Ha! Just received an invitation to write this review. If you need a climate controlled locker pass this place up. In the summer it's as hot inside as it is outside if not more so. If it's 20° outside in winter it's 10° in the facility. Last week the outside temp was in the 70's, inside you needed a jacket it was so cold. I have been asking for months for them to fix the lights in the hallway which also control the light in my locker to no avail. I even met the district manager accidentally. He looked me in the eyes, shook my hand, and promised they were going to get right on it. Result? Nothing. More lies. That really pissed me off! I've rented climate controlled units in 2 other facilities that actually were. Summer or winter I don't think the temp fluctuated out of the 70's. USS tells you the swing is 50° to 80° which is total BS. While this place is the cheapest rent around there's a reason, they don't make good on the "Climate Controlled" claim. So, where's the savings there? I just hope the materials I was trying to protect aren't damaged. Moving out in a few days, thank goodness! Hope you like your requested review US Storage. My money says you don't post it. EDIT: I never did follow up... the irony was the day I was there with the movers to empty the locker a representative of the facility showed up with a maintenance guy with florescent tube replacements so we would have light inside and outside the unit but they found out there was a short and the lights would not. She told me they would be getting it fixed as if it would mean something after moving out. Never once did they offer a break on rent for the lack of proper climate control and the fact I went without light in the hall and in the locker for 5 months. Totally inept. Caveat Emptor= Buyer Beware!

I have been renting units since this location was built, usually in an emergency situation. This time it was after a long 700 mile trip through what seemed like every type of precipitation known to man kind. I thought the 3 inches of snow I awoke to on Sunday was a really bad April fools joke. We were at the end of our rope. I'm 57 yrs old granny who drove 32 feet of Uhaul truck and trailer in high winds, snow, icy roads, hail storms, thunder, lighting and wth ever freezing fog is. So yeah I was a disaster . I can not express in words how Brett was there for us. Brett was so kind, understanding and compassionate. Not to mention his smile. Thank you, Brett for being a bright and uplifting light at a time when I needed it really bad. I have lost the piece of paper with the young ladies name, I think Sandy the property mgr, who I spoke with while driving in that mess. She made sure our reservation was good to go but most of all she talked to me like a friend when I needed one. I was so nervous dealing with my driving conditions but speaking with her was one of the few highlights of my trip. She has moved all over as her husband is serving our country. She knew what kind of stress I was dealing with. Thank you all, BC

After researching and calling around to several different storage locations near our home, this one was by far the most affordable price. We signed up through a young lady named Jessica and she was extremely helpful. She spent a lot of time with us showing us different units of different sizes to see what would suit our needs the best while staying with on our monthly budget. She gave us a 5% monthly discount because of my husband being Navy Veteran. The sign up process is quick and payments are easily manageable with the offered automatic deduction. She was quick to let us borrow a hand truck to load our storage items. The overall pricing and customer service experience was excellent. We could not ask for any better. We do love that is on a month to month basis so that we are not stuck in a contract but we do see ourselves sticking with this company for at least the next year, as it provides us with extra storage space that we currently do not have in our apartment

I was looking for affordable, accessible storage, and U.S. Storage definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the unit was clean and climate-controlled, the access hours were convenient and the startup and checkout processes were all quite simple and efficient. As for the pricing, even the full rental rate for my unit was only about 2/3 that of other storage centers I read about, and I received a temporary special which brought the monthly cost down to far less than that. I highly recommend U.S. Storage for anyone wanting quality storage and service. Edit: A few months later, I was back in the market for storage, and chose U.S. Storage again. They now have new staff, with the same great service as before. I still recommend U.S. Storage highly.

Inexpensive, Secure, Convenient, and most importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager, Jessica, was not only accommodating but genuinely considerate and kind. Even Karen, another lady that works in the office (who I thought was going to strangle me), was notably patient with me despite my hastiness. I can be impetuous and both these ladies were good sports. Customer Service is VERY important to me and with that excellence exhibited at this facility along with the convenience of needing, reserving, and occupying the unit all within 1.5 hours (if that) PLUS the sense of security upon my departure there is only one reason I cannot give five stars and that's the minor disadvantage of not having 24 hour access to my unit. Maybe this review will grant me such permissions!

