Bill Panza is the best part of iStorage. He went above and beyond to help me out when I went to the wrong location but I accidentally called his branch. He told me to swing by and he would get me situated. Bill has amazing customer service skills, he’s able to help manage a situation and provide ease. He is super kind and friendly, definitely a star employee. Thanks for your patience and support with the mixup Bill.

Great facility. I have been using this property for several years. Easy to work with. If management is not available a customer service number is available and they actually answer. The property is clean, safe, and secure. If any problems occur they are addressed in a timely manner. Thanks Andres for helping me out this week with my delivery. I appreciate it.

Vanessa was so great! I have a let’s say irrational fear of storage but as we know it’s pretty much necessary and I very much have the need!
