ایک زمانہ تھا جب لوگ حیران ہوتے تھے کہ دار الصحت متوسط طبقے کو معمولی خرچے میں بہترین سہولیات اچھے رویے کے ساتھ کیسے مہیا کرتا ہے۔ پھر اس ہسپتال کو نظر لگ گئی اور یکے بعد دیگرے ڈاکٹروں اور اسٹاف کی احمقانہ حرکتیں سامنے آتی گئیں۔ اگر یہ سنی سنائی باتیں ہوتیں تو میں کبھی گوگل میں پوسٹ نہ کرتا مگر اس کا اچھا دور بھی میں نے اپنی آنکھوں سے دیکھا ہے اور برا دور بھی۔ بہر حال اس میں اب بھی کچھ بہت قابل ڈاکٹرز ہیں جیسے ڈاکٹر شاہد (pead) اور ڈاکٹر فوزیہ (gynaecology)۔ صفائی ستھرائی کا انتظام کافی اچھا ہے۔ نچلے طبقے کا رویہ بھی تمیز کا ہے۔ رش کم ہوتا ہے اور سینٹرل اے سی سے بہت سکون محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ لیب بھی اچھی ہے جہاں کا عملہ بھی قابل ہے اور رش بھی نہیں ملتا البتہ ریٹ بہت زیادہ ہیں۔ مثلا ایک الٹراساؤنڈ جو ڈاؤ میں 900 کا ہے وہ یہاں 1150 کا ہے۔ بڑے ٹیسٹ اور زیادہ مہنگے ہیں۔ ایک فائدہ یہ ضرور ہے کہ ہر وقت بلڈ ٹیسٹ کی سہولت موجود ہے۔ ہاں الٹراساؤنڈ رمضان میں مغرب تک ہوتا ہے۔

During Eid days I took my kid to hospital in emergency. Seemed they don't have qualified staff. Even in government hospitals we find better and well behaved staff. Pharmacy staff is pathetic, there was a lady with covered face /veiled , responded rudely when inquired about medicine dose. Extremely bad staff. They have unskilled junior doctors in there, and their job is to keep the patient's money meter running. Even if your patient doesn't need drip/IV, they push you for this by giving a list of IV medicine. I am not even sure that the *people* who are examining patients are even MBBS. Not recommended at all. Even if in emergency. If you can afford, better go to AKU or Liaqat.

The Gynae and Ob OPD fee was 800 brfore July and it has all of sudden increased to 1200 God knows why! So I have changed my review as things have improved since my first visit. The doctor has been extremely cooperative and listens and examines properly. May be it was the first visit that was not very good, may be it was a bad day at work. But during all the visits after the first, I was satisfied the rhe treatment and advice given by the doctor.

My experience was very disappointing. During my visit, the doctor left multiple times for prayers, making us wait while my son was unwell and coughing badly. When I asked about my son's condition, he rudely responded with, 'Are you a doctor?' and used language idioms instead of explaining. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, neglecting urgent medical attention. It was a terrible experience, a waste of both time and money.

Darul Sehat build a new trauma & emergency area and they increase opd charges the old charges is 550 and now 750 and service charges 300. Every one there, are just ready to just loot you through different ways. If you are in extreme emergency, then visit this hospital only, otherwise go to some other hospital. There are also other good hospitals there which should be visited if needed, not this.

Worst hospital for emergency treatment only 1.2 doctors treating emergency patients u have to keep calling them and Finding them they will not come to patients for checking etc even for several y old patients fees are extremely high as compare to the services hospital provided. Unlike many other hospitals they will provide good services at an average cost . The hospital is well built with competitive staff matched with well educated surgeons. The dental department require some work and need to hire people with good behaviours specially the female staff at information counters are blunt and never care for patients troubles .

The Dentistry department of Darul Sehat is cheap as compare to private dentists. You can save upto 50% on special packages (on announced days only). In the prevailing situation of Covid-19, doctors and other staff played an important role maintaining social distances within the hospital premises.

Darul Sehat Hospital and a Medical college in Gulistan e Jauhar , Block - 15 , Karachi is serving the people for quite some time . Their medical facilities are normal but charges are higher. They need to give proper training to all the Medical and non Medical staff .
