If you are pregnant and wanna deliver normal then avoid this hospital and especially Dr.anis because she is one of those who believes that she is a goddess not just a gynaecologist and thinks that all of her patients are brainless. I clearly told her that I would like to deliver vaginally especially that I had a previous c section so I didn't wanna go through another one which means I have to deliver continously through c sections. I aslo told her that I have been to 3 different gynaecologists who clearly told me they would do a c section and that I was looking for a hospital where they would let me go through labour and let me take my chance so she lied to me and said yes of course and gave me her word that she would give me a time frame of 6 hours, during that if labour progress then she would let me go on with normal delivery but if doesn't then she would do a c section. So I agreed and went along with her until the day I had my labour and that's when I rushed to the hospital after 2 hours of contractions. My husband called her to tell that we were heading to the hospital and that I was in labour but her reply was "go to national hospital" because she assumed that I would need a c section and probably she wanted to pump more money into her pocket since they charge almost 3.5 lacs for c section at national hospital. I admit We should have known at that moment that she has already planned to operate on me and not to let me go on with my labour. We refused to go to national and ended up in aadil's hospital. I was already 6 cms dilated and after an hour It got to 9 cms and then 15 mins later she said she can't wait anymore and that baby should have been out by that time. When I said it's been an hour and half only since I came and you told me you would wait 6 hours then she said fine up to you and asked to sign on a paper that says she isn't responsible for any fetal distress!! Oh and she didn't wanna leave the CTG device be on through out the labour ( my guess is she wanted me to get worried about the baby situation and not know how was fetal heartbeat going on). They would only turn the device on for 3 mins every half an hour. I was the only lady in labour at that moment so I didn't get why wouldn't they let the CTG be on throughout. It's the protocol in other hospitals but not in here. Of course after pressuring us this way we ended up signing in for c section which wasn't required at all. And when I saw the way she stitched me back, i was even more devastated. My previous scar was straight and almost invisible but she left a horrible curvy scar on my tummy. When I commented on that, her reply was "it can't be straight and it doesn't matter unless you wanna wear a bikini on the beach!!".one more thing, when I confronted her about the fact that she rushed me into an unnecessary major surgery and even sent her a medical link to support my side of the story after she has asked me to show her where does it say that labour can take hours (not just 5 mins as she claimed) after being dilated, she couldn't debate with me and blocked me. She is a butcher not a doctor.

Discharge honay ka waqt hua chahta hai... Ab branula per 3 tapes lagi hui han, ek cotton k ball aur bandage ki zarurat hai bus, shyd 20-30 second ka bhi kaam na ho... Ap phr dhunden gay sister ko.... Drip ka stand bhi purani patient k khoon ya thook se ganda hoga, bed disinfect nahi hota har patient k baad... Pata nahi kahan bethay huaye malikaaan kurriyavay, o salooo behroo annoo gungooo doctor madar pidr azaad han kia yahan? Understaffed har lihaaz se....

I received a consultation from ***Dr. Usman*** after my ultrasound which indicates that my Gallbladder is full and near to explosion. But instead of recommending me the surgery ritaway. He prescribed me medications for 2 weeks despite my condition was miserable. These 2 week were daunting for me with regular on and off trips to clinics for antibiotic drips. Upon visiting him again. He made me intensely worrisome and recommended me to be admitted rite away and also make us uncomfortable that Gallbladder may explode at any time now so needs immediate operation surgery. The procedure which was supposed to be done 2 weeks before is now to be done due to carelessness of doctor. I simply flee from this doctor and consulted to another doctor who was astounded to know who would advise such delay when the condition is deadly. I wont recommed him for any type of consultation. 2 weeks with constant pain with frequent visits for drips was very unpleasant for us.

Worst experience of their emergency. Visited twice for emergency treatment. One visit was two months ago with my son who had a glass cut and bleeding. Seemed like it required stitches. Came to Adil Hospital emergency. There were 3-4 lady doctors . All of them were chatting on their phones , no one attended us . Waited for 10 minutes, told them the incident . They said Senior doctor will come in few minutes. He came after 20 minutes and started the round. He saw and gave instruction to the staff and left. I also left and went to National Hospital. Seemed like they have models and not doctors. Second visit was just yesterday . My wife had a glass cut. Went to the emergency in the afternoon There was one lady doctor and she was talking over phone. She straight said take her to National Hospital. What a treatment. Check your cameras if I am wrong. It's better to close your hospital. Never ever will visit . Nauman

Had my father admitted for COVID-19 in Jan-2021. The docs were generally good and cooperative and discussed my father's condition in detail. However, the nursing staff as well as the shift doctors are inexperienced and unprofessional. In ICU, during night shift, the doc and senior male nurse disappear somewhere, leaving the critical patients at the mercy of junior most nurse. The patient's attendant is mostly discouraged to go inside the ICU and the staff didn't care at all about the comfort of patients. Doc and nurses ate inside the COVID ICU openly with no regard to COVID SOPs. Eventually, my father died because of acute kidneys failure, as his urine output and renal functions were probably not monitored carefully. May be similar might be the stories in other Pakistani hospitals as well. Our daily overall expenses were above 1 lac per day.

