Very underwhelming. Had an organic relaxation massage. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment as instructed and was taken to a waiting room to fill in a form. 20 minutes later I was moved to the treatment room and sat down to discuss my treatment. Finally the treatment starts and it was not as expected. I don't know why I filled out the questionnaire asking the areas to concentrate on. The therapist offered a more intense treatment but it cost more. The pressure was graded as medium and it was useless. My treatment flew by and no wonder as after I was dressed checked my phone and only 42 minutes had passed since I laid on the table. Then the therapist came back trying to encourage me to purchase their products. NO THANK YOU. I work in retail and customer service is paramount. This was not what was paid for. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

I visited Endota Spa Garden City for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect. I'd been given a voucher for one of the spa packages as a gift and booked in for my treatment. It was such a pleasant and calming visit.. Dionne was my therapist and she was lovely, explaining the treatment and after care products wonderfully. I was a little out of place when I walked in and after my spa I was blissfully sent away to try and find where I parked. Note... Make sure you do not park at the other end of the centre...like I did! :P I would totally recommend this day spa to my friends and family! The ONLY thing I can fault is being inside a shopping centre makes it hard to stay relaxed once you leave :)

Booked my mother in for Organic Infusion. She came home and showed my her receipt turns out they gave her the custom facial $175 treatment instead of the Organic Infusion Facial which is $140. My mum said that the staff didn't even mentioned to her that the staff didn't even give my mum a chance to choose the type of facial they just gave her the custom facial without giving her a change. When I called reception they said that they will get the manager to call me back. I never received a call back. I am very unhappy and I am very disappointed as they pretty much ripped my mum off without notifying her of her options and the difference in price. Very upset

Endota spa is by far one of the best places to go to de-stress. Highly recommend endota for those who need to have sometime to themselves or time with others to relax and get a facial or a massage. Will definitely be going back and the girls at endota are sweet, amazing and deliver such a great service. Not to mention the waiting room that was like heaven I'll wait in that waiting room anytime. The music, the atmosphere and vibe, the great quality service and the kindness and great quality Endota Spa garden city gives it truly amazing. Go ahead give it a try totally worth it.

Pretty disappointing as I have always been a regular at Endota Spa. This was my first visit to the garden city one and I won’t be back. It was freezing cold in the room so I couldn’t enjoy my massage or facial. The therapist was lovely, but she had a long sharp thumb nail that she was scratching me with while she massaged. She also had a very strong breath which wasn’t pleasant. And the New Age light therapy was different to how I usually have it. I left feeling oily all over and my hair was drenched in oil. I had to wash my hair when I got home.

Was there for an Intense New Age facial and I could definitely say it was a complete waste of money. Not cheap but all the hype regarding endota Spa seems fabricated nevertheless. I have been to quite a few places for facials and in most left feeling with a new face. But here it was not the case and from the beginning of the treatment knew i was getting ripped off. The therapist was nice but doubt she was qualified. Try going to a place called ARCHON and you'll see and feel the difference. Definitely a ripp off $275

It's a tradition for us 3 besties to get pampered on each of our birthdays, endota was able to accommodate all 3 of us at the same time. We had the organic infusion facial, the service was lovely, very relaxing, the products used were gentle and nourishing. The therapist recommended products to use on my skin, she put them on my file if I were to choose to purchase them later. I'm thankful she did because the products felt so nice I did end up purchasing some a few weeks later and I couldn't be happier with them.

Absolutely appalled by the poor service from an obviously frustrated staff member. I stood waiting for service for over 15 minutes while the person at the store dealt with another customer. She neither smiled nor acknowledged a waiting customer. This atrocious service and disrespectful demeanor highlighted just how little the customer is regarded. All she had to do was to acknowledge a waiting customer and I would have happily returned later. With this attitude the spa does not deserve my business.

I have been seeing Alex, Bec and the team at Endota for a number of years now. Alex is the most knowledgeable, professional and caring treatment specialist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her passion for helping you achieve the outcomes for your skin and body that you are wanting is unmatched. Special mention to Bec whose smiling face greets you and makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I always feel special when I visit the girls at Endota Garden City.

Amazing customer service and atmosphere. Waxed by Tahnee and Massage from Alanah... Both ladies were great! Made me feel 100% comfortable and were just fantastic. Best wax experience ever thanks to Tahnee and for my first ever fully body massage it was amazing thanks Alanah! Definitely going back before moving back to nz and will take my husband with me!! You will not regret going here! You pay for quality and at Endota Garden City, the ladies there are too quality!!!

I normally go to Endota in surfers Paradise who have the most amazing customer service. Unfortunately this is the first time I’ve been to this one and they mucked up my appointment. So I have driven 30 km to be told that I don’t have an appointment. The most disappointing part was that I felt like the woman serving me was very flippant about it all. I can handle people making mistakes but It’s unacceptable to be indifferent. I’m going back to surfers!

So relaxing. I have been here a few times and have just loved my experience here. I have even done a couples massage which we have loved and hope to do again soon. I would recommend them to everyone as their customer service is soo good. They do discuss other products but they don't push it on to you. They seem like they enjoy their job and really high customer service experience. Please go and see it for yourself!

I was booked in with Eva for a remedial massage. She didn't quite target the areas of concern I was pointing to throughout the treatment. The massage was not to my liking. She was quick to tell me that the pain I had was possibly due to poor posture or something else and unlikely to settle with the massage. Very expensive treatment for a below average result.

Just had a girls night and was lucky enough to get the girls day package (I think that's what it's called). We had a full body massage and full facial. It was the MOST AMAZING 2 hours ever!! Manah was my therapist, and she was INCREDIBLE. If you're lucky enough to get her, enjoy the experience!! She was impeccable!! Can't wait to go back again soon!!

I was gifted a voucher to come here for my birthday and I was so well looked after. I had the surrender spa package which includes a massage and facial. Jessica was super lovely and I really, really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. Left relaxed and can't wait to come back for more.

I had deep recovery massage, person who did me was lovely but way too gentle did not feel that i had massage. not strong enough. And i written how strong i wanna be and did not follow paper. Did not understand if you are not following no point filling form. Compare to price Not worthy.

No words needed for how great this salon is. I booked a treatment online and got a call that afternoon to walk me through what I need to do to prepare for it. Brilliant. I felt supported and confident. The girls at this salon are amazing too. Just quality service from start to finish.

Endota is always my go to for my spa treatments and my recent experience at Garden City was my favourite yet. Dimity was so lovely and polite. The massage was so so amazing and my face felt super special after the facial. Can’t wait to spoil myself again soon
