It was our first time at Vida E, and we were blown away! The staff was extremely friendly, our order was processed quickly, and the drinks were absolutely delicious. The excellent vegan alternatives, variety of plant milks (with soy milk available as a free alternative), commitment to sustainability, including the use of paper cups and lids, and discount for customers who bring their own reusable coffee mugs, were what most impressed us the most. We will definitely be back again.

Located in the Watercrest Mall, this is really good spot for having breakfast with friends and catching up on some reading and writing, doing some work on your laptop while you enjoy your coffee and quick bite in a serene environment. The coffee here tastes great and I always enjoy it with the cocoa mini slab that comes with it. I have been to this establishment several times and I have always had a good experience in other branches of Vida E Caffè and this is no different. Would definitely recommend it.

Got a chorizo and cheese toasted sandwich… turns out it’s actually a cheese and tomato sandwich that costs R60 and gets burnt on the outside and is still lukewarm in the middle. Not one piece of chorizo and not even the slightest taste of it being there. Coffee was okay at best.

Very friendly staff and great coffee. Go there every Saturday with my 90 yr old Mom for coffee and pasti di nata. 90 % of the time they heat them up too hot and have burnt my mouth several times. Now we have them cold. Took my husband yesterday and his spicy chicken mayo toasted sandwich hardly had filling. Best coffee

Vida Watercrest mall has definitely the friendliest staff with the most awesome service and memory. I would definitely recommend them to anyone whether it's for a meet and greet or to catch up on business work with a laptop. They supply plugpoints and wi-fi too. They serve light lunches and take always.

Today the staff were awful, one man greeted me then turned to the other ladies behind the counter and spoke to them loudly in Zulu after which they all burst into very loud laughter. A very rude and unpleasant experience , I won't go back.

Staff are always full if smiles and obliging. Plant based options are great

every where i read online and including the storefront windowit says it opens at 7 how ever the staff only open shop closer to 8 and laugh at waiting customers who ask about this.

My go to spot for my Coffee and Hot Chocolate fix, definitely the Friendly's staff around, after a few visits they know you and your last order ,thumbs up from me …

Never open at 7:00... I get here early to get myormong coffee before work, it's now 7:40 and they are still closed. Very dissapointed as I do enjoy there coffee.

Good service and food, had a cheese toast and cinnamon n apple muffin. with sea salt caramel latte- absolutely good. Just need to clean their floors regularly...
