If I could give more stars, I would. I recently purchased a vehicle from First Canadian Auto, and I can’t thank them enough for everything. Mike sold me a beautiful Volkswagen Tiguan, that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, after I bought it, some issues arose. There was a warning light that kept coming on. Mike offered me warranty when I purchased the vehicle, so I told him about the issue and they did everything they could to fix it. It seemed to be an ongoing problem with the warning light, as it would go off and come back on randomly. They even drove all the way out to my house, which is 45 minutes away, to come and pick up the car when I was unable to take it to them. To say that they are the best is an understatement. I don’t know of any other dealership that would have done that. After weeks of being in and out of the shop, trying to solve the problem with no clear answer, they offered my full money back for the vehicle. They stick to their word, and I believe they’d do anything to make each customer happy. They were always warm and welcoming every time I walked in there. Lisa, the service manager, is simply the best. I always felt informed and taken care of because of her. Regardless of the other reviews, this should set the record straight for anyone thinking of buying from them. First Canadian auto is going to go the extra mile. They are 10/10 for customer service. Each and every one of them. Again, I can’t thank them enough for all their effort and hard work

We made an appointment to view a vehicle as we were told it was appointment only. Once we arrive they told us the vehicle they had on hold for us to look at had just been sold 15 minutes before we got there. They were very obviously lying and told us they thought the person they sold it to was us, they also said the person had no appointment and couldn't keep any of their lies straight. So either they lied about appointments or the car was never really there. The ad for it also has not been taken down. The sales mans face said it all "I am lying to you and don't like that you're easily able to call me out on it." And he proceeded to to try and lie more. They wasted our time and are obviously a shady business. Do not go there. Edit- it is the next day and the fake ad is still up, they are clearly not ashamed of scamming people and I will keep track of this and update here. (Both on their website and kijiji)

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from this place in December. Was told by the salesman it should pass a safety inspection as I am from Saskatchewan. Took the truck to a credited garage for the safety and was told it needed approximately 4000 to 5000 worth of repairs before it could be put on the road safely. Tried contacting 1st Canadian and was ignored at first and then told they were not able to fix most of what was wrong as they no longer do these types of things, which ARE listed on their website. Their customer service needs some refining as not once did they respond in a timely or friendly manner. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I'm still after 2 months trying to find money to spend on this 9000 dollar piece of junk I bought here. Thank you 1st Canadian, I definitely will not be back or recommending you to anyone!!

1st Canadian Auto sales is outstanding! I dropped 10 thousand on a beautiful Expedition. I talked and dealt with the entire staff at one point or another over a concern I had about the vehicle after purchase! I was quickly assured it would be taken care of and it was immediately rectified! These negative comments I see on this page are very hard to believe and are seriously suspicious in regards to fabrication of events or situations! These people are not here to tuck you into bed at night and coddle you, but it is clear and easy to see they are seriously devoted to pleasing all customers in every way possible. Certainly it is not fair to fabricate or lie about your dealings with this dealership or any other to satisfy some emotional maniacal satisfaction for personal emotional gain! 1st Canadian and staff are a top notch dealership.

I have purchased a vehicle from them very recent and was told I have an 6 month warranty on my engine and transmission. my check engine light turned on 5 times within 3 months. I took my vehicle back to the dealership and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong and erasing the code to turn the light off. Just recently I was driving down the highway and my engine caught on fire with my family in the vehicle. I towed the vehicle to the dealership and was told they would take a look at my vehicle. about 5 hours later I had to call them and I was told that the warranty doesn’t cover fire and they wouldn’t even bother looking at the vehicle. they are very rude and not professional at all I hope that this review makes others aware of what this dealership is truly like I would not recommend it to anyone at all.

I got a 2014 kia rio LX car in august 2019 and everything went well with the sale..now I sit here 6 months later with a car that cant be driven..one of the heated seats didnt work I found out in this brutal winter which is I think a minor fix and I just had my car towed back home, the engine makes a very loud knocking/clanking noise and shuts off when I press on the gas. I emailed them telling them what was wrong and they offered to have me come in to have it looked at but how in the hell am I suppose to get it there when it's not safe to drive and it wont make it there..I asked them how am I suppose to take it in there and that I've had to have it towed and they never emailed me back after that. I do not recommend them..they sell you lemon vehicles. Now I'm stuck paying for a car I cant even drive.

