Terrible service, the first time someone crashed my car they did not solve the problem, recently someone crashed my car outside my house for which they gave it as a total loss and they just made fools, I had to put a lot of pressure on them

I have never been so disrespected in my life by a insurance company. I was hung up on by Jackie and then called back and was disrespected by some guy. I work for a dealer and was calling on behalf of there customer. Im very disappointed
