I purchased a battery from Jason's shop, which was advertised as a 48V 22Ah unit. However, after just three months, I encountered a problem with the battery not charging. Seeking assistance, I returned to the shop and explained the issue. To my surprise, they claimed that the battery malfunctioned due to my extensive usage for delivery purposes. They insisted that I pay a substantial fee to have the battery repaired. Unsatisfied with their response, I decided not to have the battery repaired at that shop. Instead, I sought the services of another individual recommended by a friend. This person specializes in battery repairs and maintenance. Subsequently, the battery repairman sent me a picture of the battery and informed me that it contained second-hand cells. It had been previously used and then repackaged with a new battery case. This discovery left me extremely disappointed with the Chinese bike shop, as it appeared that they had deceived me. Furthermore, using a battery with questionable origins and quality poses serious safety concerns, including the risk of explosion. Consequently, I have decided never to patronize that shop again. Their prices are exorbitant, especially considering the fact that the shop owner sources cheap products from China and sells them at inflated prices. Such a business is not worthy of my trust and does not provide good value for money.

I purchased a brand new R-Team 48v 20ah battery from this store for 290 pounds. It was sold to me by the shopkeeper, a Chinese man, but unfortunately, it only functioned properly for 4 months. When I returned to the shop seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue, he informed me that their coverage only lasted for 3 months, and if I wanted to get the battery fixed, I would have to pay a repair fee. However, upon checking R-Team's online eBay shop, I discovered they offer a 12-month warranty for the same brand of batteries. I'm puzzled as to why the shopkeeper insisted that their coverage only lasts for 3 months. When I tried to discuss this discrepancy further, he acted quite rudely and hastily moved on to the next customer, brushing off my concerns.

Recently i bought some batteries and motor controller kit from stratford bikes.honestly,the quality of the product is very poor.All those batteries are not working properly and the controller doesnt even last for two weeks.i had paid back all the money which i got from my customer and got some negative reviews from my customers and friends.The price is much cheaper but if you go for quality,dont go for it.

Jason is respected and well known for his skills when it comes to any kind of bicycles . He always has had the best solutions for your bike for an affordable price. I came to him after a stranger recommended him to me. Best mechanic ever. I come all the way from Bushey if I have any issues regarding the motor or getting my wheel aligned. he's very skillful.

Took my electric bike in for a 60 quid service, had to take my bike to another shop as my front brake lever is not returning informed that when bleeding the hydralic brakes he has destroyed the rubver washer and it has got into the brake system and cant be removed and will need a new set of brake levers do your self a favour and steer clear

Add my electric bike serviced a couple weeks ago really happy with that so I bought my my second bike in full service it runs like a dream for reasonable money to have it done now I do recommend this bike shop and the staff is really good unprofessional and happy what makes you welcome

Amazing service! Everyone is super helpful and efficient. I broke a derailleur hanger( a small piece) and they didn't have it in store, but they ordered straightway and fixed my bike in less than 5 days. I totally recommend this place for any problem that you might have with your bike.

Front tyre was being stubborn, brought it to the shop and said it needed a tube change. Got it done in 5 minutes. They noticed my chain needed some oil and they did that as well. Everything was only for £10!!! They really know what they’re doing, very honest as well.

Have to say very busy there , took my electric scooter to get a puncher fixed , very fast turn around , only problem was they put the tyre back on the wrong way , so i had to take it back and get it put back on the right way , would use again and would recommend

The guy here must be some sort of Jedi…fixed my bike issue (which another bike shop had been useless with) overnight and for a price I thought must have been a mistake - it wasn’t, it was just very reasonable. Great place, will definitely be back. 10/10

Went there to get my wheel which had come off my bag and even though they do bikes they helped me out in under 10 minutes. Loved that they used what they had even though they did not have the part. I now have a functional trolley bag
