This is the worst hospital! My grandma went to the hospital perfectly fine but ended up being admitted. After going to the hospital everything took a turn. She couldn't breath well and was in a really bad condition. she's currently fainted and hasn't woke up since 8 am and has been switched to ICU. Dr Imtiaz Khalid a female doctor is the worst doctor i could ever hear of. The hospital is so uncooperative. I've heard complains about other patients that were assigned to Dr Imtiaz Khalid. Dr Imtiaz Khalid's patients who came in fine were somehow sent to the ICU and some even lost life's. Playing around with peoples life is not funny alright? This is not something you can get away with! Also something really disappointing happened this morning. A nurse came in this morning to give insulin to my grandma and gave her a high dose and tried to get away with it until my aunt caught her and took her to the counter. The people on the counter didn't seem to care at all and said that we don't have to pay the charges for today. We all have loved ones we don't wanna lose. Dr Imtiaz Khalid is a very rude doctor. She was trying to get us to make a wrong decision for my grandma by getting her dialysis. She passed on urine and everything. We went in for her back pain but didn't hear ANYTHING on it. Thank goodness we changed the doctor. Even our current doctor was shocked on what Dr Imtiaz told us to. This hospital is the worst. The staff, doctors and nurses are really uncooperative. I hope you guys take actions on the nurses and doctors doing wrong. They will not get away with this. Shaming them infront of the world is the only thing left because they deserve it.

Landed from Islamabad yesterday to see brother here. Bad experience. No hygiene. Room with all outer sounds inside. Lower staff is rude. I told the breakfast delivery man that noice of your trolley is giving headache to patients.. ( I actually go out to see what kind of whilsting was that..) he replied achy baat hai.. So strange reply. Breakfast for patient who was told to take soft diet.. Only black tea.. I said could you give me milk powder so I'd drink thr tea, cos patient won't take this.. He said.. Asa rhori hota hai. This is one of karachi best hospitals.. All energy they used to decorate corridors for 14 August.. And enjoying all night, making disturbance for patients. At least they should install sound proof doors/windows. Poor Pakistanis can only dream for professional organizations. Sadly. Had to request them to change sheet many times. They start disturbing patient from 6am, no matter if patient had just slept, they said its duty. My brother was highly disturbed cos of their too early rounds.. And all kind of sounds inside the room.

A very good hospital for the residents of Karachi particularly for Nazimabad, F.B area, Liaquatabad, and Gulshan e iqbal area people. It has a number of excellent doctors in all specialities. It’s emergency is also very reasonable having qualified and kind doctors, not very advanced but decently equipped. It has a small but goo pharmacy. It inpatients and out patients both wings are reasonably good from infrastructure point of view. Overall staff is very well behaved. Radiology department infrastructure is lacking to meet the requirement. Cleaning staff needs to be trained better on maintaining hygiene. Maintenance department needs to be improved significantly. It’s VIP rooms are too old and need investment to enhance the quality of room, bathrooms, furniture & fixtures and electric appliances. lots of paper work that need to be replaced through automation.

Overall good service of the hospital, and the staff is very much co-operative. However, fees of doctors are a bit on higher side. Accordingly, lower and poor people can't afford the fee of doctors and tests here. It is suitable for middle class. In general, one can get good treatment here, as you will find much less crowed here as compared to other hospital i.e. Liaqat etc. Morover, it is located in north nazim abad and it is best for the locals and nearest people, although you will find other small private hospital in nearby. However, their standard is not upto Dr. Zia Ud Din Hospital. Other, you may find good shopping store in the vicinity if you need.

Not good at all and very expensive specially with level of service. Emergency services are responsive and quick. In this part of the world live healthy otherwise brace the fallouts. Wards are nightmare with open corridors, hardly any airconditioning, stinking smell. Extremely slow and irresponsive staff and they will keep telling we have requested this and that to so and so department; a friend had to endure 10hrs just for blood and they kept lingering, doctors no where to be seen and you may find occasional trainee roaming with nil administrative knowledge. Will never ever recommend to anyone.

