Everything went well. Pods were delivered on time. My move was a long distance move with some storage time but not more than a month long in total. Be prepared for long wait times on the phone's. But they will call you back. Early morning is the best time to call. They are busy!

For the sake of your sanity DO NOT use this company. Communication is non existent and they have no sense of time, your request time is completely ignored, they show up when they want. This whole experience with this company to say the very least was so frustrating.
