EDITING this review to say: other than our sub-par check-in experience, this storage unit was wonderful. We felt safe and the stuff stayed clean and dry. ****************** This place was great for check-in ... except it wasn't. They claim to be open 24/7 but when my son went there at 10pm to put his college stuff into his pre-paid storage space, he wasn't able to get in. The code they gave us didn't work. He called the "emergency" number but they did absolutely nothing - just said he needed to go back when someone was there. My son had two exams the following day and ended up moving his stuff FOREVER and ended up checking into his hotel at 4 a.m.! NOT being able to get in made the entire process horrific for us. But everything went fine the next day - they said the system was "glitching" - and I would have waited a couple of months to leave feedback except that I've gotten countless emails begging me to write a review. So. Here it is.

I moved to 100 Oaks recently and could not be happier with the change. The manager, Steve, is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and my unit is in good repair--the roll-up door is easy for my staff to operate. I moved from a nearby competitor where I had rented a space for about 5 years because it was in very poor repair. I highly recommend 100 Oaks Storage.

Finally! A great climate-controlled storage space that is Musician friendly! I searched all over, came across 100 Oaks Self Storage and they had me in my unit within an hour of the call. Excellent, easy process. All items were clearly stated, priced transparently and were more affordable overall than the 4 competitors in the Nashville market. Love this place!

We stored a lot of stuff here for about two years during a home construction project and were very pleased. The facility is well located and clean. The staff is available, polite, and responsive. I would recommend this facility.

This is a very clean facility, well organized and easy access. Super convenient location, too. Right off of 65, but easily accessible from any part of the greater Nashville area.

We've been here a couple of months now. The property is well maintained, the employees are all nice, the rates are reasonable.

They have temperature control amazing the only thing is it is $10 extra for 24 hour access other than that they are number one

Rented a truck online from here. Truck was not there when I went to pick it up. Had to drive 20 minutes to a second location.
