Pathetic Service in HDU department. Doctors, RMOs, Especially Nursing staff at HDU which are seniors according to them their attitude was like they are head of the departments. RMOs not doing their duties properly on time. They posted the tablets after my request and provide the medicine in the evening which was supposed to be provided in the morning time. Never admit your patients to the Ziauddin Hospital. Rates are high even though after paying too much money we have to face multiple challenges and theirs attitudes even Nursing staff. InshaAllah you all guys will be destroyed and Hospital too. Never ever go to the Ziauddin Hospital. Also, i would like to highlight this to ZU management.

I had a C- section here… in my 2 days admission, i observed how beautifully they are doing Looot Maar as before my surgery i asked them many times to share the package they refused that they don’t have any specific package and the charges included for 3 days. As i was recovering so my doctor allow me to be discharged on the second day… but the hosp administration tried their best to make any lame reason that they could make me stay on the third day so they could charge 30k extra. Besides this their food for patients was good… doctors were cooperative. Cleanliness was fine. And they also gave the complementary cake for the new born.

It was a shame to see how little empathetic the security was. The bed right next to the one designated to us was leaking urine all over the floor, the patient had just recovered from ICU and it took them over an hour just to resolve the issue. At least let the immediate family visit the attendant, regardless of the visiting hours, letting my mother stay with the patient(my brother) does not seem safe when you're leading such service where you have to remind the staff a dozen times before they get their work done. Would definitely not recommend. I've seen government hospitals provide better services than this.

15th Ap2022, my mother went through hip bone surgery by Dr Imtiaz hashmi. Please do not get any kind of surgery from him he is a butcher. My mom is 70 years old and knowing age factor he should know by experience that implants have high chance if failure but he still went with a 3:30 hr surgery and after two weeks indicated that the implant has Cascade due to less bone density and now as of 11May22 they have advised another surgery hip replacement. Allah tum logoon ko pochay. Please save your parents from this torture. Until now total cost is close to 1million for both surgeries. Money making business.

Ziauddin Hospital in Clifton is fantastic, with beautiful architecture for its laboratories, OPD and other places. The building has an excellent infrastructure. I hope we have more hospitals like this in Pakistan, budgeted in a way so that they’re affordable by everyone. It's quite expensive and not an affordable option for normal middle-class people, but the staff seems to be very polite and helpful. They have velvet free parking, which is amazing; please don’t park outside as it's too crowded.

The hospital should adopt more human policies. They allow one attendant to come with the patient but doesn't give them a seat to sit so I had to stand for 4 hours straight because of this ridiculous policy. Also the senior doctors are very arrogant. They don't even look the attendant or the patient in the eyes. They just talk to the junior doctor and go away. They act as if the attendant and patient are invisible such arrogance for such a noble profession. Its ridiculous!

Hospitals are always a mixed plate to review, so much depends on how an individuals experience goes with their staff and doctors and how their admitted patients did . Well equipped, qualified doctors, not as expensive as aga khan. Lab and diagnostics are also reliable and timely. Anyone who lives in and around DHA or clifton is advised to benefit from this much required facility. It is important to know that you do not have to pay to show your medical reports on your 2nd or even 3rd visit, once you have paid for your first visit to the specialist though in some cases it is limited to showing the report within 3 days.

Ziauddin hospital in Clifton is good facility for most patients from far and wide. Standard and Executive floors cater to variety of in-house patients while a large number of specialists practice for outdoor patients. They have a good Emergency Room. They have nuclear medicine, Ultrasound, XRay, CT scan and MRI facilities. Parking is usually full but not a problem.

Poor housekeeping & hygiene standard, I am talking about their private ward. We found lot of cockroaches inside the room (private ward) inside the fridge (YES inside the fridge) below the sofas and on the table. It’s really shameful & disgusting. Even after repeated complaint no action taken. They are charging a hell of amount and what the hell is going on!!!!!

I got checked up from Doctor Imtiaz on 27 June but I m not satisfied but unfortunately I got dishurt from his response he mis treated me he don't even give me proper guide related my operation. I waste my 4000 on him he don't even give me proper suggestions and just said go to Jinnah. He don't have soft corner for needy people very bad experience.

Ziauddin hospital is still in 1850 I tried calling them many times they keep me on hold and keep transferring the lines. The reception people have zero knowledge they dont even know the names of the doctors and whom to consult they keep on asking everything from people around them. They cant even answer simple basic question. Hopeless service !

Management isn't good. They performed biopsy and in the comment it said that biopsy specimen was compromised. To be honest 1 star is too good for you guys you deserve lower than that. Though this is my personal experience I wouldn't want any one to go through what i went through and may Allah protect you all but I wont recommend this hospital.

Emergency ma aye patient ki koi assessment nahi hoti until aap form fill kro fee pay karo phir batate hai k OPD ka case hai. Or phir next to next counter per dor lagwai jati hai. Having very bad experience with such a big name in hospital industry. Priority setting in emergency needs to be reviewed and reorganize just like other big hospitals.

Staff was so good. Especially Dr. Rubina; The best gynecologist; provided me the best guide. And in Pediatricians; Dr Shams is the best; very thankful to him; for providing my son with the best treatment. Environment was so neat and clean. However, the canteen is not upto the mark (Not meeting the standards of Hospital). Thanks to both Dr's.

A place for people who have extra money or an excellent insurance coverage. Doctors seems to be good business and sales representatives rather they giving you a simple solution will ensure to rip off your pocket with unnecessary pressure to get hospitalised and wait for the dhoke while checking out counter with heavily extra service charges.

Experience was very bad. Pathetic services they just want to rip you off. Their doc will give you expensive tests by and will charge you in full again just to check the reports, even on the same day. Their emergency ward’s condition is very bad as well and their staff is rude and uncooperative.

It's good place for the Clifton and surrounding due to I availability of any other good hospital. Overall most of the Dr's are available in this hospital who are famous in their fields. Also environment is good as normal in private hospital but it's expensive than others.

Waiting time in OPD is around half hour. Can't take appointment in advance. Its always like first come first serve. Consultation of doctors is so far good.
