I've been to the Annex location twice now and both experiences have been very pleasant. The facility is clean and Barb is quite helpful and happy to be. I needed to have a large item picked by UPS and we erroneously scheduled the pick up for the Charlotte Pike location. Barb sprang into action to help us. She not only called the other location to tell them to send the UPS driver to the Annex location, but she also found the driver's number (their regular guy) and called him too and he was 5 minutes away. She saved us so much time and hassle. That kind of service is rare these days and it makes all the difference.

I have rented a business suite here for one year now. This facility is very clean and I always feel safe. There are cameras everywhere. I appreciate having a staffed office on the property as some storage companies have only a kiosk without even a dedicated office. The property manager, Barbie, is always very professional and maintains this property exceptionally well. She regularly walks and monitors the property carrying a broom and dustpan to make sure it's always clean. Any repairs and improvements are always taken care of immediately. It's obvious that Barbie is very proud of this property.

I have never had a better experience renting a storage unit than I have at Extra Space storage. I have rented here 2 separate times, as well as recommended them to my family and friends because of the care they genuinely have for their customers. They go above and beyond to communicate and ensure that your belongings are safe. The facility is also always clean - like spotless. Barb in the office has been the most kind and helpful to me from day one. She went above and beyond and is always there to greet you with her warm smile! I truly just couldn’t say enough about her! 10/10 would recommend!

I went through an awful ordeal of moving. Just about everything that could go wrong, did. There are other circumstances in which the whole process was something I don't ever want to go through again. The one thing that went smoothly was extra storage being so above & beyond. They have really gone out of their way to accommodate me & my needs. I haven't even been there yet, and they made sure to put a lock on my storage area after the movers failed to do so. I can't enough positives about extra storage & staff. I gave this place a 5 star rating because this location has BY FAR the best property manager I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I got the pleasure of having Barb assist me, the absolute best! From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, she made my whole experience very warm and welcoming! I went to ‘Extra Space Storage’ to buy moving boxes, and I left feeling very cared for. Barb is amazing. She asked lots of clarifying questions to assess my packing needs and was able to steer me in the right direction for my needs. The facility/office is very bright, organized and clean. Barb assisted me in getting my supplies to the car, and after, she gifted me with ice, cold water, and a snack!