I barely write any reviews but this is by far the WORST dealership I have ever been to. The sales guy that was working when I went there was not very welcoming and I felt a little uncomfortable around him. He was really serious and YOU would have to ask him questions in order to get him to talk. He wouldn't really initiate to give out any information about the car we looked at and he just seemed like he wasn't very happy about what he was doing. All in all, really bad customer service and WOULD NOT recommend this place if you're looking for a dealership that will have a good customer service. But if you're just looking to see and buy a vehicle right away without getting a lot of information about what you're buying, this might be the right place for you.

1st Canadian is the only mechanic in the city I trust with my van. It is old and every time they have gotten it back up and running smoothly. They are normally quick about repairs and call you before doing anything that will cost you any extra money. Their mechanics are friendly and happy to talk about the issue with you and their receptionist is very nice to deal with. Calling to update you as there were things to update about. I never felt like I was in the dark with any repair I was having them do. If they aren't sure what exactly is causing an issue then they say as much. Honestly and integrity like that are what I look for in a mechanic. These guys will be repairing my cars as long as they are open and I'm living in this city.

The worst customer service ever! I would never step foot in that place ever in my life! I bought a pre-owned SUV, with in the first month there was over $5000 in repairs that needed to be done. They didn't want to do anything for me until I filled an AMVIC complaint. Then they gave me a work order claiming that they had fixed all the issues. Two months later I take the SUV in for a regular oil change at different shop just to find out they didn't fix half of what they me paper work for, and now they won't do anything for me. So here I sit $20,000 in debt and a pile of scrap metal I can't drive. So be very careful if you think about dealing with there crooks!

We were looking for a new vehicle and not sure what we wanted when we came across a vehicle at 1st Canadian Auto Sales & Service that we were interested in. From the first time we attended to making the final deal they were very accommodating. We were able to take the vehicle out for a test drive and when we had decided we were purchasing it, Mike and his team did everything to make the transaction go smoothly. The staff is very friendly and efficient and all was completed in a very short period of time. The car was very clean and we were provided with all documentation such as the Carfax and inspection report.

These folks sell broken cars! I bought a minivan which had passed the mechanical inspection, only to have it constantly stalling the next day. I took it back the following buisness day to return it as it was not safe for our family. I gave them a chance to fix the car. I was assured it was fixed but a few days later the issue came back. At this point I asked the manager to give me a full refund he refused but offered to fix if again, trade in, or a buy back option that cost $500. I took a $500 loss. This car should never have been for sale. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them. It's too risky.

Awesome I hate dealerships but stopped last second on the way to by another truck and pulled he more gave us the mos0t awesome deal now not gonna lie had a few tiny fixes lisa and moe took great care and time with me and my wife to fix them didn't charge us for anything highly recommended to go here and already looking at a second vehicle because of the way they treated us so well and the staff are friendly and don't try to be pushy that's what makes them the beat place on the Northside to deal with⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for us thanks to you and your staff

Bought a 2012 Acura MDX here and was very satisfied with the whole experience. Quick to respond in getting more information and setting up a test drive. Mike was great to deal with. He was straightforward and honest throughout. The vehicle inspection they provided was spot on (we double checked it with our own mechanic). The price negotiation was quick and easy, no annoying tactics or games. Very competitive prices and easy process with no pressure. I will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent customer service from Peter at the Dennys Clearance Centre and Linda with financing. Peter was very good at helping ne find the right vehicle for my needs . Linda was was great at getting me into a finance option for the vehicle I choose. Shes a wonderful listener and understanding of a customers situation. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