Got an email today to review your facility. Hopefully I can finally got a response to my communications. When signing the rental and the first few months service was great. Since then I have been thoroughly dissatisfied. Twice I have asked emailed for the light at my unit to be fixed. Nothing. Told the office in person and still nothing. Also I had to get a new bank card. I tried to send in the paperwork but was told I had to update my online account, which I didn't have at the time. The gentlemen at the desk said, "Sorry, but that's the only way." It wasn't the only way when I signed up for the rental. Only reason I am giving two stars is due to the fact that the security gate setup is nice and helps reassure me that my belongings are safe.

Customer Service is a reflection on the company. Therefore when provided with intention false and deceitful information; I have a problem with that. Your customer service representative, stated the faculty goes to lunch between 1:00pm - 2:00pm. However, upon arriving at 11:35am; there is a sign on the door stating they will be out from 10:00am-2:00pm. This is a waste of time, money, and energy. Your customer service representative related information which was deceitful, intentional and a bad representation for U S Storage Centers. If you close down for hours during the day for lunch breaks; then post it online and allow your customers the courtesy of knowing your actual hours of operation. DO BETTER!

I had a storage locker at this property 1 & 1/2 years ago, and then moved out of state. When I moved back I opened another Storage locker here at US Storage, and having nothing but nice things to say about the staff and my experience. As I read a couple of the other reviews I saw some people complained, but not sure if they were there when it was owned by another company. Since my return, I have to say the Customer Care I'm receiving is actually better than I had before. The new Management & their team (Jessica & Karen) are doing a great job & I have recommended this Facility to several friends who also have locker here now. Thank you to everyone who makes my stay here enjoyable.

VERY BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN NASHVILLE OR ANYWHERE!! I honestly don't even know where to begin. US Storage Centers on Nolensville Pike near Haywood Ln is the best storage facility I have ever used & I have been renting storage units for nearly 15 years! The manager, Brent Schwarz, is the most professional, kindest, & friendliest storage manager anyone could ever meet! He truly is good people & genuinely cares about his customers! I have never experienced anything like that from a storage company & I will never again rent from anyone else! If you're looking for a storage center in Nashville, this is the one to go to! This was my first experience renting a storage unit, and both Jessica and Karen were great at facilitating the process! Jessica answered my questions before I came in and Karen gave me a tour of the available units when I requested a different one than the original they offered. Both of them were very patient and helpful. I haven't had any issues in accessing my space - I would use them again in the future. Bear in mind that most of the storage is behind a gate on a steep hill, which can be little nerve-wracking getting up it. However, I think the location is perfect off Nolensville (and the hill too - weather-wise and all).

This company charged me for a full month after using only 7 days of the billing month and would not even consider pro-rating the rest of the unused month. I had this particular unit with them for almost 2 years. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, I will be sure to cancel all of my company accounts with US Storage and move my business somewhere else. Thanks for making this decision an easy one! Word of advice....sometimes you need to give a little in order to reap the benefits of future business. I will be sure to discourage all business associates and individuals away from this business in the future.

Rented my first unit today! Everything went smooth and quickly as we needed to move in fast. Very nice lady at the front desk, coffee provided at the desk so that's always a plus with me! We now have everything moved in and I don't have any complaints yet! I will be returning after the next rain to make sure the unit stays dry. Until then, everything is going great and I'm happy with my unit. Prices here were cheaper than a local competitor at the corner of Nolensville Rd and Old Hickory Blvd!

I have used this location off and on for about 4 years now. The staff have handled each transaction with professionalism and kindness. I have used both indoor and outdoor units. The facility is top-notch and I do not worry about the safety of my items. I am very happy to continue using their services. Having worked in storage facilities in the distant past, I know the struggles of that particular line of "retail" work. I have no reservations in giving these people my highest recommendation.

I'm can't say enough great things about this experience! The level of service I received from Katie & Stephen was fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure I received a clean, adequately sized unit that met my needs at a very affordable price. I was truly blown away with their professionalism and honesty. The unit I received looked brand new and very well cared for, I was shocked! I'll be recommending this company to everyone I know, I was beyond satisfied with my experience!!

They will have you sign a contract, tell you that you have to abide by all the rules in the contract and then constantly change the rules without putting them in writing in a new contract. If you get confused and forget what the latest new rule is.....and can't go back and try and look it up in your contract, because they won't issue a new contract.....they will fine you. I had rather leave all belongings sitting on the side of the road then do business with this company again.