It is placed at the centre of both nazimbad and Federal B area. It is multi-story building with blue glasses covering wide area both vertically and horizontally. infront of this, there is a place called imambargah sajadia, where people can avail facility to offer prayer without any racism. The opposite to this there is also Saifee Hospital which can be used in substitute of this hospital for availing different types of al facility based on their financial needs. The traffic flow is slow and ambulance can easily find the place to reach at this hospital.

I have no words to descrice this Worst experience. When you enter in the emergency, (even without patient's examination), the first question that comes to you is "APKA PANEL Hay YA PRIVATE patient hay"... Private? Oh then please go to the billing counter.... What?? That's true... Pethetic... The medication or lab expenses for a day in icu was 49,000 Lab charges 23k misc. Expenses 24k Yes they did this in just 19 hours. Finally after this full night struggle they succeed to Diagnose - its pneumonia... I still thank to the whole F..... Team and staff...

The hospital is clean and good. The management seem to be taking good care of the hospital itself. They have oncology building on one side of the road with an old building while general care including specialist care in the other side in the mail building. The treatment is so what extensive but the hospital has rumors that they over treat for milking out the extra cash from you. I can't comment on that as hadnt experienced this first hand but only hear it and can feel it while visiting patients in the hospital.

The hospital should adopt more human policies. They allow one attendant to come with the patient but doesn't give them a seat to sit so I had to stand for 4 hours straight because of this ridiculous policy. Also the senior doctors are very arrogant. They don't even look the attendant or the patient in the eyes. They just talk to the junior doctor and go away. They act as if the attendant and patient are invisible such arrogance for such a noble profession. Its ridiculous!

This is a place where all facilities regarding health care are available, however in most of time I didn't found punctuality of doctors in opd and wasting time for hours which is irritating to a patient. In admitted cases even in private A.c rooms one pays 18 to 25 thousands in a day, nursing care is not good they are low paid and not fully trained as I experienced during 3days admission in hospitality private AC room even attendant with me was not facilitated properly.

One of the worst hospital ever....they killed my uncle....The doctors and staff of the emergency ward were the cruelest human kind on this earth .....they even didn't diagnosis the problem and my uncle was in pain and he died after three hours waiting for treatment.....The doctor will go to hell and Allah will punish them soon in this world ....I am cursing this hospital may it be destroyed and the doctors will get severe punishment in this world ....very bad hospital

Physiotherapy staff is very rude and uncooperative. They lack training and basic manners. Had the worst experience. After waiting for half an hour they sent an incompetent therapist who was not interested in her work. I asked for the incharge, they said she is offering prayers and didn't came even though I waited 90minutes, the other physiotherapist came who was angry for no reason. Please teach your staff basic etiquettes at least.

this hospital has been renovated but definitely needs more improvement in terms of staff and patient management. during my stay when i had gallbladder removal surgery, overall experience was fine to good. But with my grandmother admission and treatment, overall experience was just ok. moreover, i could be exorbitantly pricey for ICU stays and invasive procedures.

Completely unhygienic lower staff very rude. This hospital runs on companies pannell so they treat private patients also in same manner. They do unnecessary test without the intimation and all the tests they do are 3 times costlier then other hospital and laboratories. Dr. Ziauddin Hospital is located at the Main Roundabout adjacent to Block - B North Nazimabad , Wahid Colony , Karachi. It is a famous Hospital and serving in this area for the last many decades . Gradually they have improved their medical services but their charges are also much higher now , even not bearable for a middle class person.

This is still rated as one of the best hospitals in Karachi. I may have a bias as this was my med school...But since the 90's I've seen great doctors here and a very polite staff. This hospital has multiple branches North Nazimabad being one of the oldest. Good medical policies and very competent doctors to back it up. Thumbs up!.

Had a good experience at hospital. Took my mother in law in late hours in Emergency almost after 2 am Dr. Khalid and Dr. Subhan took great care of her. Spent almost 4 hours in ER. The staff in XRAY and ULTRASOUND department are also very cooperative. PHARMACY is also very good. Overall it was a really good experience.

The management was a bit off, the doctor came 45 minutes late. The hospital is confusing because the OPD department is across the road from the emergency and laboratory department and unless you've been there before you wouldn't know that. Finding parking would be difficult in rush hour.
