I am of Greek descent and have been trying to find that one place that reminds me of glorious Greece. Welcome to my discovery. The desserts have that taste and over all appeal of being back in Athens and selecting those tasty treats for a Sunday Gathering. My job is in sales and I am constantly grabbing deserts for clients and thus far it has been a home run on every occasion. The parking was abundant, The interior big and bright , displays had plenty of variety and the the treats are absolutely perfect. The staff made it a point to assist and guide my during my selection with patience and knowledge of their products. True there might be other places with the same desserts that every big box store shares but when the back door opened and the pastry chefs are covered in flour to me that is all I wanted to see knowing every bite of every dessert has someone that cares standing behind those doors. Thank you

This place is absolutely amazing, the food and desserts are always fresh. I am here almost every other day it has become a welcoming addiction. I have ordered cakes to be made from scratch and it has been perfect every time, I have tried their pastichio today and its more delicious then I could ever describe it to be. Besides the superior quality and freshness of their products, all the staff at IOS are very friendly and always smiling, i look forward to going to see them. George especially really takes care of all his customers top to bottom and always goes the extra mile. If you need a place for Greek honey, oils, spices, chocolate, unique desserts, common groceries, coffee and other treats look no further this is the place to go. Also they have so many diabetic friendly chocolates and treats for people like my father and the sugar is not replaced with chemicals its done with the Stevia plant!

Stopped in here today for the first time and didn't know what to expect. So many delicious looking desserts and cakes! Also, half the store is a bakery, and half the store is like a greek grocery store. I will be finding some greek recipes and coming in for the ingredients. The owner was very kind and answered all my questions. I tried some desserts and a pudding like one, and also the spinach savoury thing at the front (I forget the name!) but it was all delicious and flavourful. So even if you're just passing through this plaza and need a quick bite for lunch, there is something there for you! (Dear Handsome Owner - If you want to sell me a greek recipe book, I will buy that, and the recipe ingredients from you!)

My friend picked up several desserts here on March 28th 2023. She said the store was beautiful and the woman who greeted her was very kind. The other staff were friendly and smiled. She felt welcome and is also of Greek heritage so it was great to try some very high quality Greek desserts and have a nice experience. I cannot wait to visit iOs Agora myself! What we tried: baklava, baklava cheesecake, custard filled phyllo, and some spiralled type of baklava (sorry, the proper names escape me). Honestly, all were delicious, and the Baklava was the best I have ever had. Amazing sweetness, fresh, and tastes so authentic.. Thank you for the great desserts and we will be supporting your store for many years to come.

Such a beautiful bakery and deli. If you love Greek cuisine this is a must try. They have everything you can imagine. I tried a baked good. Sorry I don’t remember the name of it but it was so delicious. Still warm, buttery phyllo pastry with ham, and cheese, a little tomato sauce in it. It was amazing. Great customer service as well. They have so many deserts and cakes. It’s hard to choose just one. I also got a cute little handmade bracelet for my daughter. They have more than just food. I will definitely be back. The polite young man who served me said they also have a restaurant. Definitely going to try it.

I recently ordered a birthday cake and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cake was not only visually stunning, but it tasted absolutely delicious! The design was exactly what I had in mind, and it was a hit at the birthday party. Maria was so accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. We have been waiting for months for this place to open, and when it finally did, we were not disappointed! This Greek bakery's offerings are from authentic, traditional recipes. They use the highest quality ingredients, and they are just delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to interact with. My new favorite go-to Greek bakery in Ancaster!

The pastries are good but the girl in the bakery acted very cold towards us. We ordered gluten free cookies because some of our family cannot eat gluten, but when we got home we discovered she packaged the different cookies (that were not gluten free). Overall it wasn't a great experience, which is a shame because their pastries are quite nice /:

Had the pleasure of trying a wonderful selection of pastries and desserts from here this week. Each and every cookie and biscuit was so fresh and delicious. If you're looking for authentic and high quality Greek pastries, you won't be disappointed! The business is run by the most kind and welcoming family as well, you'll love it.

We purchased the frozen cream desserts, a new introduction, and I must say I am in heavenly!! It is like the bakery in our suburb of Athens...you buy frozen ice-cream desserts by the kilo. And awesome!! Ios delivers! Their desserts, their products to make authentic homemade Greek food as I have been taught.

They have a huge selection of desserts and Greek food products! We tried a few and they were fresh and delicious. We also ordered a birthday cake, which they made in house. It was a big hit at the party! It wasn't too sweet or artificial tasting. We will definitely be back to try other desserts!

Finally a great Greek Bakery with fresh homemade deserts! We went here after eating at the IOS Restaurant. We walked out with cookies, cakes, coffee, and a cartful of items that they flew in from Greece! FRESH! FLAVOUR! The staff were so friendly and excited to help you! We will be back soon!

It’s dangerous how this is placed right beside Sephora Their baklava is amazing. 1/2 kg is $15 and 1kg is $30! I also had one of their cakes, it was the strawberry short cake. Delicious, the cake wasn’t dry and it was the perfect amount of sweet! They also sell pastitsio just sayinnnggg

Ordered a Ferrero Rochers cake for a birthday. It was SO delicious. It was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. Tasted like eating a Ferrero Rocher cloud and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to get another cake from them!

Came here because I had heard so much about it and it absolutely did not disappoint. The staff were so nice and the assortment of desserts was mind-blowing! I tried several items and they were all so good, but my favorite was the baklava swirl treat with caramel in the middle.

Visited today for the first time, and we were impressed by the vatiety of cookies, pastries, desserts and cakes they offer. We bought several sweets, and they were all delicious. Staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. Highly recommended for parties and events.

I recently ordered pitas and cookies for a funeral reception. Everyone was very nice and accommodating even though I made changes a few times. Everything was delivered promptly and exactly as discussed. It was perfect! I will definitely order from them again.

Wow! Just wow! Ios is an island in Greece, just so you know or incase you were wondering! These guys are an experience! 'Close your eyes' and go to these guys for a 'Sweet' experience! Don't think twice! Keep it up guys!

Great presentation for the Ferrero Rocher cake but the icing tastes like plastic. Birthday flop! 4of 6 people thought this. Cake part is really good. We just scraped all the top icing off.

Okay pastries. First Greek bakery I've ever been to so I'm not sure what to compare it to but nothing was really special.