Horrible experience i was in the ICU they almost inject wrong medicine in my veins thank God i was conscious the cheap staff was using phones even the duty doctor in the morning shift all of them are firouns! ICU is the most dangerous place in this hospital no body cares about you there people are screaming in pain and doctor(morning shift) doesn't even bother to leave her phone and check what's happening in the ICU Morning shift Guard misbehaved with me and my mother, everything is dirty there's no difference in the washrooms and the gutters on top of everything they are extremely expensive. ICU is no joke only serious patients go there but their corrupt staff doesn't fear anyone they are doing this freely and everyone is involved. I try to submit my complain but they send me to the same doctor who knows everything she is involved too..!

Worst hospital i've ever been to, To be honest you can't even call this place a hospital. And i'm writing this review after multiple experiences, the only reason I went to this place so many times is that it's the nearest to my home. 1) Highly unprofessional and untrained staff. 2)Emergency of this hospital is just like a mini clinic, please don't take your patients here if they are any where near to some serious condition. 3) The janitorial staff starts begging you the moment you enter or leave. 4) Doctors are very incompetent. If any of the official reading this, you can contact me because i don't know if you are aware of this, but your management is PATHETIC & you need to help yourself if you want to turn this place back to how it used to be.

One of my family member's operation was done here by a doctor and we had to stay here for a night. ENT doctor and physician is really friendly and cooperative, She did all the stuff very elegentaly. One thing that i didn't like is thr absence of AC in ICU, the temperature there was a bit warm. Rooms are a bit old furnished but clean and maintained. AC, LCD, Cupboards, fridge Prayer mats, attach washroom, 1 bed for attendent and 2 sofas, are provided in each room for stay. There is ample car parking space and the canteen has all necessary things. Specialists clinic has alot of chairs for the patients to sit and wait for their turn. Doctors are qualified they all behave nicely.

Today i went in the emergency sector because my father had a breath problem... so he wanted some oxygen.... the hospitality of the hospital was rude. ... like they were playing with lifes.... my father was begging to gove him the oxygen ... but the response was simple... we couldn't do it we have to do some... test..... we said alright do the test but first give him thr oxygen but. the response was still the same ..... This was said by DOCTOR...... i had sever fever and body aches yesterday and this hospital was the closest one for me to get medical treatment asap visited there ER and I’m happy and satisfied the way their staff and doctor treated me and dealt with my situation specially the Er Dr Azka she was highly skilled and professional treated me with the best possible medicines and was totally fine within an hour bravo to their staff as well who were so nice and professional so over all as compared to other hospitals which i visited in years i must say this hospital is now going to be my top priority..

This is the most atrocious hospital I have been to, they were giving medication which was not relevant to the patient and done this just so they could get extra money. A staff member called tehreem was extremely rude not allowing me and my family to see my grandmother unless she wanted us to. The staff in this hospital are diabolical with no manners or respect for the patient and visitors. At one point they even got caught bringing strangers into the HDU and giving the patient abuse. Would never recommend this hospital.

I did my dengue CBC at this hospital and the numbers were shown critically low. I was told if I did not admit in ICU anything could happen to me. But I was doing normal no fever or anything. I doubted their LAB and did the same test from Chugtai and it turned out my Platelets were 30K. I did the test right away after their lab report. Everyone felt rushy and tried to make us sigh the paperwork. But we refused everything and go away. They were charging 40K for just sitting in ICU wow plunderers.

Overall, I had a great experience at Aadil Hospital Lahore. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The wait times were minimal. The facilities at the hospital are excellent. The hospital is equipped with the latest medical technology and equipment, and the staff is highly trained and experienced. I would highly recommend this private hospital to anyone looking for quality medical care.

The worst hospital ever, kept my mother in ICU for the whole night and she was in server pain with stomachache filled with water and (Words of my mother) the staff there just closed the curtains around her and left her in pain and when we asked them about they said it will happen the next day when the doctors will come and to top it all of doctors/staff were sleeping in ICU. This is just pathetic playing with the lives of human beings.

Worst service only Mony matter for them. Very bad patients care. After surgery the patient was shifted to room instead ICU. The patient bed was broken even after multiple complains no one was listening. My patient was discharged at 2pm but not allowed to leave until the HR clearance and the HR office time was 5 pm but has not arrived at 7pm. Still waiting for HR. Highly recommended not to come here.

The staff is friendly. They have some really good doctors on their panel. I usually go their for my children's checkup. Their paediatrician is really good. But this is where the dream service ends. Rooms are not up to the mark. One can see cockroaches roaming rather taking leasurely walks. Leaky washrooms. Airconditiong not working properly etc I had them change my room and spray it a many times....
