely experience

Recently visited for the first time and tried one of the packages. The products used were very nice, and service from Kaitlyn was flawless. She very clearly knows what she is doing, had deep knowledge of her craft and was very skilled. I found the package to be very wello thought out and realy enjoyed every bit of it. I would definately reccomend and have already re-book for myself and my mum.

We specifically chose Ebb and Flow for their Infrared Sauna and Magnesium pool as my Mum had a shoulder injury. The service and amenities were amazing! Peaceful and tranquil - treated to little chocolates and a glass of champagne to finish the treatment. Walked out feeling like we were in a cloud. We decided we’d do this again each year for our birthdays as was such a lovely experience.

Courtney was so warm and welcoming for my visit. I had a package that included a facial, full body massage, and scalp massage. The whole treatment lasted 2 hours and every moment of it was spent being completely looked after by Courtney. I would definitely recommend booking a treatment at this spa.

What a surprise! Very polished, professional and friendly dayspa hidden in suburbia. Went out of their way to accomodate a joint treatment for my primary aged daughter and myself at short notice. Highly recommend for a mother daughter outing. Lovely personal touches.

Visited Ebb and Flow for a 60 minute Hot Stone Massage and a scalp massage to unwind and relax. Kaitlyn was my therapist and I highly recommend. Stones were perfect temperature and she targeted all the right areas. Beautiful space and will be back soon

Amazing experience! Would give 6 stars if I could. Went in for a full body scrub and it was incredible! Exactly what I needed to feel myself again. The space is nice and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. *Highly* recommend!

I booked a teen facial for my daughter as a gift. She really enjoyed the experience and found Kaitlyn helped her understand her skin type and skin care routine. The space was beautiful too - very relaxing.

Massages by Nat and Kaitlyn were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. Couldn't give 5 stars as the owner was quite standoffish, not very friendly which is a shame as the massages were really good