Karen was amazing!!! She helped me find the perfect unit for my needs and get the most out if the discounts offered. The facility looks safe and secure. I feel very comfortable and confident with my decision to use this storage facility. PS: Karen deserves a promotion! I was going to check out a different storage facility after checking out this one, but I felt so comfortable with this facility after speaking with her. I decided to move forward and feel excited!

Horrible experience! If you're out of state trying to rent from US Storage Centers, but plan to have movers move you in, DO NOT USE them for storage. A DL is required and they are too technically challenged to accept an email of your DL. They also will not refund your money when you try to cancel due to them not accepting DL's other than in person. Rude, impersonable and not understanding of real world needs. Must be a snobby Nashville thing.

Great customer service !! If you ever need a place to store your valuables. its the place to come to affordable and the best customer service you. Can't beat that. Last time i rented a storage was at the place down the street from them storplace on old hickory blvd they were rude and all kinds of other stuff. This place was extremely great with me. I was desperately looking for a good priced 5×5. was getting hopeless when i drove by and saw the number on US Storage on Nolensville. I called immediately and got to talk to Jessica and Karen who were the biggest help. The units are clean!! Great security!!! I cant say enough about these great ladies!!! They were the biggest help! was able to rent and get my unit in 20 minutes with good coffee and great chat!!

We've been customers there since 2014. We ran across a slight issue with our unit and Jessica, the manager, went above and beyond with customer service. She relocated us to a larger unit and provided movers to help us. The grounds are clean, I always feel safe there and I like the inside units that give me a little space protected from the weather to sort through our belongings. Great customer service!

Was looking for a reasonably priced short term storage unit, had called several, and picked this one because the price was right and lady i talked to was very nice but also straight forward. When i visited, felt the same, really like the two ladies in The office, and felt they genuinely wanted to give me the best customer service. Was very pleased all around, no complaints at all.

My experience couldn't have been better. The units are clean and secure. The price is lower than the other facilities I checked. The customer service is excellent. Not only did the managers make my move in very easy, they helped with a problem I had to take care of that day. This had nothing to do with my rental of the unit but they took the time to help me anyway.

Heather was very thorough and professional every step of the way. From the time I called to the time I signed the leasing agreement at the end. It was a very easy process and I felt knowledge and comfortable by the time I left. Easy to get around their entire facility, its clean and is in a visible location to get to. I'd recommend renting a storage unit here!

I've used their storage service for three summers in a row. Even when there are technical issues, or if it's a busy day, they have always been kind, and I've always had a great experience with their service! My only bit of advice is that if you reserve a unit and don't hear from them in a couple of days, give them a call to confirm your reservation.

I used this location when I first moved here and not only did they have the best price, but it was also for a climate-controlled unit. I loved being able to access it at any time, as I was working odd hours and sometimes needed to get something from it late at night. The staff was incredibly friendly and great to work with.

Not able for to access my unit on July 2nd. Please Access code is not working for unit alledgely . Called customer service 4 times and no one was able to help except one person who was able to verify the code . Extremely frustrating since I pay over 200 dollars for this unit and not able to access it when I need to.

I have dealt with other storage places that I was not very happy about how they run business not all give you much detail about the units. But Rolando was TOP NOTCH he helped me with any concern and was very informative! I highly recommend US Storage not just excellent customer service also has good prices!

I stored my belongings in US Storage Center back in May, and it was such a quick, easy process. I even had to switch units at the last minute, and they were able to easily accommodate me. It’s a very safe, secure storage center, and I highly recommend them!

Great experience here! Clean convenient unit at a good price. Staff are helpful, professional, and were nice to work with. Follow up a couple years later: Summer climate control in units is very good. Price went up but still good value. Store stuff here!

Stephen was very kind and helpful and found an even better option of a more cost affective space when we arrived at the property. We also enjoyed the complimentary golf cart ride up the mountain to our space! Spaces are well maintained and clean.

This is actually a friend's storage. Had to make a trip over, and realized how nice it was. This facility sits on a hill, so you don't have to worry about flooding. A random guy commented on how clean the drives between the buildings were.

Affordable rates. Huge spacious units. Been using U.S. storage for going on 3yrs now without ever having a problem. After 3 years of service, if you miss 1 month of payment you'll get your stuff auctioned off without a phone call...

2/24/2022. Prices goes up every 3-6 months I'm almost paying 2x the amount than the online full prices are what really going on. I have auto pay and just realized the cost. Don't come here I can't wait to leave.