I had a really great experience financing my first vehicle here, but when i called recently to try trade it in the guy in sales that I spoke with was rather rude. I have no clue why.. I only asked questions because it would be my first time trading a vehicle in. I had a a good experience the first time and then straight attitude this time. Maybe I will shop around a little bit.. Don't make the mistake of buying the car here, I bought the car here and was provided with the perfect mechanical inspection, I did an oil change after 2 weeks I was found several errors which I then inspected by them did not find, please if have you had problems here report them to the AMVIC body so that they can withdraw their license because they do not deserve to be on the market

Basically I bought a car with over 200,000km on it for 4k and was told there was a few minor things wrong with it and it would only be about $400 in repairs here I am almost $4,000 later in repairs and still has issues with it. Sales people will tell you what you want to hear and their mechanics are straight up garbage shady place I wouldn't trust these fake reviews

My concerns were for purchasing a used vehicle from a small lot, but I was truely impressed . We had a small mechanical issue, but Sid took care of everything. Looked at a car and, after the test drive, politely declined to carry out the meeting any further as the car was not in the condition I expected. Omar the salesman made a remark "Sorry for wasting your time." Is this how all your salespeople speak to your customers? I will not be returning and not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know.

I bought a tourareg back in August. I dealt with Mike. I have nothing but good things to say about dealing with Mike and 1st Canadian. Although there was a delay in picking it up (as there was a small mechanical issue), they handled it, and Mike was great. I live near Camrose but I'll definitely be back there when I need my next vehicle.

Great experience dealing with these guys. I had a serious issue with my new truck and returned it 4 days later. They went above and beyond to make me happy with a replacement truck, as the parts to fix the first were backorderd indefinitely. Very happy with the overall experience and would certainly recommend them for a used vehicle.

they sell cars they don't own. You can check their facebook, most of cars was posted 4,5,6,7 months ago. Still on kijiji and their website. If you call them they will say "we sold it few hours ago/yesterday". My friends and I tried with few cars cause we wanted check it, always same. Be careful cause most of their offer is just scam.

Bought my first car here last October. I’ve had very few problems with the car but anytime I have I contacted them and brought my car in, fixed every time with no issues been a breeze dealing with them couldn’t be more happy. Also they are easy to talk to, helps a lot feeling like not a burden. Would recommend this place to anyone

Not happy with service. Bought a car from same place and found a problem within less than a week. Went there they couldn't fix the problem properly. Now they want me to pay for just to check the same issue and whatever fault comes up that extra cost as well. Made a mistake that i bought a car over there. Never deal again.

Fraud inspection like doing lines in school. 1 star for approving me, 1 star for selling car with bald tires in winter and on hill coming down I hit curb going slow af still didn't help, and last star for paying my tickets for $1,500.00. Cat was focus and I paid like 12gs ffs But bad credit = greedy sub lenders.

Booked an appointment, called again on my way, when I got there on time for my appointment they were selling the car to someone else. Read this happened to someone else to. All the positive reviews about this place must be friends and family because this place is a pot lot trying to sell nothing but junk that has been thrown together after a accident or rusting so bad body and frame that it wont pass an inspection. If your looking for a quality used vehicle look elsewhere

I bought my 2012 Ford Escape back in November 2018 I ended up paying $1300 Repairs into it. It was a nightmare waiting a month for a decision iMike had told me I was approved once I got there. Nothing happened I was told to come everysecond day I finally was put into my SUV inecember 4 weeks

Ask for Billy, nice guy with a no BS vibe. Great experience for a day trip to Edmonton to buy a used vehicle. Everyone was friendly and prompt, they let me do my thing and no hassling or hovering. Excellent customer service. Quality mechanics on site that don't cost an arm and a leg.

Didn’t have truck posted on site. Called ahead and asked if they had it and they confirmed to me that they did. Tried to show me a truck of the exact same colour and make. CEL light on, engine knocking and 70k more on odometer. Hoping I wouldn’t notice. Well, I did. Do not go here.

Absolutely Terrible!!! do not take your car here for repairs!! I presently have a complaint file with AMVIC as they manipulated my car and said they replaced parts that they did not! My life and my safety were compromised. It is a battle for their license! BEWARE!!
