Confusing to say the least, am trying to get a visa for a friend living in China, to visit me in Melbourne. And all i want is the application form to fill out... Well try and get to where u need to go... Maybe its me. Dunno

Very disappointed. The woman at the window needs some civilization trainings to work in such an important organization. Bad representation for the Australian spirit.
