I just bought my first car through Heycar and it was a great process from start to finish. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews and I was hesitant to go with them at first, but they went over and beyond my expectations and that’s why I decided to leave them a good review. After choosing the car I wanted and putting down a deposit, I made the payment on Monday. 2 days later I was contacted by Kanisha who arranged my car to be delivered from Eastbourne to Newcastle for Friday. I was kept up to date of the delivery times by the driver on the day and my car arrived 5 days after I paid for it which is really fast delivery especially when some of the reviews on here mention long delivery times. A month later after getting the car I received an unpaid toll letter which was the driver’s fault as they forgot to pay on the day. I contacted heycar, and Joanne handled my case very quickly and forwarded my fine to the driver and got it sorted. Also my car was missing floor mats so I contacted Heycar again and they even offered to pay me a set of official Mazda mats as a goodwill gesture. Overall I’ve been impressed with this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
1st attempt to purchase car was not successful. Refund of £99 was made. 2nd attempt to purchase same car was successful. However sales team / customer service so poor. Very late response by email. When calling, either no answer and if answered details taken each time same information again and again, name, number, email address. Point of contact is never available, either told he is in meeting or on a call, but later when responded by email after few days, contact tells me he was out office. When vehicle was delivered, vehicle was not valeted. It was unfit to drive. Delivery driver said they had to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. The dealer said the delivery driver accepted the vehicle and therefore I had to accept it. Dealer blamed the delivery driver. A long list of issues was provided with photos. No apologies for the 20+ failures including fault with vehicle and wrong milage. Vehicle was returned, and same day dealer put the vehicle back on website for sale with old data and wrong milage. Refund took few days, but returned. Never again!
Phone lines are non-existent. You call them and get no answer - what's the point? Email's barely get answered. I have paid £99 to reserve a car - and because it's located far (approx. 3 hours) - they are telling me that they can't guarantee when the car would be delivered. (7 days or more) so I've now decided to go direct with the dealership to sort out the car as they have promised me a delivery date and time so I am not left without a car. The company is not reliable, they don't go above and beyond for their customers - and now I am having to chase a £99 refund when they won't answer !
I frst time purchased the car online. All heycar customer service is amazing! Clearly answered my all questions, communication was very kindly, got all needed information, the consultant was very friendly and helpful. The car was delivered without any issues and damages, car looks perfectly. I love my new car and I am very happy with my purchase, pleased with my decision to choice it from Heycar website. Highly recommending!

I then rang the dealership Perry's, who answered, but they refused to do a deal wiry me considering I can't get credit and been without a car foe two months, and I was short by £1500. Honestly dissapointing when the dealership treats new customer like this. Their loss.
Can barely get through on the phone lines and when I’ve asked for a direct number for my salesman he just ignored those emails… At the last minute they changed the 3 months insurance to 1 month, clearly just a ploy to get people to buy cars Just generally not a great sales experience.
Five stars for Heycar service. Three stars for the cleanliness of the car when it turned up. Outside was understandable as it had been driven 300 miles for delivery (£299 delivery cost is for it to be driven not transported) but inside was poor with lots of “cleaning” marks.
The dealer ship rang me about 30 mins after using heycar We discussed the car & details of my p/x Paid the £99 refundable deposit to secure the car on the Saturday Went up on the Tuesday to view etc Done the deal & drove my new car home Very easy to use
Buying from Robins and Day was a very pleasurable experience and Alex and his colleagues were just amazing to deal with. No fuss,no pressure and no hard sell. Would highly recomend this garage.
Very easy to use still awaiting car as had a small issue on way to us so taken back to dealer to fix so should receive in a couple of days.
